My 6-month-old goldendoodle puppy had his first haircut here today. Nieshae (groomer) did an incredible job with him and made him look like a fresh little cupcake! Dami (receptionist) was so kind and understanding about his separation anxiety so let him hang out by reception instead of going in the kennels. She also made sure to book him at a quieter time to minimize stress. I really appreciated the extra care and attention!

I brought my cat here 3 times for his nail trimming and everything went great. Today, I tried a new groomer who cancelled on me. Mind you, I have to heavily sedate my cat to have his nails trimmed, so it's stressful enough as it is. I called Pet Joy and asked if they could take him in and they immediately said sure! I was so relieved. Thank you for being so kind, responsive, and helping me out in a pinch. I'll definitely be coming back.

I am so so disappointed!! I dropped my dog off today for her grooming apt at 12:15 and at 3:30 I go check on her to find out they hadn’t even started grooming her yet. That means she just sat IN A CAGE FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS. These cages are tiny too. So messed up!There was no communication with me. No letting me know they were hours behind schedule and when I got there I was told they hadn’t started on her because there was a “plumbing problem”. It is no excuse that I didn’t get a call to come get her and reschedule. No excuse!!If anyone knows of a good groomer please let me know, I will not be going back here!

Touches customer vehicles in parking lot then threatens them. I’m not from the area was told to park here and come back and there’s a note on my car. I don’t like my car touched by random strangers. Thank you
