Their customer service needs soo much improvement, they don’t even greet their customers at least, when it comes to the cashiers charging you. I was almost hit with a ladder the employee was working with, didn’t even notice or say anything because she was too busy talking on the phone. My mom likes shopping here when trying to get something quick but I’d rather drive somewhere farther where the environment is more welcoming and the customer service is better.

Kitchen needs attention 1- rice not good beans not even smashed good , no flowers, no good variety.worker inside the kitchen is good lady but needs helper . 2 people suppose to be there at least , management need to be smart and not to lose daily customers come to spend money every day over kitchen workers , I always shop in El super but I will never come back again here.

The only thing that I recommend from this place is fresh daily squeezed natural vegetable juices...and fruits ...their hot food section has horrible staff that doesn't speak English and are very rude..I will never visit their hot food section ..but I will get some fresh tasty beet and carrot juice....

I wouldn’t give this place a star at all. It’s not clean at all. The meat section disgusting. I see flies around the meat. Fruits are going bad and they still display it for sale. I don’t recommend shopping here at all.

Small location with most grocery staples. They have an on-site bakery and hot food kitchen. The bakery however leaves you wishing you'd gone elsewhere for the last minute cake. If your buying fresh cakes you will be pleased but if you order out of their refrigerated options you will be tasting that old refrigerator taste we all hate.

Over they have all the food essentials needed.. The meat department is always fresh. Wednesdays get busy cuz they have specials on that day.. The only thing not so great is the parking but other then that its a good store to shop at.

Excellent prices. Not a lot of variety, because it is a small store, one brand of each item, max two or 3 in some few cases, but very economic store compared to other stores near by. If you want economic stuff and are not very picky go here.

Today día de los rayes I got a rosca and the had the baby Jesus was not inside the rosca I called and they told me that we had the baby Jesus inside the tradition is always having the baby inside and you cut into the bread and you get the baby inside of it but not this one you have to put it inside yourself🤦🏻‍♂️

Super love shopping here. The workers are great. From the lady at the meat department to the cashiers. Always helpful and courtesy to help the needed customers taking the groceries to the car or whatever the case may be.

Horrible. Unprofessional. Rude. My mother just came from there this morning after having a terrible experience. She decided to buy some apples and was rudely yelled at by the cashier who was demanding the price of the apples. Is there no bar code list for the produce? Were there directions explicitly explaining to customers to keep track of prices for cashiers? Is there no professional system to assist both customers and workers for determining prices on products? Regardless it’s my mom first time at the store and she had to experience a worker with the meanest attitude who seems to be having a bad day. Regardless, from personal experience, customer services should maintain the upmost professional attitude especially if someone harmless like my mother who was causing no trouble just trying to buy some damn apples. Do better El Super.

Today was not the best day for this storeEl Super Fresh did not honor its name. I went to buy fruits and vegetables but today store was not well stock although they had very good prices on some items but the fruit and vegetable did not look fresh at all it seemed to be more of leftovers. that was a sad experience because I have shop in past in this store and they usually are well stock, everything looks so beautiful and organize; I just don't know what happened today.Managers,Please keep an eye on the store specially on this area which is one of your best presentation cards, because fruit and vegetable department is right at the entrance of the store.

This store is very clean. The people are very nice. The store doesn't have enough groceries. Happy to have it as an option to shop at but it's too small to be stocked properly. They have a meat department, deli, bakery and a kitchen that sales hot food and daily made frescas. Very fresh fruit and veggies.

This location has low prices on about 30% of what they stock. The rest is priced normally. The parking lot can fit about 40 cars. This location doesn't stock as many different items as Superior Grocers. If there is a Superior nearby,you will have more variety of items and better prices there. El Super should be your plan 'B'

I shop a lot at this store. Mostly produce or meat which I’m mostly satisfied with. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be their chicharrones. First, they’re bagged & tied too loosely making them stale. And if they are fresh, they’re cooked way too hard making them difficult to eat.

We’ve been here multiple times and the last 3 times our cheese has gone bad Super quick, and also our meats... their produce or anything in general isn’t very fresh... we’ve also gotten their tortilla chips which have been stale multiple times...

Working at this establishment has it's bitter sweet moments. Being a an African American, working deli becomes challenging some days. There are some awesome customers that come in and then there's the others. Racism exists and to have to deal with weekly is pretty tiresome. However, to continue no matter the circumstances is what counts.On the contrary my coworkers are the best! They help me get through those trying moments and keep me afloat. And that's something to appreciate daily.

Good store but they waste a lot of water in the meat section. I went today and lasted about an hr shopping and the whole time i was there they had the water running non stop. I finally asked the lady when i went to order some shrimp why they had it running so much and she said they were defrosting something, i left and i dont know how much longer it went on.Theres many ways to defrost, theres so many people without water in the world and there they are wasting tons of it ,its so sad 😔
