Great service!! It was my first time shopping here and the employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable. One of the staff members helped me pick out items for my dogs sensitive skin and even gave me some free samples. I will definitely be coming back here.

Great, friendly staff and my son's favorite place to bring his dog for a free treat, food, and toy...even remember pup's name but, gramie thinks on the $$$ high end. I find toys alot cheaper......both chew up in the same amount of time.

We stopped by Echo Bark because of a friendly hello from Jeff as we were walking by. We’re glad we did! After a great conversation with him and Will, we left with cat toys they thoughtfully spritzed with catnip juice. They have a great selection of food, treats, and toys, and the store is well organized and fun to shop in. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming.As a long time pet owner, I’ve been in a lot of pet shops - this is by far my favourite. If we lived in LA, we’d absolutely shop here regularly. Stop by and you won’t regret it!

This is a very small store, but they manage to pack in all the good essentials in it! Well known higher end brand for food choices. Priced reasonably. A little toy section. But like I said, space is not wasted here on anything less than quality. I parked on the street, not sure if there is parking out back. Seemed like there was because of back door being open to public.The girl working there was more than knowledgeable about some chew treats I was looking to get my dog. I picked out a cousin of the bully stick. Softer and less smelly, but a large stick. My dog took awhile to want to eat it. But by the time he was almost finished with it he was defending his territory in that stick with all his might. Not a time to want to pet him. Growl grr growl. 'dude I bought it for you! I don't want to eat it!' growl.I think this place is solid for the community, it didn't have anything extra over my normal go to places that will drive me back to it. But I wouldn't skip it either if I had a need and was near by. (For reference I live on the Westside, not near here). But I come because the dog park, dog owners, food, overall feel of silver lake and echo Park are great! The vibe resonates with me.Dogs. They are just like us. Only better.

I really enjoy coming here because their service is excellent they are very knowledgeable of their product and they also offer grooming services. They have very high-end Foods,harnesses, toys, Etc. I'm really impressed by them.It is difficult, pending time of day, to find metered street parking. I believe they have parking in the rear, down the alley adjacent to the building.

Just adopted a shelter kitty & went to get food & a toy. I was greeted as I walked in by the co-owner, John. His business partner, Will was wonderful! He listened to how excited my daughter & I were about our new kitty & was truly excited for us. He was nice enough to give us samples of the different flavors of the food we feed her. It is so nice to receive customer service. Thank you guys. See you soon.

These are the nicest, warmest, funniest, coolest best people in all of pet land. My dog adores them, we adore them, if we ever get another dog they are who I am going to see to find our new baby. What an awesome group of caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and educated pet lovers! They always go out of there way to meet whatever needs u have, whether it be dog food advice, or a specific vet for different concerns & ailments. What they lack in square footage ( the store is small - but packed with the best quality foods, treats, etc ) they make up for, with hands down, the best customer service I've received in los angeles so far. Free samples are always given too.

Just left this place about an hour ago and me and my BF were gushing about how nice the people were, LMAO. We got a toy for our hellcat and they sprayed it with a catnip oil. They were extremely friendly and even sent us off with food samples. We would definitely stop by here again. Thanks guys.
