The people here are so nice and helpful! SHOUT OUT TO LUIS RAUL! He’s the most hardworking person I ALWAYS see at this store! I do instacart and he helps direct me to the isles so quick and I appreciate his help so much! The good workers make this place so great!BTW, get the ralphs/food for less app, it’s worth the deal!

Not a *regular* Food4Less visitor. This location happened to be next to a CVS (where I do ALL my Vitamin+Homeopathy shopping), so I stopped in to pick up a few items from Fresh-Fruit+Veggie Dept. Found what I wanted ... pretty quickly AND rather INexpensively ... even withOUT the #DigitalDeals. If you're in-the-neighborhood, def could be worth a stop-by + look-see!

The cashier's are rude as hell except about 3 the good on the weekend , early morning especially the asian chick , the chick from tex, Hispanic lady young with glasses, n it's another 1..that store is different then all the rest weird it's like 3 near have more stuff , more, sales, a kitchen, SMH, NOT PEOPLE JUST HANGING OUT, ITS CLOSE TO ME THE 1 ON SLAUSON IS WAY BETTER AND GAGE , OLYMPIA, VONS IS MY FAVORITE THE ASK FOR YO PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE SURE U GET THE LOW PRICE

I went to go buy beer I went with my husband they wanted both our ID I showed mine but my husband only had his from El Salvador and we’re 25 and they said they wouldn’t sell us anything if he didn’t show another ID it was ridiculous

The lines here keep getting worse and worse every time I come. They should have ALL registers open and they always have like 3-4 open. ALL lines are insane LONG!!! It’s so annoying.

They don't accommodate the customers. I made complaints to manager and explained how I live near this store but I travel to Westside food 4 less and get better products and prices. Everything is getting expensive but I believe this is price gouging at this store and needs to be investigated. Do better food4less.

I bought an air conditioner from this store and I spoke to two managers one at night and one in the morning shift his name is Joey or Joel and he was suppose to get back to me regarding returning an air conditioner that did not work and I have not heard from them. I purchased the air conditioner and within the same day stopped working and they gave me the run around until today I still have the air conditioner not working and they don’t want to return my money worst place and worst management ever. I am not sure why they hire incompetent staff and I am still waiting to see if they can accept my return that didn’t work from the beginning. I should sue them for selling stuff that did not work.

Part of the Kroger's chain. Good in stock amounts with how busy it was. Meat Dept was very helpful in recommending a proper beef to braise. Cashiers moved lines quickly. Hugo was our cashier. Friendly and focused on getting us through.

only reason i go to this location is because i dont drive and its the closest store to me.i will say this,the sales are ok but produce doesnt seem to be checked.Lines are always huge and every time i go,only 2 registers open.i understsnd being catious but seriously,2 registers open 2 huge lines.

I Hate this location!!!! Bathroom is ALWAYS dirty no matter what time of the day. Produce especially fresh spinach,lettuce,herbs are very poor quality. Freezers are questionable I don't purchase meat from this store unless it's butterball turkey bacon because the go backs sit unattended way too long at the cashiers check out or in baskets designed to restock items customers put backIt's a shame the people in the neighborhood don't DEMAND more this store is awful,unkept and you feel it when you walk in the door.As for the customer service it's just ok perhaps a 4 out of 10 . They got rid of the helpful staff and whoever cleaned the restrooms.

They have good specials in their weekly ad. Only wish they would stock up on their feature item or have better customer service so that the customer wont have to drive there looking for something in the ad and them not have it and then have the nerve to say they don't carry it, so then why is it in your ad paper? I went today because their ad showed the 64oz Coffee Mate creamer for $4.99 When I got to the store they only had the french vanilla flavor and I always buy the hazelnut (they only had only the 32oz) so I asked the deli employee if he could check if they had any of the hazelnut 64oz since it was the one featured in the ad and staright off the bat witout even walking to the back to check he said "oh we dont carry that one" mind you that I have purchased this item before several times at this store and when I told him that he said "we'll ma'm I've been working here for a year an a half and I can assure you I've never seen that item"....sure! he must be blind then!!!

The employees r really friendly and helpful i personally like this place for that reason. But i gave it a 3 star because the bathroom r horrible. They r always dirty n there is hardly any toilet paper.

customer service is ok but not fully stocked theres no deli need remodeling like in the valley. Theres no bakery and theres signs everywhere that if you want a product you have to ask the cashier so many shelfs are empty i will give it a five star but needs to be remodel and many products are not there that they advertise.

This market has changed a lot in the past few years. It's getting better and of course CLEANER. I still have not seen any new baskets. The baskets use in this market are the worst of the worst. They need to do something about that problem. It pretty gross adding your food to be purchased in too a dirty cart.

The store has came along way just a year ago it was terrible. I have never seen so many people steal at one time in my life from the age of 84 to 10 that was bad.They didn't even try to hide.smh
