Really bad customer service. They don’t greet or say thank you. The store is so small, and stinks. To many animals in one small cage. It’s super dreadful to see them suffering. The turtles as well. They had very little water. You could tell the two ladies didn’t care about an of the animals and just care about making money. The floor is so dirty and there’s so many flies. This place should shut down and not make the animals suffer.

I resonate with most of the other reviews about this institution, however I strongly disagree with the employees need to kiss every animal on their private parts everytime they feed them, this creates a very bad pavlov reflex, and now my goldfish always attacks my mouth with its genitals everytime i feed it!

This is a decent establishment for the area, you find yourself what you need in the cat, dog, bird, fish, and reptile sections, they help you out with your needs and are very friendly...Upon coming here more and more often I find myself wanting to not come here anymore, the owner of this establishment is RUDE. won't greet you. I've previously taken picture of the animals here and all of a sudden with attitude I get TOLD not asked to stop taking pictures, they have too many animals in one cage. They don't ever have any feeders you need, it smells, its hot for these animals. DO NOT COME HERE.

I loved it even though i haven't bought any birds yet the prices are crazy cheap and they didn't kick me out because i looked suspicious that's a first. And the employees are very nice.

Good service and the owner and staff make you feel family and they show that they do care about the pets by asking all required questions and that makes your self really comfortable and safe about our pet's.....thanks for all the information provided... really helpful....

This place is actually now called Ramirez pet shop. I walked in and got everything I needed and staff was friendly and well educated on helping with my fish tank set up. Will be back soon

i like this store the staff are friendly and i get most of my supplies I just wish they clean their tanks more often I bought 4 fish each is 5$ and two of them died by parasites I couldn't remove the parasites they died waste of 12$ I would have gaven it 4 stars but I'm very pissed off how unhealthy the fish are
