I have visited Mike's pet store a few times this year. I needed to catch up with vaccines for my four dogs. Mike has been very kind and attentive, he's very informative and always provides the best advice. I spent a bit of cash on vaccines, but it was my fault for falling behind. Which I don't regret because now my babies are safe and protected ❤️ Who said pets were cheap? I'm happy with Mike's prices. A visit with the vet will cost double. Customers walk in expecting 10 or 20 dollar shots 🤨 shoot I wished too! But if we really love our fur babies then we shouldn't be thinking it twice. There's also low cost vaccines at participating animal shelters really early in the morning 🙂 for the peeps that wish to pay less. Just do us happy customers a favor, stop bringing your negative vibes to this store!

The other pet stores nearby don’t take good care of their pets and we thought we finally found a decent one but the bunnies had absolutely no water !! Very sad. If you are going to charge a lot for animals at least take care of them

Friendly staff, they have L, XXL coats & jackets for Large & XL dogs fot this winter, i went to many places and no one, except them, had it.

They did such a great job I showed them a past hair cut and they gave exactly maybe a bit better. Price is understandable and my pup came back unscathed.

3 African Grey Parrots... Incredible.I went to Mike's with a friend to get a collar and a leash for his Rottweiler. It needed to be a big thick collar and a strong metal link leash. The young woman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us choose good merchandise that was not the most expensive. While checking out, I noticed an African Grey Parrot in a large (and clean) cage. I had an African Grey Parrot when I was a teenager and they are not only difficult to find but they are very expensive. (They are great "talkers"). I asked about the price and she smiled and said that the store had 3 African Greys each one costing $1500.00.I mention this because I found Mike's and a number of other stores in this Florence Avenue district to have surprises and items not found in many other parts of the city.Drop in at Mike's and see there extensive supply of pet accessories. Don't be surprised if a bird whistles at you on your way out. There are 3 champion talking birds just waiting to surprise you.

I called over the phone to get info on 💉 for my pet and the guy who answered the phone was super rude! If they treat you like this over the phone I can imagine the service at the shop and to your pet. It would have been 0 stars to be honest but it won’t let me

Bought an African grey from here they are priced high but I haven’t come across a problem. My African grey is in good health and is tame. However some of there products are overpriced.

This place help you a lot, Mike the own know a lot about animals. You could always ask him questions his very friendly too. They sale a lot off birds. You could even take your dog for a groom too.

I do not like the fact that they cannot give you the prices over the phone that doesn't make any sense and it's a big inconvenience for customer's Who live far and have to come to the store Just to find out they passed several stores that was cheaper It would be nice if you could at least say your prices over the phone It's very unprofessional to be sarcastic in the reviews as well I wish your business all the best though

Marisa's are wonderful pet groomer I can drop all five of my dog's off at 2 and she has them all done with a nice summer cut and she even take special care of my dog bami that can't stand up well I love this place

I am so happy this store is in Eagle Mike's Pet Store and pet grooming. There is parking, the store is clean, the owners are helpful, the products are quality and the advice is honest.

Never keeps up with pet supplies, even after repeatedly requesting for a product over and over again. Small pet food and treats have been expired for months and even years sometimes.

This guy I found out over charged me for a flea and tick prevention product for my dog and come to find out it is just a flea product that last 24/48 hrs and should be combined with something like advanticks or front line like I was intended to get
