He was very friendly and detailed when explaining what happened to my car. His customer service is superb and I recommend that Pep Boys give him a raise!!I will definitely tell others about my experience:)

The people who work here are so friendly and kind. They explain everything well and make sure I understand the costs. Communication is great. They work quickly and had my oil change done in a very timely manner even though I hadn’t scheduled an appointment. Highly recommend!

Myron and the rest of the service team is amazing. Very knowledgeable and customer service orientated. Myron especially went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on the progress of my car and when there was an issued that arouse with my car unexpectedly he helped to get this resolved at no additional cost to me. I love the honesty of this Pep Boys. I went in because I heard grinding on my breaks for two days.I made an appointment, showed up and explained my situation. They took a look at it free of charge. I sat in the seating area. After 15 or less minutes, I was told that I would need to replace the pads and rotor. I was told the cost of the repair. However, the gentleman told me that there was rust on my rotor and that's why I heard the grinding but that it had burned off. And he continued to tell Mr that I didn't need to replace them right now but in about 9 months.So, yes, they will get my service again.

Myron is the best! He and his team did a great job on a quick oil change last year and today they replaced and balanced my two front tires in two hours without an appointment. I feel lucky to have finally found such a cool, honest, talented auto shop. Myron and his team are my guys forever. 💯

Needed replace break pad for front & rear. So make an appointment with pep boys after all inspected by Lexus dealer service. Need just pad replace all 4. But pep boys estimate $650 for just rear pad & rotor service. What is this ??? Trying to ripped off ???I were confirmed twice in Lexus dealer that rotors is okay. But pep boys keep saying need to service for rear rotors.I were cancelled for service. And replace all 4 pad by $435. Today.

My mother's car tire had a screw in it and was flat. The car was going to need 2 of its tires replaced. I talked to Myron at Pep Boys who assured me they would fit my mother's car in that day even though we didn't have an appointment. When I was able to get the car to the shop, Lupe handled the situation and kindly explained to me the tires they had in stock that would do the job. The work was done while I waited and I was able to get the car back to my mother later the same day. Thank you Myron and Lupe!

Booked an appointment for a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, the tires I ordered online didn’t arrive as expected. However, the guys at the front counter were quick to find an identical set of tires in stock at another location and they went and picked them up and installed them in no time! Very happy with the quick turnaround and friendly service! The added benefit of free tire rotations, balancing and flat repair (which they should advertise) gives peace of mind for the future. I plan to come back soon when my wife’s car needs a new set of tires. Thank you Pep Boys Crenshaw!

I recently purchased 4 new tires, and also had some suspension work done. I spent over $1700.00. I recently removed one front tire and I noticed that the slash guard was missing a few screws, and was hanging loose. I think that they could have informed me that I needed $3.00 worth of screws to reinforce the guard.

My vehicle was overheating and I visited Pep Boys where I met Ricardo. It was late evening about 6:40 pm so I was able to leave my car overnight. I was provided a courtesy ride home; excellent customer service. I was fascinated with the service I received.

Myron and Ricardo were both very knowledgeable and accommodating to me. I went into Pepboys to get my serpentine belt replaced. They were upfront with me with telling me what the other issues were. I took their advice and decided to have my alternator replaced as well. Much too soon to know if my car will be okay. Today, I had a stutter start so I will just have to wait to see. But I do appreciate all they have done for me. I will definitely be back as I always do. Thanks Myron and Ricardo!

Had an appt set up to get oil changed Sat there for 3 hours then to find out my car hadn't even been touched yet. They rescheduled me for the next day. Being an appointment I should have had priority or at least told me I had to reschedule when I first arrived so I wouldn't of wasted 3 hours

Took car in because it was misfiring and the engine light came on shortly afterwards. Turned out the Valve cover had a hole. They gave me two options to fix it, so I had it threaded, which the mechanic stated is a lifetime repair. That saved me cost because replacing the valve cover was too expensive. It's running fine now, but I will need to have a tune-up done since the previous owner didn't do proper maintenance. I liked that the mechanics explained the problem and possible solutions. I also received a report based on manufacturer suggestions to upkeep the car. I'm glad they provided that report to offer maintenance guidelines since I did purchase the car used.

Myron and his team were great in getting me into the garage, the day before Christmas Eve as they were packed, but I needed my brakes replaced.I am not a huge fan of Pep Boys "Warranty" as I feel like it is never applied and you have to fight to have it applied, but still end with a high cost from the time worked on the car.

Brought my car in to be fixed. I.had 74000 miles on my Cadillac cts. When l.picked it up there was 122000 miles on my car. They kept it for 3 days. I want to sue them. I went for a routine synthetic oil change. The appointment would have been fine, but for the fact that the technician who worked on my car noted in his report that there were small balls/bulges on the sidewalls of my tires and that all four tires would need to be replaced asap. I subsequently drove straight to two tire shops, both of which inspected my tires, couldn't find any balls, and confirmed that based on my tread, my tires were good for at least another 10,000 miles. Clearly, the Pep Boys technician tried to scam me.

This Pep Boys has an employee there that harasses people and touches then without permission. He was rude, disrespectful and if it wasnt for the fact that I had to purchase this. I would of never finished my purchase. This man accuse me of stealing, even though I was only going to my car for my car owners manual. I told him that he didnt believe me so I told he could check my car, he did. And he didnt find anything stolen, then follows me inside the store and all around not offering me help or anything just following me. Then, when i asked another employee to help me find something. This man took the oil that i was hold out of my arms, touching me on my shoulders, arms and hands. I repeatedly told him to stop touching me and he didnt stop. Instead he snatch the oil out my arms and told me he was gonna hold it up front. I NEVER IN MY LIFE Had a complete stranger violate my personal boundaries and have complete and utter disregard for customer service in my life. That man needs to be educated on customer service and when i asked for his name he refused to give it to me. Now, I REFUSE TO GO TO THIS PEPBOYS EVER AGAIN!!Train your employees better!!!This should never happen again!!

Came in to see if my tire had a nail or puncture in it. Found out it was a nail real quick and they were able to save my tire and rebalance it back all in like half an hour. Thanks to the whole crew!

Unprofessional business. I had booked an appointment online and received confirmation from the store to fix a flat tire on my car. I arrive 10 minutes early and the store clerk refused to let me in because they wanted to leave for the night and my appointment was at 6:30pm. Waste of time and money not to mention no apologies or anything from the employee there.
