Our two huskies regularly go to Pampered Tails and they always do the best job. Today when Max & Elvis got home they looked amazing, so clean, perfectly groomed and happy as the team at Pampered Tails look after them so well. We wouldn’t go anywhere else, they are pawfect!

Thanks to Will - our pup Mars was ALL wags when I came to pick him up after a nail trim and bath! Normally what seems to be a difficult experience for Mars turned into the most pleasant experience we've had at a groomers. The staff was so incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable in the new space! Will took such good care of Mars and did a great job - we will definitely be returning customers :)

Highly recommend! I have a very anxious dog and the staff at Pampered Tails are so great with her (they are the only groomers my dog has let trim her nails). She always looks SO GOOD after coming home from the dog spa. I love their convenient online booking feature.

I don't even live in the area anymore and I still drive here to get my cats groomed. They are both long haired and get matted very quickly in the summer. Kat has been great with both of my kitties! One had a small cut on her chest (we had no idea because of all the floof!) and Kat alerted me immediately so I was able to get her treated quickly at the vet. My other cat was on her way to the vet and peed all over me and herself. I asked the vet to clean her up but they handed her back to me hours later still covered in pee. I drove straight to Pampered Tails and Kat took her on the spot, gave her a bath and brushed out 95% of her mats. Cats can be difficult to groom but Kat is seriously the best

Great groomers! I decided to try it out after seeing a groupon deal and was very impressed with their work. They even gave a cute bandana. Here’s a pic of my miniature poodle right after picking her up. As you can tell, she’s feeling super fresh and happy!

We went to Joshua Tree for the week, yesterday on the way back we were trying to book a grooming session for our baby- Dumpling. We called the place but it was fully booked, the staff told us that he would keep us posted if have any openings for today. They did contact us a few times to help us getting a time slot that met our schedules.Today when we went to pick the baby up, he looked soooo cute and fluffy! Jack, our groomer, got rid off some brown spots around our baby’s mouth and the butt, fluffed him up very well, moreover he was super sweet and professional!Highly recommend this place for any fur parents! We are definitely going to be their regular. Because our baby now is a huge bundle of cuteness! Can’t thank him enough ❤️

Went here yesterday to get my old doggy’s nails trimmed for the first time. My girl is a bit difficult and really squirmy but the team did a fantastic job. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and tidy. The staff is extremely friendly, Titan had Staci. Here they hand blow dry your dog after washing unlike most places that place your dog into a cage with a dryer. They have your phone number and give you updates. A good way to pamper your pup!

They accepted a walk in for my 11 months old chihuahua just for a nail trim. Very kindly and very fast. Cutting only is 25 + 15 extra if you want them to trim with the polish machine… that 3 times the price than everywhere else. Won’t go back.. also don’t give them your number they will literally harass you even when opting out…

Andy is a really great groomer. Not only does my dog feel like velvet after but hes super happy! My dog usually hates getting groomed but for some reason he always looks so happy after a session with Andy!! He actually says bye to him before we leave!! Great experience. Thank you!

Kat did a fantastic job with my slightly scared and very matted kitty, Bean. Kat cared for and groomed my cat in a gentle manner, and wouldn't do any more than Bean would tolerate. Definitely recommend, and will be going back if Bean needs it again!

I have been taking my dog here for the past two years and I used to love it. However lately they have been doing a sloppy job, constantly changing the groomers without the customers knowledge and charging crazy prices. I wanted to have the same groomer because they know my dog and the haircut I like but when I got there it was a new person who didn’t listen to me and did whatever they wanted. Overall…. This is not worth it for the high price. Go somewhere else

Had a great experience with Pampered Tails. They were running a bit late but let us know and did a great job woth our Bailey. Her nails were trimmed and ears cleaned and had all the services that were agreed upon. I would recommend them for your pets grooming needs.

This place is phenomenal always so happy with the results. They always go above and beyond to clean your animal and even squeezed glands, were careful around sores in a rescue, and more. I live in weho but make the drive because I can’t imagine finding any place better or who would treat my dog better in all of LA. They even gave my bulldog a new handkerchief every time I visited! Highly highly recommend. Owner is such a kind hearted and good man as well.

They are so quick and accommodating with appointments! You're greeted with a warm smile, and they handle with care. Normally my little guy is a little anxious to walk in, but not here!Alexis was extremely kind, and came out to talk and explained everything he did! He gave the perfect cut. They also text you about 20 minutes before they are done, so the dog is not waiting long.I love it here. If you're looking for a clean, professional, and very friendly environment, check this place out!

This is the BEST groomers I've ever been to and my dog is a tough customer!!! I have a 60 pound 2 year old chocolate Australian labradoodle and this is the only place I will take my dog to get groomed now. My dog is very anxious and has a hard time at the groomers. We've actually been asked not to return to two other groomers in the area because my pup gets so anxious and needs so many breaks that it takes them so long to get him groomed they don't think it's worth it. At Pampered Tails when I told them about my pups anxiety problems they were kind, patient and understanding. My dog sees Alexis and he sets aside a lot of time so that he can keep my anxious little pup calm and happy during the grooming process. Alexis is a magician!!! My pup comes back beautifully groomed and goes back without a fight. Also, Alexis really cares about the animals he sees and told me last time that he suspected my dog may have an ear infection after he cleaned his ears. I took him to the vet the next day and yes he had an ear infection in both ears. Alexis cares about the health of my dog, keeping him clean and making him beautiful!!

The woman, Kat, who groomed my dog was friendly and passionate about grooming. She also seemed to like dogs which is a plus, you’d be surprised with how many groomers are in this field and make you feel like your dog is a burden. She asked what kind of cut I would like and was informative with providing helpful tips for my dog and his breed. I returned a second time to get another great consultation with someone different. My dog looked great! They seem to have many opportunities for discounts as well. The salon is clean and I love the texting feature. They let you know if you can arrive early for the appointment and they text you when your dog’s appt. is complete. Overall a great experience !

I just had both of my dogs groomed here and one of them is extremely shy and difficult to groom. They made perfect accomodations for him and he was smiling when I got there to pick them up! Both dogs looked beautiful and seemed so happy! From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked them up, it was a great experience. This will be out place from now on! Highly recommend!

Pampered Tails is the only place my pup will go. He’s very picky about being around other people and he always leaves this place happy. With his apprehensive attitude and his allergies I’ve tried a few groomers and this is seriously the best. They give him everything he needs every single time. We love this place!

My dog is a 15lb long-haired terrier mix and here the rates are so reasonable that my first choice for grooming my pet in LA will be Pampered Tails. Their services are convenient, quick, and appreciable at whatever they provide. Not only I save the money, my dog is much happier with Pampered Tails. It is really and the place is maintained very well.

Brought my pup Snowflake here and was not disappointed. This was her first time being groomed so I was nervous about how she would do but was told she was calm the entire time. The location itself was very secure so I had no worries there. Our groomer Stacy was very friendly. The bandanna they put on her was just the cherry on top. Will definitely be bringing Snowflake back.
