Super friendly! Amazing parking especially given the area, an entire underground lot, huge and COMPLETELY out of the sun. Ended up hanging out with a sweet man and his dog in a stroller after shopping just to savor the sweet sweet shade.The store itself is massive, too. Basically a department store for pets. Of course pets are welcome and poop bags are conveniently located at the front. I noticed a room for grooming them by the front door as well. I bet it's awesome working here if you're an animal lover.

Super friendly! But 1/ not enough employees. Went there to "save" a beta after I saw some pictures in the reviews on how Petco store their betas because it is just not human! So bought a Beta, bough 4 guppies, 1 molly and well this morning 2 guppies had died already. less than 24 hrs :(

Associates asked if I needed assistance, kindly directed me to where I needed to be. The cashiers were super friendly and excited- it was a very welcoming store. They also informed me of additional savings opportunities in relation to what I was buying. My preschooler and I enjoyed our trip here.

The Store was well-stocked with my cat's food brands. The Cashier escorted me to my car! I had a big order of cat food...and my car was in their parking lot...kinda basement. Sheunloaded my large cat food order in back seat of car.She was Very nice!

They have a parking lot which is nice! Been there a few times and the workers are very friendly! A lot of cute stuff in there:) and also lots of different brands of animal foods. You can definitely find everything for your pet in here. The store is clean and organized, easy to shop. I like shopping in here!

This is my favorite Petco. I have received excellent service every time I’ve come in. My dog received training from Jasbeth who is excellent and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about the employees here. Many of them know my dog’s name and are so friendly with him. I suggest this Westwood Blvd location to everyone.

What a difference a location makes. For years have patronized the PetCo in West Hollywood on Doheny Dr. It's always well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. Sadly this is not at all the case at this Westwood Bl. location where one's polite request for assistace is summarily ignored with a strong whiff of arrogance on top.

Great shop, always clean, and usually stocked, they do pick up via their website too. Only downside is it is upstairs and it's a bit smaller than other Petcos but at least there is free parking

I like it here. The selection is decent, and staff is willing to special order certain products. Parking structure, restrooms, pet training, grooming, full service. Thumbs up, will definitely return to restock pet store products.

I needed to buy more hay so I came here and I decided to check if they had any female Guinea pigs. I was looking to add a companion to the female Guinea pig I already own and there happened to be one available that day. Or I thought. After I brought it home and introduced them to each other in a neutral area, the new one quickly started to mount the other. A quick check confirmed that the Guinea pig was indeed male. How can you make such a fundamental labeling mistake, Petco?

I like the Young Ladies that were working here some days ago, they were very friendly and helpful.The Parking Lot is still dangerous as ever if I remember correctly, getting out you cannot see well in front of you...Something really should be done or a Class Action Lawsuit against the Landlord.

This is the only Petco where the employees need to get credit for being friendly and helpful. My dog (Bichon Frise) had a skin allergy and kept biting his legs and paws. We thought he got allergic from the weather or grass outside the house and i never thought it would be from the food because i really watch whatever go to his mouth. Today, i came here and got confused which allergy medication was good for my dog and suddenly a female employee named Norene offered me a help to pick the medication and she asked me what kind of food i feed my dog. She told me some dogs are actually allergic to chicken and i just realized that my dog started to get skin problem since i changed the flavor for my dog food from red meat to chicken (still the same brand Blue Buffalo). I never thought chicken could cause an allergy to dog. Norene also helped me to find best medicated dog shampoo. When i checked out, the male cashier was super nice. Kudos to Petco in this location :)

Manager Diana is extremely rude and was absolutely of no assistance , I am spending a good amount of money but because my order was through instacart because of circumstances beyond my control she was of no help to my shopper. All that was asked was if there was anything in stock in the back as the website said fully in stock - instead of taking the 2 seconds to tell my shopper that unfortunately if it’s not on the floor it’s not there I had to call the actual store to be put on hold and passed on to a different assistant manager ( that sure sounded a lot like the original Diana I spoke to ) and was spoken to in a very condescending manor just to let my shopper know . They do not keep their website up to date with their stock so you may want to call and check it’s there first although they will more than likely just keep you on hold for an eternity and consider a different pet store

Staff are friendly, but the fish department is awful. Constant dead fish in the tanks. I bought a female betta a few months ago that died after 3 days, and I just bought four neon tetras—3 of which are dead on the second night with ick disease. I tested my water parameters which are all fine and I’ve had one fish survive through this all, but I will not be buying another fish from here. Thoroughly disappointed.

I went into pet Co. On Westwood Blvd , to get some food for my dogs for an entire 10 minutes. Nobody was on the floor. I went ahead and took the time to make two grooming appointments for my dogs. Still nobody on the floor then I use the bathroom and next to the bathroom was a little window, so I barely knocked on the window to get someone’s attention, and was attacked by one of the employees name Diana And told you can’t come back here. You can’t come back here I was not trying to go back there. I was trying to find out why nobody’s on the floor but she had no concern of my needs. She wasn’t on the clock yet, so she felt like I was disturbing her Upon check out after another gentleman did help me and seemed upset at me for this whole situation and did not want to get involved. The manager comes and abruptly takes over Diana‘s position at the cash register at which point she’s telling me not to scream which I wasn’t screaming you can check the cameras Mr. management And I filed a complaint after she wouldn’t give me her name. She lied and said her name was on the receipt. Her name is Ayah I believe,Came home canceled my grooming appointment. I want nothing to do with this company as long as they can train their people to take care of their customers I went there because I trusted Petco. I’ve been going there for 10 years or more 20 years where they’ve been taking care of my dogs, and these two women have to be fired. They have to leave this company. If I was the owner of this company and watch the video I was fired him on the spot they don’t belong there. The manager actually shooed me away like she was my teacher in kindergarten and refused to write her name down and lied and said it’s on the receipt and signal with her hands get out get out of here I asked the management to please watch the surveillance video It’s at 1:47 yesterday.

I drove from Marina because it was only store that had item in stock. The store is nice and roomy, organized, clean and has designated unground parking.. but those were just bonuses the most important thing is the customer service! Seven the tall guy was super kind, patient and helpful. Charles was an angel he knew everything when it came to tanks and fish care. I mean I felt like I went to aqua care college or something. He noticed I was going to buy something I didn't need and helped me to the spot to find what I actually needed. He helped me switch items for better accuracy and care for my fish and particular tank. He was so sweet and thorough explaining things to me, answered all my questions and made me feel so happy with my purchase and Petco experience. I was in safe hands of an expert and grateful he worked at Petco.
