This store is closing in 2 weeks. Cashier tried to charge me for candy I didn't ask for scanning it then erasing it as a ritual they do, trying to manifest off of me without my consent. I've been coming to this store since the 1st day it opened, and I never had a problem until Saturday the 9th of April. My problem I had was with the manager Francisco " he was so disrespectful. I was told by Francisco if I didn't like how he runs the store I can go to another Family Dollar and I stated their's no need for the smart mouth and he stated well my smart mouth is going to always be there. 1014 east Manchester #12693. I've haven't encountered nothing from any of the other employees at Family Dollar. I'm so disappointed with management, horrific nightmare, not to mention how much money I spent and how uncomfortable I feel at time's with the up keep of the property. I'm a very disappointed customer with the disrespectful of the manager Francisco.

The shelves don't make the stores quite as nearly as the employees make the stores. The place is put together good, but to hear employees screaming and arguing with customers literally across the store, it makes you not want to be in there nor involved. Then to hear their arguing statement to be that "it's hard out here, Thais why we close super early than we are supposed to" that tells me I no longer have a reason to go bank to that location. Its hard everywhere and there's crazy people everywhere too, if you can't handle it then maybe you need to find another field of work to get into.

I live around the coner from this Store and it is always close really early but they have that they close at 10:00 p.m and it is just 8:00 p.m on a Monday. You could always see the workers in side they see you and they just walk way. I been sitting outside and already seen 10 cars stop get off and it is still close. Hope the management know what is going on in this store.

Visted my cousin who lives nearby 7-8-2023 go for couple items 7 people standing in the hot sun I think to myself we're not under any covid restrictions only 3 people in at a time because people steal the words from the young lady who works there with the face piercings she's very rude didn't get my money God bless the people that need and use that location

They have made an upgrade on a security system there's no more thieving going on if they try they will be picked up at home or as they enter the store again you can feel safe inside the dollar store

Store opened on April 22nd. Great selection, it's like a mini Wal-mart. Parking could be better. Hoping the people who come in to steal realize the store won't last too long if it continues to happen. I'm extremely extremely disappointed they don't have cards they don't have anything for you to shop with and then you ask the cashier why'd you guys don't have any carts and he told me I don't know what to tell you. When i shop i always buy alot from there but they losts a custumer

Evertime I come here im not allowed cash back because they don't want to sign into the middle register which is the only one that works with Google pay a lose lose situation for me except the night crew that worked 9-25-21 they were great and took the extra steps to help me
