This place deserves to close down. I took my dog for nail trim and they made nearly every one of her nails bleed. How is that even possible? How are you so careless? I am worried about my dog. I hope this place closes.

Usually have appointments within a few days. The guy does a better job than the girl. She struggles a lot with one of my dogs who is older and going blind so he's become more difficult to groom but he needs it desperately. Especially his face which she has the hardest time with. Good price. For my small dog it's usually 45-50 my medium size dog last time was 65 (he's 28 lbs) but he was more matted than usual.Would be great if they took cards. Cash only

Keep searching - Go to a real groomer!Super horrible & unprofessional, it's sad.If you want a quick shave & it's ok that it's a little choppy, this place can definitely do that. But anything more?...do not waste your money!My dog is uneven, bleeding from the nails, the nails are rough & chipped. And she has dead skin everywhere as if she was never washed. I've been there twice and got the same treatment. Both times I had to come home & fix my dogs hair. Choose better, hope this helps.I'm very interested to see why those who gave 5 stars did so....they must be family or friends of the owner

The staff was very nice through the phone and taking my dog was accesible. They took longer than the 2 hours they had told us and when my dog got home he kept scratching his face and we thought it was an allergic reaction to a product or cologne. I called and they informed me politely of their products but later on I observed they had cut him above his left eye and that's why he was in discomfort

Okay so its a amazing place they took my dog almost every day and they really aren't booked for everyday they never hurt my dog in anyway shape or form there always helpful and will call after my dog is done. 10/10

This place is awesome, great job I have a Shih Tzu his name is Baby and looks amazing every time I take him there, and the most important there is not cuts, burns or trauma after it. I've gone to really expensive places and they don't do with Felix Pet Grooming do and they cost its great. Keep it the same you guys great job.

Horrible Place!!!! They took my small puppy 🐶 I Was Charged first $65 I was told they would call me back for pick up. I drove home 40mins away from this place I took it here NOT because I stay close But because they Recommend this place for us. We drove home 45mins after we got a phone call saying they were not going to do anything to my puppy I asked why? Being confused and all I was told was “Come Pick up Your Puppy”! That’s it. . . It’s ridiculous! Horrible service from the staff 😔😣😡

First time there I took my two dogs the owner was talking to me from a distance like he was scared of my dog while he was chatting about his 15+Yrs experience my dog wasn’t even barking no payed attention to him I have two shitzus they left my dogs so uneven horrible job!!! he called in less than one hr! one hr to say my dogs was ready for pick up.

Felix is amazing. I take my maltipoo there every few months. I trust them with my best friend. I dont know the girl name that i usually talk to but shes cool too. I just hand my dog over to her and they already know what to do. Very reasonable with their prices. I havent taken my baby anywhere else for YEARS....

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Took in my dog and the lady didn't let Me see my dog until I paid her I founded suspicion but I did... and when she brings me my dog one of her eyes were cover with blood it seems like if they smacked her with something and on top of that they charge me 50 bucks being my second time! Ppsss I do not recommend this place to anyone

I took my dog today, and I told them that I wanted like the bear style. And they left him like a poodle. I wouldn't recomend this place at all. And still they charge me $80. Never going back to that stupid place.

Valley's visit.I didn't know about this place when I found it online. But it was close to my house. And to found a pet groomer in the hood Ha!! I called them up and the young lady said yes bring her in no appt. I go in with valley it small the girl behind the corner spoke little English, but I'm cool. I tried my best to explain what I wanted. Afterwards I came back and let me tell you. They did a great good job

I took my puppy to get cut today 12/27/17 and she came out cute and she smells so good whatever shampoo they use I loved it I would recommend you bring your dog here and the customer service is great the lady in the red coat was great

They did a good job. Not being able to wait in the lobby when my dog was supposed to be done an hour before I arrived was aggravating. They don't brush the dog's teeth.
