This is my favorite petco. I love the ambience here. Shoutout to Ethan always recommends the best products goes far and beyond i’ve seen him help other customers and go far and beyond what’s requested to make sure they are satisfied.Gabriel and Tati helped me yesterday and recommended me a beautifully crafted hammock thank you for always being there for my dog Neo!

Went to Petco for kitty food. Found these 2 because my kitty had not been eating other kitty food. He's a finicky kitty. He gobbled these up. One last night for dinner and one for breakfast this morning. Was looking for beef but couldn't find any. Stock is limited. Will look at their website instead.

Chanel and Jessica at grooming have my dogs busting through the doors demanding to be groomed. My pug has never loved the groomers but that all changed when I took them here. They enjoy having my pups and my dogs shower them with love (damn these puns!) I can never wash my dogs again because they are used to the pampered life.

Don’t arrive at 9:00 pm because regardless of necessity or starving kittens at home they don’t care AT ALL. I needed a can of kitten formula after it was spilled accidentally and arriving at 9:00 I stood outside and begged to buy a can and they refused me even though all employees are still there and a customer was inside. It is now 9:12. Nothing like going the extra mile for a customer - or locking your doors early. The manager was a disheveled little angry woman with facial piercings that reminded me of a rodent - treated me like I was trash and told me to back up away from the door. If I could have gone elsewhere I would have and so should you. I can easily sink $200 at Petco every other week. I have been to this Petco dozens of times. I came in need and left not only without kitten formula but a REALLY BAD taste for all Petcos. Sad…. I was nothing but courteous and she was angry.Then they called security on me…

VetCo in Petco is where we had our appt (2nd appt) for our rescue dogs final shots. Again...Amy remembered us, went over the vaccines for today...walked with us to the Vet to make sure everything was communicated accurately. The Vet and Asst. and Amy are all wonderful and careful with all animals in their care. Our neighborhood PetCo is very fortunate to have them. We are sending our neighbors there now.

Some of the worst treated animals and fish I have ever seen. Every betta fish looks ill and malnourished. When I pointed out a DEAD betta fish to the employee named TATIANA, she laughed and said “it’s like they have no where to go so they give up”. I later saw her mishandling a guinea pig and asking her coworkers “what? What do you want me to do rub it and kiss it?” I will be reporting this store and its employee. Everyone knows petco shouldn’t be allowed to sell animals out of a tiny glass cage in the first place, but at the very least they can hire employees who don’t laugh when an animal dies. Tatiana you need to find a new job.

Just finished the fundamentals class at westchester petco with Rachel g. Amazing and compassionate instructor very gentle with my shelter pup. Rachel taught both my dog and I all the basics I am so happy we took the class. Thank you

Had to return 45 bag of Wholeheart Active Performance. The bag was sliced in two areas and the top was also open when it was delivered.I taped the areas but it had been infested with warehouse beetles and Larvae. I called the closest store and the DM give me a discount for a 30 lb bag. They didn't have a 45 lb in stock but was still pleased.

Petco in Westchester has friendly and helpful employees who always make a fuss over my dog. Jessica does a wonderful job in Grooming. My dog Layla always comes out looking great! She has been proactive in advising me if she has noticed any minor medical issues. She recommended Vital Care which is really paying off. I can tell how much she loves her job and I'm so grateful for her.

This is my go to pet store. I say that due to the excellent customer service I received. All the agent have been great and super knowledgeable. However particularly one named Ricardo. Always with a positive attitude, super helpful, and exceptional customer service skill. Its employees like this that makes all the difference and the experience that much more enjoyable. If you are in need of assistance this is the right person to go to.

I come here all the time. I live close by and have a cat. Today, I asked Vanessa for some good cat food and treats. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to recommend. It was just a quick and easy experience that made me write this review. Everyone is friendly and kind when I come in. I hate seeing the cats in the clear boxes, I wish I could adopt them all. I really wish they had dental hygiene products for cats. That’s my only recommendation.

This PETCO was so nice inside. It was well stocked, clean and it did not smell. I was surprised. The clerks were very nice and attentive to me and answered my questions. They did not make feel like I was boring them when I had to interrupt them as they were cleaning and stocking the shelves. Soon as I got there, my pup did her business on the floor and I was so Embarrassed, but the clerk put me at ease and said it's no problem. They had very good customer service. I will be going back to this PETCO in Westchester!
