Our first time ant Melrose Pet Grooming and WE LOVE IT!!!they were so professional and friendly they took care of our dog. Dino looks very handsome with a new and fresh haircut, and nail trim I can’t say enough this place.the price was reasonable for sure we will come back in a month for his next bath.

I know my dogs are always safe here and I know they're always treated well and most of the time he comes out looking great!. 80% of the time he looks great. 20% I think he may have taken on a customer or two to money and becomes overwhelmed and isn't able to put the finishing touches on my dog's haircut. That being said, nobody's perfect and I can live with that once in a while. As long as I know my dog is taken care of and treated well when he's in their care.

Decent price for a decent haircut. Only issue was how relaxed it was. Never asked for any information on shots/vaccines. I brought my dog in the morning with no reservation and was done within four hours

Love this location. The Employee is the only one that can handle my Husky mix Lab. Theyare always very nice. Prices do very. But they do an Amazing Job!! My dogs smell delicious for weeks!! Highly recommend!!!

My cat came home happily. I used to bring her to petco, and it was horrible over there, they gave her unfinished cut and she was mad at me and hide. However, after coming home from this shop, she was happy and run around.

Please don’t take your pets to this pet grooming. It’s the worst place ever. I took in my dog at 8:30am didn’t get him back till 2:40pm it’s ridiculous. For the job they did, I could of done it my self. My dog is a Bichon Frise. Not a mutt wanna be poodle. I’m so disappointed at the lack of care, interest and negligence coming from owner and staff, let me tell you that is the owner who does the grooming. See for your self the one the right is how they left him, I could of done it my self. I don’t even think their license. Horrible..

My Bichon Tito loves coming here for grooming. Mina and Luis are friendly, professional and super gentle with the dogs. Great service and care. Mina does a wonderful Bichon haircut. She trims his head cute and round and then he gets a nice spray of doggy cologne at the end. Highly recommend.

The people who work here are awesome definitely not top tier but the prices are reasonable and the job is well done. I’ve been bringing my dogs since forever. He left my dog George ,RIP, amazing he was a malshi with a thicc tail omg he did a great job . I recently adopted Freddie an old man and he did a great job with nails shaving and brushing. Only thing was the ears were not the cleanest still had hair and crusties but I’ll emphasize next time. Overall pretty great price for service.

We tried to have Fluffy groomed on Monday before we came to Hollywood at a Petsmart in Las Vegas, but we had a bad experience booking her appointment, so while here in Hollywood, we still decided to pamper her. I found Melrose Pet Grooming through a. Google search. I called first thing on Tuesday morning to see if we could do a walk in, and they said sure, bring her in. The price and everything about the experience at Melrose Pet Grooming was first class and she looks fabulous. We have been walking around Hollywood with us and she has been getting a lot of attention! Thank for the experience and we will definitely bring her in when we come to Hollywood.

Good experience! Dropped my dog off for a wash, clipping, and nails trim. I'm satisfied with everything. It costed about $55 total for all 3 which is reasonable. The only downside I can think of was I never got a call when my dog was ready. But I gave them a call near the end and they said he was ready and I came by to get him. But friendly staff! You can tell they care about their customers and the pets the handle!

called on thursday july 27th and asked if i could bring my pet tomorrow (july 28th). the guy on the phone said yes, we take walk-ins before noon. i get there at 11:45am on friday and there’s a sign on the door that says “we will be closed friday july 28th.”

Horrible place don’t go here! I brought my German Shepard here for a haircut and grooming. They cut her hair and left patches everywhere and she’s all jagged and uneven they didn’t even shave her tail down or her head, completely uneven everywhere. That cost $55 dollars for them to shave, trim her nails bathe her and brush her teeth. I went just today for her to be bathed only, my dog still smells and they charged me $55 after telling us it was only going to be $10 per treatment. They are scammers and they do a terrible job! Don’t go here!!

They cut my cats nail on his back paw and cut into the pink part of his nail bed. When I called they didn't really believe me and said I would have to bring my cat in in order for them to determine. I could have cut them better myself. All his nails are breaking and shedding. They were cut really rough. They said we didn't see any blood and didn't cut them too short. My cat is also stressed from the experience Paid $85 for my cat to come back shedding a lot, and with a broken nail . Skip this place.

Brought our dog here to get groomed and she left with a good haircut but they nicked and cut her in 4-5 different spots. I am very understanding of the difficulty groomers experience with anxious dogs but there is a point where it becomes dangerous. Most alarmingly, they cut her next to her eyes! Either the groomers here are inexperienced or they just don't care to be careful/patient. They could've seriously injured my dog so I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone.

They are the best! Always so sweet and caring to our dogs. And we have two tiny dogs that get scared easily but they make them feel comfortable. They are quick too. And will give you free day care as long as your dog is getting a shampoo service that day.

I love coming here to groom my cat. They always take care of my two cats the times I've gotten them groomed. Its 90 bucks but worth it. from all that shedding they get during the summer and makes them be cool instead of being hot all the time. Will come again

We brought our two dogs here twice. Second time because my boyfriend accidentally took them to the same spot even thought I told him not to and boy I was right. They cut one of my dogs paws and it took weeks to heal with a cone and paw protector it was a nightmare. Then after only about a week after the met got groomed the same dog that had a cut started to stink like really bad! As if he had never had a bath just a week ago. I am extremely disappointed, will NEVER go back again!

I've brought my wire-haired fox terriers to Melrose Pet Grooming for over 10 years now. Most groomers I had used in the past got the cut wrong, but Melrose always gets it right! My babies always come back relaxed, happy and looking like a million bucks. Love the shop's flexible drop-off times, too! Everyone there is highly skilled, friendly and terrific!

I went for the first time and they did it wrong, I have 2 Pomeranians and to one of them they just shower. I give a second opportunity thinking maybe it was a mistake but this time was worst they leave one of them almost with nothing of hair and looking so bad. NO RECOMMENDED

I took my Yorkie there for the first time and his haircut wasn't even. On parts of his body the hair was longer than other parts and his face was shaped uneven. He was cleaned and smelled nice. The messed up haircut is the reason for 2 stars.

They have taken care of my dogs for close to a decade. They took great care of Buster (Cocker Spaniel) and Koko (Chow mix) and now they trimmed the nail to Bear (Cattle dog) Great service and never have I worried about my dogs.
