We went to the store looking for a house for our chameleon. We were there for a while looking around and asking questions. We finally decided on one that said had samples of vitamins and things my baby needed. When we got home we noticed it was a returned package, it was dirty, it didn't have any of the sample the box said it had. It would be nice to put on the package when they put it up for resale to say open box so at least we know what to expect. I don't live near a PetSmart so I couldn't return it. Instead I just cleaned it and started buying everything I needed.But overall the store is clean and the staff is very friendly.

i had a very bad shopping at this store on a Black Friday in store. I spent over $100 on frisky treats and wet food and wanted to know how they give me the $20 discount. When the total before tax reached to $100, the register had already took the $20 discount so the total was $90 some dollars with tax but the clerk told me it was not enough to get the $20 discount and rang $5 donation and told me to buy more stuff because it was not yet $100 before tax. So actually, I had to spent $120 in order to get $20 discount. It is very confusing. They think like that. So I had to spend $100 even after the $20 discount. Please don’t ask me for any donations, I rescue so many animals and had spent over $4000 hospital bills. I gave the pet smart $5 donation this time because I got $15 discount. But the treats I grabbed were not even cheaper and even I got $15 discount, it was not a good deal at all. Next year, I just buy online at least the customer service is much better and you can see the discount before you actually pay for the items. And no one begs you for donations.

Store is well organized.Biggest let down was all the live insects (outside of crickets) were dead. If you have a chameleon you wouldn’t be able to purchase the roaches you were hoping to get.

If you’re looking for better quality cat food with a lot more healthier options then PetSmart is the place for you. I used to buy Fancy Feast for my cats but after years of feeding them the same thing & the quality of food declining I decided to try a healthier option. I found PetSmart to have a lot more options. Now my cats are eating Pro Plan & Royal Canin. Their overall health is better & I’m a happy customer. They’re open late & there’s lots of parking. I always do Uber Eats & get it delivered. It’s pricey but anything for my babies.

Avedis recovery has helped me out a lot! They help give u tools for anything and everything and they are really useful! I'm very greatful and appreciative and thankful for avedis recovery. The staff it's rude here I ask for live crickets to a tall black guy and a meal worms he went inside with all the calm in the world I think he's shoes are super heavy that's why he walk like that, also they cheat on products because l don't think 100 worms are in this little case, I ask to the cashier if I'll count them and record them if there are not 100 worms I will return them and she laughs I told her it's not a joke why I pay for 100 and have like 50 it's no fair but this immature lady thinks that it's funny there is not too much customers here on Monday but the staff are bored and tired to attend customers I won't come here anymore

I went looking for a cat tree, unassembled and boxed. I was shown their location and the associate just quickly left. No help with questions, getting a cart, loading, etc. I brought it to the checkout area and tried to place it on a cart myself...everybody just watched me attempt to lift the heavy box myself...another customer came over and offered to help. WOW!

I like petSmart, but I'm not a fan of Banfield. My cat went for a check-up, blood work, and to look at tumor that was benign. 3 weeks later, she was dead.

Ashe was wonderful with grooming my dog. She was so kind and gentle. They did a wonderful job and Ashe made a point to ask me specific questions to confirm what I would want or not want. She was very communicative and handled my Junie with such love and care. Juniper will definitely go back to see Ashe for a grooming appointment next time! Thanks Ashe!

I was there for a grooming service, I was late for 20 mins, it was my bad due to heavy traffic, I tried to call in advance but the call went straight to their headquarter. So I have arrived and they said they can’t take my dog because I was late for 20 mins. Well, No 1, I have called, and No2, why they didn’t even call me to check on me just like other grooming services? So I just left and took my pup to elsewhere. No need to argue with anyone since they don’t really care.
