Worst experience EVER!!! I usually take my 3 year old terroir mix to Fumi tropical fish and pets to get her groomed, but they were booked on a Friday evening. So my husband saw this place across the street called I ❤️ PUPPIES. So we decided to try them out. We come back two hours later as the lady suggested. My husband noticed after hours that her face had been cut and it looked like they had but a ton of powder on it to soak up the blood. They were quick to take our money but did not have the heart to say that what they had done was an accident. I called the next day to ask why they didn't say any thing and that I wanted a refund to I can take her to the vet. The lady just kept saying I don't understand English. Mind you, she sure understood full and well when she took our appointment and money... 😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😢😢😢😢 Sasha is like my child it broke my heart to think of how scared and in pain she was, and to know that I left her in the care of there's heartless people. They seriously need to change their name to I CUT PUPPIES!!! Please please please DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!!!!

Do not bring your pups here! When I picked up my pup I was not told that they cut his whole nail on one of his paws and that they cut to close to his skin leaving him a mark. The lady just took the money and handed me my dog. When I got home I carried my dog inside the house and noticed I had blood on my shirt, I checked my dog and noticed they had added a bunch of powder to one of his toe nails to try to contain the bleeding. My pup seemed sad the whole day after I picked him up. Stay away from this place they shouldn't be in business!!!!

Love how the lady has the patience with my mean dogs lol cuz I know I don't. Great place to bring all my 7 dogs to get a hair cut. Been coming here for years, great service, i believe since 2011-2012.

From what I saw, the lady grooming someone’s poodle at approximately 3:30 pm March 18, 2019 is WAAAAY TOO ROUGH. She has no business handling anyone’s animals as she clearly doesn’t care for them. I had occasion to pass by the open back door to this establishment where they groom the animals. I had heard someone sharply shouting at someone/something. It took me a minute to realize that it was the groomer. I stood and watched for a moment and saw and heard her being very rough and mean with this poodle/type white curly-haired, long-eared dog. I couldn’t believe she was so nasty. She had her back to the open door so she did not see me watching her. I called in to her to stop it or I would call the police. She just glared at me. She was wearing a surgical-type mask. She had dyed black hair and appeared to be a late 50’s Asian woman. I went back a few minutes later and she was still being rough with that poor dog. I managed to video a few minutes of the dog moan-whining as this was obviously a very stressful time. If the timing and description is right and you think this was your dog, complain and don’t go back. If you have a dog you groom here or were thinking of getting them groomed here, run for the hills. Before you do, be sure to let them know that rough handling of their “bread and butter” is not a wise business decision.

Always a good experience. They car for my dog so we'll, they even know him by his mane, grooming is always what I ask and more. I have been a customer for years, my dog is 10yr now!
