This place is a hit or miss. For us, most of the time, it's a hit. The price is okay. We paid $70 for a 15-pound dog. If I don't like the way they cut his hair, I always go back, and they fix it. Our dog is also very comfortable coming here.

Me and my dog love this place. This is a small, family run, immigrant run small business. I am so happy to spend my money here. The ladies are incredibly kind and sweet. They always have been able to take safe-day appointments for me.My dog comes back looking great and I can tell that the team there really care about him.Anyone leaving bad reviews and mentioning bad customer service seems a little out of place. Sometimes you have to consider the training and temperament of the dogs coming in for grooming and wonder if a poorly trained dog was part of a unsatisfactory review. This is not the Chateau Marmutt with premium beauty and relaxation services. This is a solid local spot providing basic and quality grooming run by good people with fair prices.

These women will try stealing from you. I took my 6 month old Dalmatian in today for a full service without a haircut cause she’s short haired. When I went to pick her up she was still smelled, still has dirty ears and they claimed they couldn’t cut her nails because my girl got nervous. I asked them to reduce the price from $75 since the only thing they did was wash her and they refused to do the services and refuse to reduce the price. I paid the $75 and still need to go somewhere else where they’ve cut her nails and groomed her before. Ridiculous, never go here unless you want to be jipped.

You gotta love Joy's groomer, she was taught well and is great in her skills. Joy the owner of the company now she's a little much but she is generally a kind and caring person. Be careful and ALWAYS ask the price FIRST

Asked for a standard cut and showed pictures, but still my pomeranian was completely shaved down. Double coated dogs need their overcoat to keep cool in the summer. I know she just thought she was doing what's best but I really would have rather her turn me away if she didn't want to do a trim.

They were very fast and their prices have gone up a lot. My dog got a bath and had his nails clipped. My dog is a small/medium frame. I hoped that they would have allowed my dog to soak [in the bath tub] a bit longer; considering we were the only clientele at that point and time. The cost was $55.00 before tip.

Love this place. The groomers are fantastic, kind, and do an excellent job! They are also fast. I take my three babies and they are done in 2 hours. They come out looking fabulous! Highly recommend!

I get my two puppies' nails trimmed here regularly. At other groomers they scream and fight, but every time I come here it is super fast and somehow they get the nails done without a single complaint. Plus the price is great.

Fast service, took care of my puppy and she was really happy getting her nails trimmed for the first time. The ladies were very friendly. Nails were clipped and rounded off with a tool.

Grooming is affordable at Joy Dog Grooming. Recently changed ownership and I was not impressed with the new owner because she asked me how much the old owner charged me for grooming and to bring cash, which was a rude question to ask a customer I thought. The parking lot is always discusting with trash and smashed food everywhere. Last thing I want my dog to step in after getting groomed.

Joy, the original owner is now gone. So I was met by the new owner who told me Joy did a bad job and that she was now charging twice as much for my dogs baths. We had been going to Joy for over five years now. The new owner was rude, and told me I should find another place. Don’t worry. We will.

I have made appointments throughout the week and every time I went for my appointment they would cancel on me. I would take my dog with them previous times and everytime they would shave him entirely even when I requested a trim. He would even come home with scratches and scared, he would not come out from under the bed from how scared he would be. They’re irresponsible and not careful.

I used to take my maltese Buddy to this place but one time the groomer accidentally let shampoo into both oh his eyes. They did not noticed and my dog scracth his eyes and danage his retina. I asked the owner what happened and she denied any wrong doing, I understand that was an accident but she told me that was not a big deal. I took my dog to the ER and cost me over $900 and my dog could not see well for a couple of weeks. I went back to that place and spoke to the owner to explain to her that they have to becarefull and she asked me for the Vet receipts to see them. She took them away from me a call the police saying that I was harrasant her. The police showed and I explained what had happened and they suggested me to take them to court.

I went Oct/2020. I needed an appointment now. So that part has changed.Cash only or Venmo. Feb 2020No appointments needed. Usually done in 2-3 hours. Parking lot is very small ...you may have to park in the red zone outside or double park against the wall inside.

Horrible manners, very cheap prices, they cut my dogs nails to the quick, they let him scream slammed the door on me! then just put styptic on and handed him back, awful people. very rude. If you want cheap and rude, go here.
