4/26Came picking up my dog from grooming, didn't get to see him until I was asked to PAY FIRST AND FORCED TO LEAVE A TIP. Staff didn't mention a single word about how's he doing during bath/haircut or any related information. The whole thing is very ridiculous, will not come back.4/30Ok so we just realized, they didn’t even finish all the services listed for ‘Petite Haircut’ which includes ‘Anal Gland Expression.’ Now it’s only been 4days since we picked up our dog, we can already smelling odor from his butt. This place is literally a scam, avoid it.

Trying to look for the right food for my babies, stumbled here. Welcoming staff and Dan was super helpful and friendly. He gave some suggestions and was very knowledgeable. Bonus that my pups liked the food! Will definitely be back!

We came here as new dog parents a few days ago and the woman who worked here (short hair) was so knowledgeable and kind and really helped us feel confident in our purchases! Wish I remembered her name but she was so genuine, helpful, and took all the time that we needed to learn more!

I gave up petsmart when I found healthyspot and, I'm glad I did. The staff as well as the managers are extremely polite, nice and very helpful esp dan. They take the time to answer your questions and are never too busy to explain to you the nature of your question. as well as giving you more info along with it. A very clean environment, and well managed store with a knowledgeable staff.

First time at the store, and as I walked in one of the associates walked up and asked what kind of dogs I have; I told her I have a pit bull mix, to which she replied "oh" and proceeded to then ignore me the entire time I walked thru the store, and even as I left and said "thank you and bye" (bc it's the polite thing to do) both associates ignored me and kept talking amongst themselves. I understand that particular breeds are not everyone's cup of tea, but don't be so rude and ugly about it. Especially since you work at a store that caters to pets. (side note: I was at the store to get some treats for my dog since she was going thru chemotherapy at the moment)

I had my dog groomed here in Friday, he is a miniature poodle who had quite a bit of length on his top knot and legs. I provided the groomer (Stephenie) with pictures two large copies in color with notes that I wanted a modified sporting clip with his legs left long with a slight taper the body shirt and the face and base of tail shaved and his top knot neatened not completely shorn off. They explained to me that he had somr mats in his armpit areas that’s fine. What was not fine is that I received my dog practically shaved no reference was given to the pictures provide. I was charged a dematting fee even though he was shaved and what mats the took out looked like they were plucked since he has a lot of thining in those areas. I understand when a groomer and owner get things lost in translation but if I provide hard copies of photos I should have been told that you could not do it. I am so dissatisfied I could cry. I wish I could get my money back. My dog looks so wrong his lines are also not parallel and I still had to clean up his face when I went homeBTW HealthySpot this is Keeda who came in with Gatz on 08/03/2018 at 10:30 am
