We loved Pretty Litter. My cat has urinary issues and I like being able to see if he is having an episode. However, he also has arthritis in his feet and the crystals were too sharp for him and he stopped using it. If the crystals could be made less sharp, I would use it again.

I LOVE this litter!! ❤ Best of all, my cats love this litter! It's easy to use, there's no more dust, and no more smell! I should mention that I have 3 cats, and I use three 6lb bags of litter every 3rd week. I sometimes have to add a 4th bag just because of the way the deliveries fall (holidays, delays on behalf of the carrier, snow storms). My cats all use the same litter box, so it gets changed every week, and you do have to be very diligent in making sure you scrape the bottom of the box when stirring the litter around every day, as cats tend to pee in the same corner. It took a little getting use to, but honestly, the clumping clay stuff was making it difficult for one of my cats to breathe, as well as myself! It is more expensive than store-bought litter, and I do wish the price would come down, as paying $94 CAD is a lot, especially in this very unpredictable economy. I will continue my subscription for as long as I can because the alternative is going back to dusty, smelly litter.

I’ve tried literally every type of litter on the market, and after finding pretty litter my search is finally over. My cats are happy, I’m happy. The company is great to deal with on any topic, alway quick, efficient and kind. Changing my cats litter is no longer a painful, disgusting chore, it’s quick and easy. Best part is I’m able to monitor my male cats health issues with the color changing litter. Simply the best all the way around.

I absolutely love this product. Both the food and the litter. My cat was not eating enough but once I changed, she ate and gained the weight she needed. The litter keeps it so clean with no odor!

Pretty litter is amazing ! Scooping is so easy without the clumping clay mess from other litters. I live in a small space and everyone who comes in is always surprised that they don’t smell the cat litter and no more little gravel rocks on the floor to step on and find around the house! I have never had a problem with my Pretty Litter order that wasn’t resolved in a prompt, business-like and friendly manner! The only issue has been delay in delivery, but that was linked with the pandemic and quickly resolved! The staff is very professional and personable!My boys and I love this litter and will never use any other!

I subscribe to get litter sent to me monthly but when I received my first order their 6 lb and not 8 lb like at Walmart. Maybe I missed that they were taking two pounds to save $2 but it negates the savings by subscribing to them. I really like pretty litter but I feel like I was kind of duped. I like this product I wanted to save some money by subscribing and then you sent me a 6 lb bag instead of an 8 lb bag and I think that's b.s. company tactics.

At 64, and lifetime cat owner of up to 5 cats at a time , I have tried every cat litter made. I assure everyone…Pretty Litter controls odor, easy to scoop, and lasts well as I try to ‘scoop’s few times a day if possible.I especially like the white color and the color change is useful.I preferred silica to clay anyway but I have an asthmatic cat and it is mandatory.I also finally got an old fashioned ‘Fuller Brush’ mechanical static sweeper that picks up fine litter as my cats are jumpers!I like Pretty Litter the best and I think it lasts pretty well and a good value.

When I saw the ad I ordered immediately. Still had a box and a half of old litter left. Auto shipping came fast. And I was using old litter up first. They responded quickly and kindly. I LOVE this litter and will never go back. No dust no smell, and it lasts long because you only scoop the poop. Their customer service alone was OUTSTANDING

I have completely loved using Pretty Litter; it's so much cleaner than traditional litter, it's relatively dust free, odor is reduced, and I like being able to see if there is anything going on health-wise. However, I had to cancel my subscription through the Pretty Litter website and start buying the product from a local retailer because FedEx can't get their s#!t together. I was either receiving my merchandise a week or more late, or I wasn't receiving it all. That being said, I would highly recommend the product, just be aware of who will be delivering your product through the Pretty Litter website.

I love Pretty Litter. My family and guests not being subjected to cat box smell is wonderful. I have gone to places where they have 4 litterboxes and it was almost unbearable. The ease of just scooping and stirring once a day without clumping is awesome and convenient. my cat easily switched to pretty litter with no hesitation. I will say he tracks it out of the box cause it's so lightweight it sticks in his paws. Other than that it's great. Have recommended to family and friends.

Although skeptical about silicone litter in the first place, I gave Pretty Litter a shot because of the 100% guarantee, which, I must say, was in itself flawless. As far as the product was concerned:The worst part about it was that all four of our cats were apparently allergic to it, because within a day they were all sneezing a wheezing. One of them still has a good sneeze every once in a while, and three days ago when he was on the bed with us he sneezed and what do you think he schnizzled on us? Pretty Litter! So...a litter that's touted to be an early warning system for cats' health doesn't do much good if it gets your cats sick. That in itself was enough of a negative for me.We have 4 cats, so we bought 4x the recommended amount, which meant that we had to change it once a week. We never got that far. By the third day the first bag was so wet that I had no choice but to scoop it. It did, however, do a great job of drying the poop, and it was pretty effortless to scoop. But this failed to meet expectations.The litter was tracked around the house at least as much as clay litter. There was no advantage at all.The litter did not absorb enough liquid for 4 cats to be worth it. The claim is that "All you have to do is scoop the poop" but that is not true. In order to keep ahead of the urine you have to scoop and dump it.It's worth it to repeat that customer service was outstanding, except that they didn't take the 3 bags I didn't use back. I was told that I could "donate it". Why would I donate something that I wouldn't use myself? But I was refunded at once. Perhaps it would be good to use as an absorbent for leaking oil...except my cars don't leak.I do not recommend this product.

I have been using Pretty Litter for about 2 years and it is well worth the money. It is easy to lift, does not gum up and cling to the box, it controls odor and poop is easily removed and flushed. The color coding is very important to me and to Dexter - male cats can easily get fatal blockages and infections.

There was confusion with my discounts . I didn’t have to search out Pretty Kitty customer service. Immediately as my order was placed I was asked about my experience. Jay was amazing . Kind, efficient, knowledgeable, solved my issue and went above and beyond . I have used pretty litter and love this product. Received an awesome offer to have it shipped to me. Being a recent stroke survivor and having limited mobility and income. The gifts, savings and convenience of delivery of food and litter, I subscribed. Jay kindly solved my issue without knowing my situation. Once learning, exhibited such compassion. Sometimes we just need a little kindness. I am overwhelmed and impressed and a customer for life. Looking forward to my rescue kitty trying and enjoying the Pretty Please kitty food.

I like it at first. Lightweight and easy to scoop. But that lasted maybe a week. It became VERY dusty almost immediately and it caused me to cough a lot every time I stirred it. I stirred it less to reduce the dust, yet it’s supposed to be stirred regularly. The smell has also worsened each day. I have had this litter for less than two weeks. I won’t be buying it again.

Pretty litter leaves no dust, it’s easy to use and convenient, and my cat was open to it right away. It had made such a difference in the air quality of our small home. Grateful for this product! The price point could definitely come down though.

Very bad odor. I have two adult cats, 2 and 1 year old and every litter that I have used for them, with regular cleaning (everyday), has not had the odor as this does. Moreover, tracking and silicone bits stuck in between paws is a problem. More expensive, more problems.

I was curios about Pretty Litter for a long time and finally decided to try it. I got it on a BOGO promo so one bag was free. I love everything about this product - its clean, light weight, odor free and odor absorbent. It's so easy to maintain. My cats love it too. I also love that it is delivered to my door just when I need it. Best decision I made was to try Pretty Litter! Just do it... you will be glad you did.

Pretty litter worked for me but it is very expensive. I have been using it for a couple of years. The customer service that I received was the reason why I canceled. I wouldn’t suggest this product just because of the service I received and it makes me wonder how many others have been treated like that

So the litter itself is fine. The company however, once they have you will mess your order up everytime, they will tell you that you dont have an account with them when you go to check the status of your order, the website troubleshoot for that is horrendously designed so its completely useless, then after MONTHS of no deliveries and giving up being able to order from these people they charged me $168.00 and told me the delivery was already shipped. Excuse me? They have been so fudging incompetent about resolving anything, and now that they are no longer part of my budget they took my powerbill money and won't give it back. Screw these people, I was still ordering from them for my mother, a whooping $200 for her order and another $60 for mine each month... I am so done and I'm going to be warning others against these folk for putting me in a position to go without power. I do not care if it was an accident, my power will be shut off, with fees until I get paid again. They had been given every opportunity to make things right with me and haven't been mindful enough to do so. If its due to a technical problem well... they should have hired better for their help systems. Designed better? Shoot, its so bad literally all effort to reachout to them is absurd. Nobody has time for this type of head ache.I will consider redacting this review if they can reachout and offer my money back + additional for the fees.

Pretty Litter is the best litter we have ever used. We can't even smell the litter box anymore in our house and the litter doesn't track everywhere when they get out of the box. I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes. The litter also lives up to the claim that it lasts 4 weeks. At first I thought it was a bit pricy, but I was spending almost double that on regular litter because we had to change the whole box out every week. So it's actually saving us money. My male cat also has recurring UTI problems and it's great that the litter changes colors because now I know if he's having a problem long before he is able to communicate that to me. I'm very happy that we decided to use Pretty Litter and will continue to use this product. I highly recommend giving them a try.
