All 3 of my dogs (10-15lbs terrier mixes) have only ever used the JoyRide harnesses. Easy to use because it’s adjustable around the neck and belly. My two 10lbs pups use a small, I just tighten the harness all the way to make it snug and they are good to go! My older pup (about 13lbs) is in a Medium now and it fits great! I use them on walks and to secure them in the car!

This harness is so good. Our dog walker has introduced it to all the pack. Thank you so much Joyride. The customer service is great. Delivery was fast and easy. I even had to process an exchange it was easy to find on the website and easy to navigate. Thanks for the cute designs.

The Joyride Harness has been a great addition to our pet gear. The side-ring design is excellent - it doesn't cause any strain on my Boxer's neck and allows for better control. The material is durable and has survived our numerous beach trips and daily walks. Five stars all around!

We have 6 dogs in our pack, varying in sizes. You can imagine how many harnesses we’ve gone through & numerous different types. And we have finally found a company that offers a variety of sizes that shows a commitment to quality products. They are by far the easiest to put on our dogs and sturdy. Their leashes are perfect with the seat Belt feature built in and two ways to grasp on their leashes. Thank you to this company for providing us with great costumer service.

Joyride Harness is a game changer. I love the side-ring design, it gives me better control over my Siberian Husky without causing any discomfort. It's clear this harness is designed with the dog's comfort and safety in mind. My pup looks stylish and feels comfortable. A win-win for both of us!!!

Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Product is not high quality and when on my dog, if you walk to the side of the dog, the harness slides to the side, rubbing the back of my dogs front legs. Ordered 2 harness, finally received 2 harness, one correct size, large and one wrong size, a small size. The small one came in incorrect color as well. Now they want me to pay them to return the incorrect one and because I put the correct sized harness on my dog to try it out, it cannot be returned now. This coming is a total rip-off and I WOULD TELL ANYONE - DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered two harnesses and a seat belt. I got the harnesses but no seat belt. For several days now I have tried to email them to send the seatbelt which is paid for. No decent response. They wanted me to send photos of the harnesses I received. WHAT? This company has the worst service ever and this is not the first time I ran into trouble. Wondering who owns that place. I love the harness but the company totally is bad, no service, they don't care. Once they have your money look out. Do not support them!

Still have not received, horrible customer service!I have been waiting for this order for over three weeks. I have asked Joyride to cancel this since they still had not sent it. They said it was on it’s way Nov 13 and that it could take 7-10 days. I just checked the tracking number and the items still have not shipped. I have sent numerous emails asking the order to be canceled because I need the harness ASAP so ended up going to Petco and purchasing one there. They keep saying it is in transit when it is not. I will be returning the item as soon as I get it. I am very disappointed as I would like to support these smaller companies, but they should not make promises they cannot fulfill and/or be honest when ordering and say this can take over a month to receive. When I wrote to inquire about my order, they offered me 15% off my next order not any discount on the present order and I am very disappointed with their lack of response and getting me a refund.

This company has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a return label for over a month and no one was ever able to send it to me and kept saying I was losing it in my SPAM folder. I contacted them over a dozen times looking for assistance on this issue and kept getting a response that the issue was being "escalated" to someone in customer service. Still no response and no credit. DO NOT buy from them, you will NEVER get your money back if something goes wrong!

Wow. I ordered two harnesses from this company and despite the website promise to ship within 3 - 5 days, I had to ask about my order a month later. I then canceled the order when I realized they hadn't even shipped it yet. The company told me it couldn't be canceled because it had already been shipped, however they couldn't provide me with a tracking number for two more days. yeah, right. Of course in the meantime, I bought something locally and told them again to cancel the order but now they magically had a tracking number and told me I could always return them if I wanted.Now, I go back to their site to fill out the return paperwork and it costs me $7.95 to send back the order that THEY screwed up. Horrible customer service and the harness is WAY too big and clunky for small dogs ( I have two 10-lb'ers that this was supposed to be perfect for). I will also mention that this product absolutely comes from China and not sunny Los Angeles as they purport; it comes in the telltale Chinese wrapBack to Chewy.com where the products are as advertised and the customer service is great.

Not better than Walmart or Target harness. Not "The last harness you'll purchase"The D ring is weak and keeps getting loose. Might be made in USA but parts are cheap foreign parts. Not worth the money.*purchased a size Small for a 20 lb dog

Order arrived on time and this harness is the best I've ever owned. I've tried two others before settling on this. I see the terrible service ratings, but I just didn't have that problem but can't promise you that you won't -- but the harness itself, is fantastic.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Took my money as well and no harness. I tried canceling my order and they shipped it anyways. I tried to return it and they claim they never received it. Lose lose situation.
