After calling multiple places, this shop was the only one that has this two beautiful bunnies. I was set to just get one bunny but came out with two. They were so cute together, they pass away not to long ago. This place is amazing, you would find your best friend here.

My cocktail wasn’t being it’s self so I explained to one of the employees and she said that it sounded like he had a cold. They recommended some drops for his water and he got better after a week of taking the medication😊 I appreciate it 💕

Bought my son his first love bird here. Lowest prices on the bird and cage....searched in pico and whittier but they had the lowest prices on both. Lots of accessories and foods. Very satisfied with my purchase and service. They have a great verity of pets. Will be back for sure. Great shop.

The prices are alright, some things can be found in other places for reduced prices but they do have a lot of accessories for many types of animals. I bought a fish tank kit and other accessories. I have also bought baby cat milk from here and se dog accessories. It is a good place to ask questions and again I love that they had everything I need. It is reliable in that sense and you can always call to ask if they have what you are looking for.

Came to buy a lamp, a bolt, and food for my 3 baby turtles. Told them I needed advice for the right lamp and bolt... One week later my bolt pops on the turtles killing one.I go back and they tell me it was the wrong bolt# 😡. They didnt want to refund me or noting. I bought the right bolt and just last night the bolt stop turning on!!!!! I was calm about the situation. I went again and he told me it is not his fault and that maybe I did something to it. Like I dont move it or noting. He said he cant refund me again or change it. They are so selfish. Im never ever coming back. I hope many people read it Becuase if you buy here they wont care you just need to buy it again. Horrible experience. Regret coming

Used to come here all the time bought multiple cages, food bags, and hamsters. I came back today in 90 degree heat door open and all the hamsters were stuffed together with no water, overheating, and just depressing too be around, not gunna support a business that is abusive to animals.

From your first pet to your everyday needs come here! I love it here. If you want to support a small business this is the place for you. They have passionate people who love to do what they do. Family owned pet shop that has been here since i was baby. I got my first pet here and always can count on the food they have here. Thank you Max for all you have done for me and my family. They really are great people even through any trial or tribulations. Point is that they have are a long time established business with caring owners.Even tho they have an established clientele, a little more business helps. All the young tech based kids need to know your petco points dont matter as much as helping someone from the community you were raised from.

My daughter stop by one day at this Pet Shop asked if they had rabbits she purchased two big lovely rabbits gentleman was very nice and kind she said I'm glad my grandkids were happy to have their pets which my daughter is a very excellent Mommy so to all those mothers and fathers out there that want a pet come to this Pet Shop they will take care of you in an instant and they speak Spanish the pet supplies are there cheap vicious lizards you name it I can go on just call check the place out it's a mama and Papa's little shop you help the community God bless you all😍

This place is the worst pet shop ever. I've been buying food for my kids bunny from here for the past two months and everytime with in the week maggots are inside the bag of food. I assumed at first it was because I was leaving the bag open and not covering, that it was my fault. Until recently I bought two fresh bags and a sealed container to store the food, when I notice the maggots again and that it was coming directly from the pet shop. I went back to return it immediately and their only response was "no returns " and that "it's normal for food to have bugs /maggots since it's fresh." I was outraged and disgusted with the service and the quality of food they give their consumers. They should be closed down or at least have a warning sign .

The hay is was way overpriced and the employee gave terrible advice on rabbit care. Please do your own research because most small pet shops do not know what they are talking about.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!!The most HORRIBLE place to call itself a pet shop ! The animals are all neglected and can be seen in their developmental deformities. The Ball pythons are all kinked and most likely won't survive to adulthood because of that. They're all housed in one 5 gallon tank. The day gecko being sold for $20 has a deformity on the face where one eye drooped by its neck. The Chameleons are such a shame too because no water is available for them and NO UVB LIGHT!!! Crucial to their health these chameleons are deformed as well with humps on their back. There is a couple of Grammostola Roseas (Rose haired tarantula) kept in deli cups with no space. I asked why can't they be free inside the 10 gallon tank their held in while being in cups. The answer was that the "boss" wouldn't allow it. His boss is his brother ! He told us "a vet comes once a month" . The place doenst even look like it holds a license. Very sad to see the conditions of these creatures. I can't forget about the back room FILLED with birds with missing tails and small cages. I HOPE THIS PLACE GETS EDUCATED ON THEIR WAYS OR SHUT DOWN!!!!!
