Our shy husky has been going to Paw La La for boarding as needed for a few years now, and we are very happy with the care they provide for her. They have gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable, especially the manager Dawn. Our dog started out very shy and reserved, but they were patient with her and now she loves to play and socialize with other dogs. We like that it’s a smaller facility to allow for more personal care. Very grateful!

My very large and very energetic puppy has been coming here for Daycare, Boarding and Grooming for the past year and it's been nothing but a positive experience each time.The staff is always considerate, he's happy to see them and as a nervous pet owner I feel safe with him in their hands. Setting up an appointment is easy online with add-ons and extra care options available, and they are fast to respond to questions.

Paw la la is an awesome place to take your dogs. Because they have so much fun there. And the staff is very good to the dogs and they are very respectful and kind to the customers also. You feel like family as soon as you walk in there. Shout out to Dawn and the rest of the staff members and trainers they're all good and AWESOME!!

The staff is very friendly and our groomer Beth is absolutely amazing. I hadn't returned in a few months and hadn't realized how much the service prices had increased (nearly double the old price). However, the lovely receptionist helped me sort things out. Overall great experience, I will miss the old pricing.

This is a rave review for Dawn and the whole PawLaLa crew. I send my four-legged child here for day care and training, and I cannot speak highly enough of Jacky and the rest of the staff, Kayla (the trainer), and Dawn. They are super attentive and responsive and caring. It's really convenient that owners can correspond through text message. I feel that the prices are reasonable and their location is ultra convenient for us. The center is cleaned regularly, and is also very secure, and they've taken every precaution to ensure that our dogs stay safe (especially during this season where there is a scary respiratory virus going around). I feel 100% confident that my pup is going to have a great day when she's there, and be cared for lovingly and attentively. Kayla is also so nice about training not just my pup but also ME. There are no bad dogs, only bad dog owners, and Kayla is really nice and doesn't make me feel like I'm a horrible mom. :) ten thumbs up for PawLaLaALSO it's a huge plus that they accept dogs that have not been spayed/neutered. This is not something that all daycares accept, and they manage the dogs very well :)

From the moment I walked in to drop off my baby, the service was great. I was worried at first because it was my dog’s first professional grooming. I had been told in the past he was too aggressive by other groomers. But I knew he was in good hands and when I came back to pick him up he was happy and fresh looking! Just how I envisioned his hair cut, my dog’s stylist made it happen. I was very pleased by the service. I most definitely will be coming back. I recommend Paw La La 100%.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. But i do feel it is necessary to leave this review. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, don’t want to discredit them there. I have a rescue chihuahua mix & it was his first time getting groomed. I know rescues can be a little tricky considering their trauma and may be shy + scared. I could tell the groomer was a bit afraid. But in my mind these are experts, so it didn’t cross my mind that something like this would happen. I chose this place due to their amazing reviews. However, when I got my little fur baby back I realized his right eye was closed. He kept rubbing his face and now is not opening at all. There are endless possibilities as to what could have happened. Now I am in a situation where he has to be taken to urgent care since the vets don’t have availability until mid/end of next week. This is not a great feeling to have on your first visit to a groomer. I truly do not wish this on anyone.

Such great service overall, from the initial call to I quite about a pups first grooming to the pick up. This was my pups first grooming and did not know what I wanted or what to expect from his grooming. They did an amazing job, he came out tail wagging and super happy. We loved everything about the place and will definitely be back for all of our pups future grooming.

Came here to get my dogs nails trimmed and picked up some Flea shampoo & a flea comb.—When getting my dogs nails trimmed my dog was very proper even as she’s quite nervous around other dogs. The woman trimming my dogs nails was incredibly sweet & friendly. The trim took less than 5 minutes when she estimated about 10. Wonderful customer service.The flea shampoo treatment lasts I believe 7 weeks, but my pup already felt relieved the first night when I brushed them out with their comb and bathed her. So you can trust they have quality doggy products. 10/10

I've been coming to Paw La La for around 2 years, usually coming monthly for a diamond bath and brush with teeth brushing for my little chihuahua.I'm generally satisfied with my services and the workers are very friendly and seem to be sweet to my dog.

I'm so glad I found this place!I have 1 senior dog and 1 little puppy and both absolutely lose their minds when it's time to head over to day care! The staff has always been super sweet and shown my dogs a ton of love when I've entrusted them with my boys. I've never had any worries or problems and will keep coming back despite being a bit far away from my house; it's worth it from seeing looks my dogs' faces!

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment paid a $25 deposit when I showed up a week later at PAW LA LA they said the groomer called in sick and there was nothing they can do but reschedule, No one called or emailed me to notified me, they just waited for me to get there and then tell me. Don't waist your time and money they don't care about you or your pet.

An amazing place!My baby's name is Yuki.I bring her more than three times a week.She loves this place so much.She was sick when she was a baby and was obsessed with me because she wasn't socialized.Now she doesn't look for me anymore when she goes to meet her friends.This place is very clean and you can see the staff cleaning every day at the end of the day.The staff are very kind and they love dogs.Thank you to them.

Take your dog needs somewhere else! They rescheduled my appointment the day before twice as well as refused to refund the deposit on an appointment that they cancelled. Overall terrible customer service for a mediocre product.

I was always skeptical about hiring a mobile groomer to groom my dogs but I’m glad that finally I gave it a chance because David owner of wet paws grooming did a wonderful job on my dogs and I couldn’t be happier. When my dogs saw him walking thru my driveway they ran to him and start playing around and asked for belly rub. It felt like they knew him for years!!His mobile grooming van is super clean and nice with up to date grooming equipments. He even went out of him way and walked my dog before he start to groom them. How amazing is that:)I would highly recommend wet paws mobile grooming company to those people having a hard time to trust someone to work on their pets.Thank you so much David for a amazing job you did and I will be in touch with you again soon:)Keep up the good work!

This place is unprofessional with how they treat our animals. I took my cat to get groomed and unfortunately when we got her back, she fainted, we proceeded to take her to the vet, where she was unfortunately pronounced dead. I was an am devastated. They put a muzzle on my cat and when they showered her, they proceeded to let her hurt herself. This is a warning for anyone who is taking their pet to this unprofessional place.

their grooming service was good but expensive and they want you to pick up ur dog within 30min or they charge you for late fee supposedly. which if you go anywhere within ktown during traffic hour will take you 30min... is it worth the expensive fee..? mmm not really... for me...
