Just wanted to share how attentive and personable the staff are at Katie's Pet Depot. Chris and Kirby were outstanding in their follow-through when we ordered some dog food that was not available/nor sold anymore in their store. Just as Kirby said, she called a week later to let us know it was available for p/u and suggested I come a day later so that I could take advantage of a discount being offered. This is a must for those seeking out a raw high quality food and great down to earth customer service.

though the grooming department people were nice, the front office charged me an additional $15 for boarding because apparently I was late picking up my cat. they wouldn't release her unless paid.No one had told me that there was extra charge. been their customer for many years.Not a good experience.

Lovely people and great variety of quality pet food. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the double-parking lot.

it would be nice if someone was there after 4 pm who could make grooming appointments. I don't have the luxury to make calls during the day or have cell service. I will just have to take my dog elsewhere to a place who are more ready to take grooming appointments!

Kirby and Bree have amazing customer service skills. They helped me out so much and right before closing time. Thank you for staying open late just to answer all of my questions.

The grooming department is amazing. The new groomers Sam and Shariz were so friendly and my puppy was so happy to stay with them.

The staff here are super nice, and if they don't carry something, they'll be happy to order it for you. They have parrot named Chubby who lives in the store. Don't try to pet him! He bites!

Omg, I just bought bulky sticks and treats at such an awesome deal! Their rewards card is so great!!!with daily deals on a calender! Sooooooooooo AMAZING!!!!
