I tried a few places for my dog’s grooming. Almost all do not do the nail filing well. I end up getting a lot of scratches all over my body due to this.Jessica did a fabulous job grooming my dog and more importantly filing my dog nail very well. I will go on to say that it is the best grooming job my puppy had so far.

We’ve been having our dogs groomed by Petsmart for years and overall were happy with the cuts and groomers…..If you find one specific groomer you like make sure to always use them cause some definitely do a better job compared to others…..Where we started having problems i’d say the past 3 groomings is the groomers Don’t cut the nails short enough And especially the Dew claw nails…..This time we took both dogs in and the groomer did her pre check and said She couldn’t groom our one dog at all cause her dew claw was wrapped around and the nail was near the skin…..I knew this that’s why I ask each and every time for them to cut it short PLUS even started paying extra for Nail grind on each dogThe groomer said it was company policy that she couldn’t do the dog at all…..I asked if she could do the groom and just not do the nails….Answer was No but she’d do our other dog…..Our answer to that was NoWe then took the dogs to another groomer and explained about the dew claw issue and that groomer was able to SIMPLY cut the dee claw and other nails nice and short with me standing thereSo in the long run We now won’t be using Petsmart grooming ever again nor reccomendjng them to anyoneWe’ve decided to not even use them for pet food or tory’s etcThe whole ordeal with the groomer left a bad taste for sure……I did call and speak with the manager today as well and all she did was apologize

I don't recommend it... my dog ​​got a bad cut, it looked like a lion, they cut crap and apart from that, they didn't even bathe it well, it smelled like a wet dog, they don't deserve any stars.
