Since moving to the area I have had good and bad experiences. Actually let me take that back. Most of my experiences have been good. The only thing I have actually found wrong with this location is they seem to always have long lines at every cash register. The isles are very confusing, and they seem to be out of merchandise. Once I went in for coffee filters and after searching the whole store I finally had to ask one of the cashiers; just to find out they didn’t even carry coffee filters. I find that really strange. The customer service is mediocre. Not sure if the area it is in or if the employees don’t like their job. Either way, there is no excuse for poor customer service.

Almost amazing? I almost purchased a pint of talenti ice cream toil I found out it was five dollars! Should be called the dollar twenty five tree. The l perks were nice

Every time I go here,, it's great. Store is clean and easy on the eyes. The staff is excellent. Very good customer service skills and are genuine about it . My hat is off to the mgr of this store. They are doin a wonderful job.👍😊💯

It's a small Dollar tree and the candle section doesn't always have everything in stock like other dollar trees! It's a hit or miss when you come to this store but I love coming to see what they have. I seen the same dude stealing twice from this spot on two different times and to me if your stealing from the dollar store then that's just a WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL OF BROKE!

This is a very clean and well-stocked Dollar Tree. As soon as a long line developed at checkout, another worker promptly opened another check stand which doesn't usually happen at the other stores.

I love the deals at Dollar Tree, but the checkout lines can be long at peak times. It would be nice if they had more registers open to speed things up.

I walked in from the business I work across the street and politely asked if orange balloons were sold there. The assistant manager and another Hispanic looking young girl were chatting and looked irritated I even interrupted their conversation. They both told me no; just what I saw.I proceeded to look because it’s the dollar tree and I already walked over. And I found them.I then proceeded to Lucky’s register. I’ve a customer that frequents the store. While she was having a hard time getting the assistant manager to do her managerial duties Lucky was still politely help Every customer including me. Even reminded a customer she was forgetting her items.The assistant manager tried to apologize to me when I was thanking Lucky for her customer service. I stopped her and told her, “Sabe que; no se preocupe. Siempre tengo este problema con mi propia raza. Pero para eso está Google review!”Colorism is so played out. Y’all need to fix it or get Latino/Hispanic Jesus to fix it. You never really know who had to make a stop at your store.Make Lucky y’all’s store manager ASAP!

I had stopped by just to pick up a few decorations for a party. The store was clean and everything was in its place. The selections they have available are amazing! If you're into crafting with glitter glue, acrylic paint, foam tape, etc., they have a wonderful inventory. I'm surprised, actually! Dollar Tree has truly stepped up its game. 😊

Horrible as usual. I don't even know why I still give this location a chance. The line was long (wrapped down an aisle and down along the freezers) and there was 1 cashier as usual. There was another employee there, but he wasn't a cashier. I asked the cashier if someone could assist her with getting the line down and she said the manager wouldn't help her because he was doing something else (which was stuffing toilet paper in his car instead of on the display, but that's none of my business). This is ridiculous, but no one cares about stores in predominantly black neighborhoods. I was in line 15 minutes and didn't make it to the front of the line.

Great as always!! I suggest you go there first before the grocery store. They have brand name canned goods, spices, pasta, beans and the list goes on! You will save money I'm sure! They keep adding items every week so check on them often!

The one in culver was terrible it was a mess it didn't have nothing worth spending money on i only got candy for the kids but it was the worst store and I go to alot of them now the one on la brea and coliseum was great and the one on Crenshaw and 57th was clean and had alot to choose from. We had to drive all the way to orange county to get and type of good stuff and I don't feel that's right because I've noticed that there is good stuff in the nice neighborhoods but in the not so good ones u give the rest I feel all stores should get equal merchandise period!

My experience at this location is never pleasant. I find it very sad that our community is subjected to such horrible quality and unfair that we to shop outside of our area just to avoid these circumstances. This location is never staffed, there are always long lines, overworked employees, and no one available to assist with questions or request. Today was the worst experience of all my visits. I was told that although there are restrooms for staff and customers my child was unable to use the facility because none of the employees present had keys. One of the employees stated that they have to walk to Ralphs Grocery Store to take restroom breaks because the manger is the only one with a key and when he is absent they have no other choice. This is unacceptable! This is annoying for customers but against labor laws for the employees. It pisses me off that they are working under these circumstances and that I have to shop in an establishment that would treat their employees this way.GET THIS LOCATION STAFFED!GET THE EMPLOYEES FAIR WORKING CONDITIONS!PROVIDE QUALITY IN OUR COMMUNITY JUST AS IN OTHER COMMUNITIES!

Moderately compelling, a sure benefactor in pursuit of bargain appliances of household items, crafts, catering, along with perishable and non-perishable items. Kids would enjoy the wide selection of toys not to mention their sweet tooth. As well as general items to keep the whole family pre-occupied even if you not on a budget if you are... Your budgets going out the window!

I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have some things I wanted today but for the most part they always have what I want. This store is near my house so it’s convenient. Nice size parking lot so easy in and out.

Very bad service. They never have enough cashier's. It's pretty well stocked just had service! Several Customers walked out today because there one Cashier and there was 20 people in line. I left too. I really needed the items.

This dollar tree has a lot of the items I need, but not the same selection of reusable food storage that you find at other dollar tree locations. They always have a good selection of holiday and craft items though.

Pretty good location. They always have a decent stock of canned foods so in a pinch you can get those veggies you can't find at traditional stores.

My boyfriend and I was shopping and we were treated unfair by the shift manager heavy set Mexican girl and got threatened by a man name Pierre a black heavy set guy and were disabled me and my boyfriend. This place is very unprofessional I advise people to beware of the service and employees 😒😕😰. I'm taking action

Rest room dirty plus no seat liners or toilet paper had to clear toilet to go to the bathroom, smell of marijuana in store, entrance rug to store dirty. Cashier was good friendly.

Friendly place, I went at the beginning of the month, not much of a variety of juices or pantry items but the fridge and frozen selections were good, 99cent store has a bigger selection of pantry items, fruits, vegetables

The lines are long and there is a lady that just cut in line and is acting as if she had been in line all the time. The staff is not even paying attention to that matter. I feel uncomfortable saying anything since people are crazy out there.
