I have been going to Joanna Pet City Grooming with Ernesto for a couple years now! My sweet cat leaves smelling fresh, nicely trimmed nails, and without any anxiety!! Ernesto does a wonderful job of de-shedding. I feel at ease when I leave my cat because he makes sure all the pets feel comfortable. Thank you again for another great service

Booked me in, in a matter of 1 day! Super grateful, they came to my location to pick up my Senior German Shepherd & Belgian Malinois to take back to their location. They were very professional; I immediately felt like I could trust them with my beloved babies. He helped my GS up the steps because she suffers from arthritis, just a great vibe overall. I knew they were in good hands. They came back within 5 hours, all dolled up -looking shiny and feeling smooth, smelling lovely! Super nice people. They even sent me pictures of them getting their teeth brushed, how cute is that!? I would recommend them to anyone who isn't able to transport their large dog breeds or actually anyone in general. Thank you guys!! We appreciate you.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the groomer seemed very knowledgeable, and my cats seemed perfectly fine after their session.My cats were very clean after getting bathed and were even given some cute bandanas! I'm glad I found this place and would recommend it to any pet parent looking to get their pets groomed!
