Most importantly they do not require vaccines of any kind to book an appointment. Super unsafe and unsanitary.Do not take your dogs especially your Pomeranians to get groomed here. They do not listen to instructions at all. My Pomeranians have never looked worse. Completely shaved their necks all choppy with clippers. Left their bodies much wider than their maines. Paid extra to have a deshedding brush out done, they didn’t deshed them at all. I requested a sanitary trim, and light trim throughout not more than an inch. Refer to photos.Aside from their lack of grooming knowledge the woman at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude, her attitude is very demeaning. She doesn’t listen at all so she misunderstands then feels the need to overcorrect you on the phone like you’re a child. Not just once but multiple times simply because she’s too rude to give you her full attention and listen the first time. It’s bizarre and makes everything unpleasant while taking much longer than it needs to.

Professional and excellent care for my boys. I was nervous as if it was the first day of school for our babies. Thank you to the one Customer saw how nervous I was and said that he has been coming for three years and they take great care of your animals. He was so correct. I wish I could do more than five stars. My boys were so happy relax and calm when I pick them up. And they look great. Love, love, love love the way they made my boys look and the care they gave them.

This has been my go-to spot for years now. The service is friendly and quick. Everyone here is so kind and my kitty never seems nervous or upset when I pick him up. The prices are the best in the area as well. Highly recommend.

Very few people will groom cats and even fewer will do it on short notice. I had an emergency and the incredible team at Pet Wash stepped up and helped me out, going well above and beyond! Not only did my kids smell good, but they were calm and clean when I picked them up. That means that they had a great experience. I hope to never need to bathe a cat again but if I do, you can be sure I’m going back to Pet Wash!

Great service! They were so sweet and I could tell they treated my cat with care. He went in for a full grooming with a lions cut and came back looking and smelling great and didn’t seem too traumatized from the whole experience. Also very fair pricing!

Let me share this very important information about this place . We took our perfectly healthy and Beautiful animal. And received back wondered, completely distressed and tortured dog . After calling and speaking to the owner, zero apologies, instead we were given explanations that we have a dog with curly hair . This is not a pet grooming place, this is a butcher shop with Rude and inconsiderate people. People please save your animals. Don’t take your beloved animals to this place. Our dog had multiple lacerations, turned into infected wounds. Under no circumstances take your pets to this place.

I tried to give her a bath myself, but was struggling.I made an appointment online, dropped her off, and got a text when she was ready. Everything was simple, easy, and quick!

I’ve come to this pet wash 6 times before. I came today at 3:50 pm. The hours of operation on the wall state they close the shop at 6 pm and the self serve pet wash (which is what I use, as I wash my dog myself) closes at 5 pm. It takes 15 minutes tops to wash my dog as he is 7 pounds. The employee said that the shop was closed (at 3:50 pm) because they closed early since it was slow. She then tried to say they always close the self-serve at 3 pm but I’ve used the self serve wash MULTIPLE times after 3 pm. And then the man behind her told me to just call next time to see if they are open, but I shouldn’t have to call to know if you’re going to still be open when your business hours state that you’re open. And if you do decide to close two hours before, at LEAST post that on your website. Anyway, other than that, it’s a pretty good place but this put a sour taste in my mouth. Just be aware that they close when they decide to regardless of what’s posted officially.

I got to say that pet wash is the best pet grooming place in Hollywood hands down!! With great customer service and great groomers they left my cat exactly how I asked for!!! So if your looking for a place for your pet to be treated like a star than choice pet wash!!!!!

I do not recommend this place. Simply bad customer service (and potentially bad treatment to animals). I had been putting up with their bad customer services, because I believe in second chances and because they are local to my home. But over the years, yes "years", they have proven to me that they do not appreciate customers. In addition, the last couple of times I showed up, my two puppies seemed afraid to enter the place, which signals to me that they have something to fear. Pups do not lie. I do not recommend it.

My family loved Teddys’s holiday cut. I was able to book an appointment last minute and Pet Wash kept Teddy for an hour after pickup while I was running errands. The shampoo used on Teddy smells amazing and got lots of compliments. Thank you Pet Wash!

I have two rag doll male cats. They did an excellent job shaving off matting, shampooing, clipped nails. $65 each which is very reasonable. My boys came home happy!

Let me tell you this has been the worst experience I have ever had going to a pet grooming place. I was excited trying this place out and let me tell you the dogs haircuts were great but The lady at the front desk katelyn I think her name is was so incredibly rude. At 5:48 I get a message saying my puppies were ready … 10 minutes away from closing. The only time she calls is to tell me I need to get there in 10 minutes or she’s leaving. WHAT!!? So you’re threatening me saying you will leave my dogs there I even told her there is traffic and I’m 5 minutes away and she said we close at 6 with so much attitude. Well who on EARTH gives a person 10 minutes to get their dog and says she’ll leave if I’m not there in 10 minutes…… A RUDE and UNHAPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON! I said I’m almost there and someone NEEDS to be there. The attitude in her voice was absolutely ridiculous and note that she never gave me an exact time she said about “2-31/2 hours” I waited the whole day for a text message and left when I received it! She was so incredibly rude over the phone and completely bitter disrespectful to a paying customer. I’m not a difficult customer but she was probably the nastiest person I’ve encountered all year.As I get there I asked if it was her I spoke to over the phone and her name and that she was extremely rude to me and shes arguing with me raising her voice and rolling her eyes. I said you told me to come head over at 5:48 and you were leaving if I didn’t make it in 10. she’s like “NO! I SENT THE TEXT AT 5:47 not 5:48!” Look, this is definitely not a place I want to give my money to ever! Despite the haircuts I do not want to deal with rude, salty, disrespectful, nasty people who are SUPPOSE to be working at the front desk for customer service… There are tons of amazing groomers in that area they’re not special at all to be dealing with attitudes and threats of abandoning my puppies. Who argues with a customer and raises their voice rolling their eyes as they go to give you THEIR MONEY. And I see there are a few reviews about customer service. She could’ve addressed me with respect and understanding but she chose to be horrible.

Clean. Friendly. Inexpensive. They provide everything you could need and the equipment works well. My pup hates the groomer so it takes us a bit to get through a wash, but I never felt rushed.

I’ve gone to this pet wash for many years to groom my cats. In general, I really love the service. They did a very nice job with washing my cats. It usually takes them 3 hours to groom 2 cats. There were only a couple times I was not satisfied with their grooming. Also a few times they returned the cats damp. Prices for grooming were reasonable until this year, I paid approximately $65 per cat. But starting this year for some reason prices went way up. Last few times I brought my cats for grooming, I had to pay $80 per cat! Regardless, I totally recommend this place for cat grooming.

Very rude customer service. The girl at the front desk. They said pay first anything that needs to be done over we will fix. The hair is too long and very choppy. She did not fix anything. I could of done a better job. Also very expensive. Also another time I took my cat in she was limping after the appointment. It was very horrible they broke my cats shoulder. I thought just a sprained. But she was xrayed for constipation and they verified it was a broken shoulder this was the only place I went to cut the cats hair. I because it is close to my house this is also the only place that ever I took the cat in and came back limping for 3 Months. DO NOT GO HERE. I asked them to be careful with my cat the front desk laughing at the situation as I spoke to her. Then the huge guy came out from the back ruder then rude again. The front Desk girl Narsatistic, gaslighting, and making word salads. Also throwing words in my month in wich I never stated. Your pets can not speak for themselves you need to to speak for them. This is not acceptable. I want to sue these people now for breaking my cats shoulder. I have proof now with the xrays.
