I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jessica. Not only did she do an amazing job grooming my puppy, but she also went above and beyond to help me save some of his precious puppy hair as a keepsake. Her attention to detail and care for both my puppy and me as a pet owner always shine through in her work. I’ve been consistently impressed with her services, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about their furry clients.

My experience is always exceptional. Jessica and Channel are part of my family. The dogs had to get their vaccinations so it has been over a month since their last grooming. Boy when they saw Jessica and Chanel there were tons of hugs and kisses. They made the dogs feel so welcomed. I love them for it!

The groomer, Jessica at the Westchester location, explained things to me I wasn't aware of. When I saw my puppy, Charly, I was very satisfied with the job Jessica done. Happy puppy 🐶 and I am a happy fur baby mom.

I had appointments for both of my dogs, but one of them had to be rescheduled due to a sick call. I asked that they both be rescheduled together and this was done. When I arrived for the appointments, instead of greeting me , the young woman told me that one of my dogs needed a VIP appointment due to a previous note that she didn’t like the kennel. I have never been informed of any problems with this dog - she is very sweet and submissive. It was finally decided that the groomers would switch dogs. She then agreed, but told me that I might have to come back to get her if she was a problem. Leroy groomed her, and told me afterwards that she was not a problem. It seemed as if the female groomer had pre-decided that she didn’t want to groom Cassie (a sweet, small Yellow Lab). I realize that there was a staffing problem, but it should not be passed on to the client. Leroy was wonderful with Cassie.

I am now 5 for 5 with successful groomers at Westchester's location. They have all been absolutely great with my little girl, Clementine. I have a bit more of a drive going to the Westchester location, but the cleanliness of the store, the attitude and friendliness of the sales and grooming staff, outshine any other Petco I have shopped. Jessica is Clementine's favorite groomer!!

Staff always friendly. Pet Stylist Jessica cares so much about my girl Missy and always takes the best care of her. She is accommodating when I need to reschedule due to an operation. She is always ready in a timely manner. The grooming area is always clean. Thank you to all.

Enrique is great! He is really nice and I know my dog is in the best hands. I have not been to another groomer since February, 2020. I waited for him to be available at Petco. I attempted to groom my dog in between and quickly realized how much skill is involved - a skill I do not possess. Enrique knows I will book my appointment when I am ready, so he does not need to ask.

Heather at reception was great! our dog is timid, so she put her to ease and made sure she was comfortable before taking her in. she suggested the right treatments for our dog's dry skin, then Emma came out looking shiny and beautiful.

I love it when you can come into a business and the staff doesn’t try to up sell unnecessary products to you. I originally came into Petco for a complete grooming session with upgrades for my mini schnauzer, Max. After looking my dog over, Enrique said that he didn’t believe that a haircut would be necessary due to the previous haircut and that he would be able to make a final decision once he finished washing him. I can not tell how much I appreciated this. Not only does it clearly demonstrate Enrique’s character and integrity, but ultimately it confirmed what I had previously believed about the staff...that I can truly trust them with the care and well being of my fur baby. It would have been easy for him to simply trim Max’s beard and charge me the haircut fee ( and I would have been none the wiser) but this man was forth right and earned my respect and Petco a loyal customer.

Disappointed. Will not go there or book with them again.Had nothing to do with the service... which I wasn't provided for my dog it was bad communication.I'm moving back to the area. Made the appointment. I was down the block boxed in call to say I'd be there. They cancelled the appointment...it is what it is. But, I called because I'm only a couple minutes away.I got put on with the manager by an employee to plead my case to bring him inShe asks me what's going on...so I explain what I shared above and something personal but not creepy so she'd know I was being honest.She said no because they took in other additional dogs for grooming in place of mine...I said if you were going to tell me no why did you have me explain myself. She said she didn't want to stop me. I'm like but you asked me? I said I was uncomfortable and wasn't ok. She said I can book you for next week. I said no thank you. She said ok byeSo my question is this. If the dogs safety is the thing and my appointment was for 9:00am I call to say I'm running late because I'm boxed in. I'm canceled by 9:15 and by 9:20 You can't take me because you took in all these other dogs...Did you take walk in's, Did you overbook or did you blow smoke...no matter. I admitted my part in it but, that whole exchange left me with a negative feeling about that location.I'll keep using PETCO .....and before and comments. Petco was booked up... I'll wait for them moving forward
