I have 3 yorkies in different weights. I have been buying outfits for my fur babies from Drippy Pets for few years now…so cute! Their products changes all the time. Size up. I have a 5 lbs yorkie and I buy a size small for him. My 7 lbs size is a medium. The size charts varies. They’re not all the same.

We had a great experience with Drippy Pets in LA and I love purchasing from small businesses. Every item we have purchased so far has been great quality and comfortable for my dog. Yes my order took a month to receive but most of the thing I ordered in December that shipped from overseas took that long. I’m so excited they are going to open a warehouse locally this month to speed up the shipping. You can’t find most of these type items shipped locally so that is great news!But the team has been very responsive at Drippy Pet. As for sizing all dog sites size the same way and I tend to size up because I have a French Bulldog (who is thicker than most breeds) and like thing to fit a little loser. Believe me I’ve learned early on after purchasing many things too small from other companies. If you have question contact their team for sizing.

This website is a scam. I ordered 1 item over 30 days ago. I reached out to customer service twice after not getting my product and all they did was kept giving me fake tracking numbers from China and saying my order got lost in customs. They can’t provide me real dates as to when my package will arrive or will even address my question as to why a sore in LA is “sending me” items from China. They just keep stringing me along with and blowing me off without a solution. Buyer beware, would be some cool product if the entire stores wasn’t a scam.

I had questions before ordering and they were immediately replied to by the seller. I always double check the sizing as some Dog clothes do not run true to size. Shipping was quick and when everything arrived it fit perfectly. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Great selection of clothing and you can always find new gear. Ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter &immediately saw they run smaller. I emailed for a larger size, & it was received. When it came it did not fit, & checking with the Co they said I ordered a large. After sending themMy confirmation emails for the 3x I was told, oh yes, that’s what we sent you. There was no size on the jacket or package, who knows what was sent. Beware!!! No refund, I will never recommend this company to anyone!

SCAMMY COMPANY!I bought clothes for my puppy and used their sizing chart to select the appropriate size. The clothes I received were too small so I contacted them to exchange it. I was contacted by Carmel Ashley who was very rude and condescending in her emails. After numerous emails, they told me I can send the clothes back for a refund. I shipped the clothes to the address provided and told them I would request a signature confirmation for the return package. The return package was undeliverable and then they emailed me and told me to remove the signature confirmation. I sent back over $200 worth of clothes so why would I remove the signature confirmation? The whole company seems scammy and they are not holding up their end of the transaction. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!

Never received my product after having ordered a month prior. I reached out to the company SEVERAL times about my order and they kept blaming the postal service who had never received the items from their third party courier service. The items stayed in one location for 3 weeks and never moved. These people claim it takes 5 - 15 business days to receive your items but it apparently it takes longer than that. They refuse to refund me so my bank is reversing the paid amount as I never received the merchandise. A fraud and the theirs party courier service, Fast Track Express Inc., is a fraud as well.

You can't return anything 40 days after the day you order, my items took about 35 days to arrive. I e-mailed customer service to ask if my order could be cancelled (within my 40 day window) and they told me the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already "shipped." Even though the shipping label was created but nothing had moved/the item had not been received by the distributor for over three weeks when I had asked. Alibaba (the wholesale company) sells everything for about 20% of the price they charge. Customer service isn't great - or helpful. If you order here, you assume full risk of all the shadiness of the company and the inconveniences to follow. I would give 0 stars if I could.

SCAMMERS!!I ordered my items since late nov2022 to get in time for Christmas 2022. I ordered 3 cute doggie shirts for my little furries. Of course, I’ve only Received 2 items in the mailed and they had missed one item. So, I reached out to them back and forth since November and until now of what’s going on with the 3rd item. I, also paid the difference for the 3rd item, that they were soo quickly to send me the invoice, but I NEVER received the 3rd item. They refused to give me a refund back since it was a free item. They were always a new support team emailing me back saying that they have found the item and that they are resending me the 3rd item that I never got and that a confirmation number will be given to me. They saying that they are being backed up. Like COME ON, what kind of business are you guys running! Total scam company! I will never order anything from here . They take your money and run off!!

Took about a month to receive. Shipped from China. After the long wait, I am missing an item in my order. Have contacted customer service. The two sweaters that I did receive are cute and sizing was correct.

I placed a decent size order on 11/18/2022. On 11/24 I contacted Drippy Pets for an update on my order. They provided me with an apparently fake tracking number that has never moved. It states "awaiting items". I contacted Drippy Pets again via email (since they do not answer their phones) on 12/02, 12/08, 12/13 and 12/15 without resolution.

horrible customer service, ordered dec 15th, item “shipped” dec 21st from warehouse 4 hours from me, jan 12th and still nothing, got multiple reply emails from 3 different people stating exact same pre written response of it take 5-15 days and sometimes doesnt update and to contact carrier, got mad a month later when i filed a chargeback on my credit card. and still nothing from the seller

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Dhgate ships faster it’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t seen my order I needed for thanksgiving when my poor dog has to go to NY without any winter jackets now. I think I will be going in person today seeing how I live 20 Minutes from the store front.

Never will purchase any more items from these people I ordered my French bulldog as a puppy 3 outfits in November I did not receive the items until end of January . I tried to mail the items back which were unworn you could clearly tell it was too small for my dog at that point . They wouldn’t give me a bigger size and my pet has not even work the clothes .
