I'm not here to complain, it's a well stocked store, the atmosphere reeks with the location of where it's located at, alot of drugs addicts and homeless the sidewalk smells like urine and human feces, heavy-like heavy crime all over the back parking, while I waited in line I seen a store associate look at me like as if I was going to steal, so I assume they have a high theft rate there it's sad, I work for the city I can't possibly steal it's kinda disrespectful thing to do but I brush it off because of the location of the area, extremely humble. The cashier with light skin and the older lady with curly hair are very nice. Dollar Tree needs to hire teens in area & people with special needs...let's point this out to evaluate and revitalize the area to improve the economy let's start by the impact of the store, other than that I love me some dollar tree moved out years ago hoping to never to go back to the lovely 90022 since my husband and I still have a background with the area we normally never visit and we don't speak Spanish, so don't assume I speak Spanish customer service!Let's keep this a hidden gem and be positive community it still has that essence for the historical site of the location!Inventory, is Excellent way better than my local Dollar TreeLet's not stand around hoping things to get better by just living there and exploiting the community with our own vices,waiting for the area to improve but not be part of the solution. I'm pretty sure dollar tree is an asset to the area! Plus, I found some great deals! 👍🏾

I know one of the workers there by heart. Her names Ash. Such a sweet gal. We talked about spiders and tattoos one time She gave amazing service and I even saw her help out another customer with Christmas ideas. Creative and funny! Check her outI don't like how the line is so long sometimes and there's only one cashier though. Hire more people!

Was looking for balloons on 01/17/24 for a co workers Birthday the Dollar tree REPRESENTATIVE did not greet me, a simple how can I help you? I asked for balloons. With attitude of bother, what ever is here! She also tossed her hand to look and also added “I don’t know how everyone else works, but that’s all we have out right now.” Then this morning 01/18/24 at 8am I received the same treatment. Now I understand these workers might have a lot asked of them and working with the pipkin is tuff. It’s not easy at all I get it. This Dollar tree culture should be really looked at. It’s horrible when you go into your own Neighborhood store and be treated horribly not just a bad day. It’s like it’s the normal. Well ITS NOT! It should not!

Out of about 4 cashiers that I have experienced at this location only this 1 girl seemed very friendly and polite while the others 3 were absolutely nothing to brag about. Between so so and mediocre at best. Not to mention that the restroom was so filthy that had an inspector walked into the place the store could have temporarily closed on the spot! On the positive note the place does always seem to be fully stocked with plenty of items. I just think the customer service and especially the cleanness of the store could really use some work!

The location is great. Customer service is perfect. You are always greeted with a hello. This particular location is always stocked with an array of awesome finds.They have a great selection of art and crafts items that you normally would pay more at any other craft store. You will find brand name items and lots of vegan and gluten free grocery items which is a huge plus.Their holiday section is always changing as new stock is added when needed. No complaints there as things do sell out fast. Which is always a good sign.This store is always full and its always just one register open. Which seems to be a small discomfort. I truly believe they need to open at least two per need. But I am not complaining as it still booming with business. Just be warned go with time to spare for the wait.

This dollar tree has gotten a lot better these last couple of months. I don't know if it's the new management or if it's the employees that are on top of cleaning and arranging the items in the store. It used to be a mess and I mean it was horrid to shop there. The holiday aisles were always a mess and as of lately they are well organized and not difficult to shop at all. The downside of this dollar tree is the amount of lanes they open. Every time I've gone its been one cashier and an extensive line for that one register. I would love for them to open at least 2 of the lanes to get the flow of the store moving but other than that I'm overall happy with the changes they've made to the store.

Great products, that will cost more elsewhere, and are not made cheap like in other discount stores. Huge selection of household, grocery,health and beauty products. Workers are respectful and helpful. All customers observe safe distancing and. Wear masks.

We go there all the time, I applied and talked to the hiring manager, she said go call back Saturday, I did and when I called they asked my name and the hiring manager said I was lair and she never talked to me, she said all this loud enough that I could hear it and then talked to me like I was wrong. She had an attitude because she said the store manager came in the day before and she had to do actual work and couldn't be bothered to check applications. She was so rude I'm trying to contact corporate over it.

This store may not be the cleanest. Obviously its because of the location and the costumers that go in. Even certain labels inside the store are vandalized. They do have a restroom but once again not the cleanest and graffiti all over it. There's only so much the girls can do too. So it's not their fault. What matters the most to me is to feel comfortable shopping there and to be honest I really do. Most of the mployees there are really nice and helpful.

Staff works hard but store is kind of picked over. I'd recommend they hire more people as the store is a highly visited store or high population neighborhood. Half the things I go for are sold out most of the time. Staff is friendly and works hard

Horrible went in to pick up my package that i ordered online and discovered that someone who is employed there must have taken my order and just put my orders label on a random box talk about ghetto never ever going to this dollar tree the employee called her manager david and he said to go online and file a claim i wasnt even able to get my refund waste of time in this dirty store and ive been to many dollar trees this one is one of the dirtiest ones!

The cashier didn't bag my stuff. I brought my own bag and she just toss the bag a side and I gave her the money and she went to the next customer. I was trying to put my wallet in my purse I was in rushing to bag my own stuff that I bought. How rude!

I went there about a week ago, and they had one long line. And they only had two resigters open. And I yelled out can you open another line? and they said they only had a couple of employees working.They need to hire more employees for cash resigters. PLEASE!

Even though they see a lot of people in one line they still won’t open another cash register who ever is the manager has to do something about it and when someone does tell one of the workers there can you guys open another line they say we can’t since I’ve been going there that has been one of the problems happening over and over again.

Worst Dollar Tree Dirty, Disorganized, big lines wait 30 minutes to pay, Manager doesnt seem to care, sees a long line at register and doesnt even help, just a bad experience.
