This place was recommended to me from a friend and has great reviews so I decided to give it a try. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I got. I paid $70 + tip for bath and full groom for my shih tzu, and the haircut turned out HORRIBLE. Not only is that expensive to me (my last groomer was $60 for full groom), but also the hair around his mouth is so uneven I can’t believe they returned him to me looking like that. There’s almost a bald spot because the groomer cut it so short. When I got home and noticed how bad it was, I called to let them know I was disappointed. Becca (store manager) told me she called the groomer (Isaac I think?) and he said my dogs hair was so matted that he had to cut it short like that. Never in 3 years did my previous groomer do that…… it seems this groomer was just too lazy to comb out his hair…. And there weren’t any mats to begin with when I dropped him off. Becca then told me she couldn’t refund me but if I come back again she’ll only charge me for a bath. Will update this review when/if I do return.

I've been here a few times for nail clippings and every experience was good. This time I brought my dog in for a full trim and bath.I am very cautious when bringing my pup to a groomer as I've had terrible experiences in the past with other groomers, (shaving my dog when asked not to).Gonzalo at Puppy love did an AMAZING job on my dog, he's never looking so cute even when he was a puppyThere's been obvious attention to detail when trimming and brushing him, Gonzalo knew how to trim Pomeranian fur without damaging it.You can tell these people love dogs as they were all smiling and playing with Oskar when I came to pick him up.I will definitely be bringing my dog here from now on.

We recommend this business to all of you who are actually looking for a new groom service spot. We needed to change from groomers so bad and Puppy Love Pet Spa exceeded all of our expectations as 1st time patrons. The cost of their services are very reasonable & affordable. Catrina and the rest of the staff were very welcoming & helpful and the groomers delivered a great job by leaving our dog looking so cute, clean and fluffy & treating it with lots of love, kindness & care; despite of our dog being so scare to go into the premises. Thank you Catrina, the groomers and the rest of the staff from Puppy Love Pet Spa...you gain our trust and us as a future client for our doggie.😊

On all fairness, they do a pretty good job of trimming and shampoo. Nails weren't trimmed and the sad part was nicked her chin and ears and wasn't advised.Found put when I lifted her when we got home. No apologies were made. 😔

Puppy Love was a great experience for both me and my fur baby. They wanted to know exactly what I wanted in terms of grooming, and did a great job with it. My girl is smelling as good and feeling as soft days later as when I first picked her up. Their prices were also the best in the area. We will definitely be coming back to Puppy Love for all our future grooming needs!

Guys, I’ve tried a lot of groomers and Puppy Love Pet Spa is the best! They’re affordable, patient w my Aussie, and take walk-ins. Groomers are always professional and sweet to my pup. Highly recommend if you want to support small and local business!!🙌🏼

We just found this place after a recommendation from a fellow dog owner. We left petco and for good. Our boy Teddy came out amazing looking after his bath and cut. We will defiantly be back and are hoping to bring our boy for the foreseeable future.

They were negligent and gauged my dogs back leg in 3 places and blamed us. Blamed us for the dog being too matted, even though they had fully brushed her out less than a month earlier for a photo shoot.They also accused us of not taking care of the wound in a timely manner. They refused to give us a refund or reimburse us for a cone or medication. Beware of this groomer, because if they cut your dog, they will blame you and do nothing to compensate you.This cut was no accident. It was negligent. A Nick is an accident. Not a flesh wound in 3 separate places.The owner asked me to take my daughters Yelp review down and he might reimburse us. I said no, so he decided he wouldn’t take responsibility. The very very least they could have done was send my daughter and my dog home with some medication.You would think after 4 years, they would know who owns the dog and give me a call. My daughter is not me. It is not her dog. And I certainly don’t appreciate their insinuation that I neglect my dog. Trash business.

This place is overall terrible. The manager was super rude. I was behind a lady and I seen him flipping her off! when all the person said was why are you being rude to everyone. He responded with "I don't feel good and my body hurts" she said I understand that maybe go home and rest. He flipped her off I just walked out and never looked back never taking my dog there again. I took my dog there once before that and she came home so scared. Something off about that place. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG THEIR

Puppy Love is the only place I take my dog for a bath. He’s an elderly basset hound and they treat him with the utmost care and respect. The prices are fair and he always looks and smells great after.

When I first called they said the cost of grooming was 65. At the time of pick up they charged me a 100. Be very careful with these guys. I don’t know what products they use but my dog smells very synthetic and it’s been 4 days. They first said theyll cut half the hair and then they shaved her down to the skin to where the pink shows. I honestly think they didn’t want to do the brushing work that is needed and cut corners.Edit: Not sure what shampoo they use but my dog developed an ear infection after

This was only my puppies first time there so I can't give to much of a review. He was shaking like a leaf when I picked him up I'm sure from just being scared and a new experience. They did a good job cutting the hair on his face. They said it was a little cut to get him started.

Just got my dog groomed there. It was my first time there. Only reason why they have one star is because in order to review i have to rate. They cut my dogs paw. Yes they let me know about it but the girl said it wasnt going to be a problem. When i got home i played catch with him and his paw started bleeding profusely. Now i might need to take him to the vet. Great i cant even afford that. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for the last 5 years. The best review that I can give is that when I ask my pups if they want to get a haircut, they immediately run to the door in excitement. When they get to the shop, they run into the back room. They always come back happy and healthy. I don't think you can go wrong here!

My puppy came out looking great after a bath and shampoo. They did a pretty good job with the nail trim as well. I was in and out within half an hour so I appreciate the efficiency and customer service. There's parking available but limited to a couple of spaces.

Honestly, Puppy Love Pet Spa has been so good to me and my pets. I found them after searching for a groomer in my local area. Not many groomers are as welcoming and friendly as they've been. Not only is their work amazing, it's affordable, and they do amazing work on deshedding Huskies.

I brought my dog here for the first time last weekend. Very nice place on the inside. When it was time for me to pick up my dog, she received little treats (which she ate as soon as we got to the car) and she was wearing a pink bandana, cute😊

I have been a loyal customer of Puppy Love since their opening over five years ago. The last time we got our 4 dogs groomed, my husband dropped off our big dogs with their leash intact, but when we picked them up, the leash was severed. We didn’t notice the leash until getting home, but when we called Puppy Love they denied knowing what happened to the leash and said they would check the security cameras. They also tried to blame it on my dogs, saying they just put the dogs in the cage with the leash. The leash was not chewed on or torn, there is a clear straight cut as if it were snipped by a pair of scissors. Of course, after checking the footage, the owner said he didn’t observe any foul play. They took absolutely no responsibility for destroying my property, and the interactions we had over the incident was completely unprofessional. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I love Puupy Love! They are so gentle with my dogs. One of my dogs is a Chow Chow mix with Unruly fur, they cut his hair to look so cute any other groom in the past has just shaved of his fur like he has just entered boot camp. The scheduling is quick and easy and a speedy turn around. I can’t recommend them enough.

Place is great. They listen to my requests if i want my dogs cut in a specific way and it gets done right. Anal gland cleaning is included which is a plus and its very affordable.
