One of the worst places I've ever been to shop. The manager literally accused me of stealing, loudly, mocking me with other patrons, and when she realized that SHE HAD been wrong, she called the police and told them that I was disrupting the establishment. POS manager on duty even threatened to call her significant other on me. EXTREME RACISM at this location

I literally live 5 mins away and this was my second visit. My first visit; I was terrified because the walking dead panhandling. I wasn’t surprised to see the same scary guy since I pass this location everyday to work. He asked me today for something and I thought perhaps if I could understand your zombie language. However I was definitely surprised when I heard an employee tell him to leave I was like wow! I even asked an another associate was he the manager… At checkout I didn’t want to leave; the cashiers uplifting energy and confidence was admirable to say the least. I totally forgot how to use my Apple Pay; I literally threw my phone laughing at something he said, couldn’t remember my pin until he said “lady you have to pay” then I came back to reality. Daniel is Awesome! and that’s an understatement. Definitely made my day and I even felt safe. Kudos Dollar Tree! Thank you Daniel for enjoying what you do and sharing with everyone that comes in dollar tree your wonderful energy! Thanks again!

Beth is simply amazing. Under her management. This store has done a tremendous turnaround. The store is clean & tidy. In fact; the entire team is customer friendly and always eager to assist. This is my fav dollar tree thus far. 💛 🌻

A hint to honest consumers--if not on Melrose or Rodeo Drive, you can go to dollar stores and get FIVE STAR service in LA!Staff here is always welcoming and forthcoming, yet they let you shop without interuption.But then when if you need help, they efficiently respond and seem to all work together for you, always responding swiftly and professionally, with patience and compassion.The regular clientele is pretty colorful, which is prob why their keen perception in discerning the difference between serious shoppers and their nemeses is so polished.Or else they're just nice people... or both :)but thanks anyway for helping me enjoy some old fashioned american shopping therapy, with a price that always totals to half what I'd have spent at the grocery store! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Employees are no help, they do not know which aisles things are on. That being said they have a solid freezer section and the cleaning products are goodThe biggest issue is that the "dollar" store charges $1.25 or more for everything. There is not a single item in this store that is actually a dollar. The good freezer section mentioned actually goes up to $5....They do not have fresh produce and most of the time they are about half stocked with only seasonal stuff.If you need one or two things okay, but ot does not really save you any money from going to ralphs or food 4 less

Cindy should be fired. Terrible customer service. She not only gave me an attitude because I asked for another dollar tree bag while still being rung up by her, but she also said I can pack my own stuff into the dollar tree bag. I understand if I was using my own personal bag I brought to the store, but I wasn’t. When asked why she refused, she said it’s too late and she will not pack anything yet I was still in front of her and still hadn’t paid for my items. Very rude unprofessional

My review does not have to do with the store, but rather with my experience with the manager on duty on Friday, September 23 at 10 am. My partner has a medical condition and needed to use the restroom, but staff claimed they were out of order. I asked to speak to the manager who was in her side office. I asked her and she stated they were out of order to which I asked then why were there no signs on the doors to indicate that. Without coming out of the office, she was shouting through the door that they don't allow them to place signs on the door. At this point I felt insulted and skeptical because there were clearly signs on the door stating, "No merchandise beyond this point" so why wouldn't they be able to place "out of order" signs too. I asked her to write her name for me and she unprofessionally replied upset, "You write it down; I am busy here doing paperwork." I did not appreciate her lack of professionalism and lies. I later went to another Dollar Tree on Venice Blvd. and the restrooms there had each signs that stated, "Out of Order" which showed me that you can indeed put signs on the doors and that "Maria," what the manager claimed to be her name, lied to me. I asked to see her ID which she refused to do so. I had a feeling that her name was not Maria, and that she was lying to me on that note too. I understand that almost everywhere is short on staff right now, but this does not mean managers can be unprofessional and untrained. I hope that Dollar Tree takes the time to train this manager "Maria" because I am sure she has potential to grow and become more professional.The store I later visited that same day is on 2053 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90006, and I must say that the vibe and friendliness from staff there was at a different level. They actually had signs on their restroom doors that stated, "out of order," to which I could not question because it was clearly stated.Sincerely,Isela Morales

Very well organized, clean, and super stocked store. I forgot to ask the cashier his name this morning, but he was very welcoming and professional. I usually go to a different dollar store near where I live, but this store is definitely my new go to.

Good selection, well stocked and clean. Staff was nice. Parking lot is a bit dirty but a good size. There were a handful of loiterers but I didn't feel unsafe. Great items for crafts and decorations.

Long overdue review. I visited this place a week ago to get my best friend items for her birthday. The candy and chips I bought were in total $10 and some cents which wasn't bad in my opinion. They had the birthday card, party shreds, and cute tissue bag paper all at the store. The only downside was that ONLY the first lane( the one closest to the door) was the one lane open. There are in total 5 lanes if I'm not mistaken and only ONE was open. That one lane is also extremely slow, the line continues to pile up and the cashier goes slow. Nobody working there thinks to open another lane. Good, useful items for reasonable prices, but service is extremely slow.

Very well kept and organized store. Customer service is good. Not crowded during the week. Parking is medium sized and usually there's available spaces to park. You can't beat the prices here for general house stuff.

It's a small dollar tree. They have small sections of what you'd find in a large one. It's not very organized or well stocked when I went. They currently as of today had no bags so bring your own. It's good for a quick trip if you need a couple items.

Dollar Tree on pico and western saved my day!! They were the only ones selling balloons other $$ Tree were out of helium gas!! Very satisfied with service, they have everything I was looking for my daughter Birthday!! I highly recommend 2 👍👍 up!!

It's so sad to see how bad the service here has become. This is my go to dollar tree because it is on the same block as my house but recently I've seen new faces and the attitude they have is unbelievable. This last experience just put me over the top. I came in 2/24/20 between 9:30 and 10 AM. Today I was helped by cashier Delmy (according to my reciept) and she gave every customer in line attitude for something as little as touching the little button in the card machine to accept or deny receipt. I wanted to think she was just having a bad day but then another lady with reddish hair also had the same attitude and that's when I realized this is just the type of environment these girls are providing for the customers. There used to be a man who was so polite with a couple of other younger employees who were all so nice. On top of their bad service they have unopened boxes everywhere making it difficult to navigate through the store with your cart. At one point a lady had a cart full of things that she needed to take to her car and Delmy told her in to the worse attitude ever that she could not take the cart out. The lady who was senior asked if somebody could help her take the thing to her car since it was a lot and Delmy responded, and I quote "no! I'm not gonna help you. Just take the bags one by one and do as many trips as it takes" I was shocked! To be clear I was shocked by her wording and attitude not by the policy of the cart. So sad to see it decline in service.

I'm not sure if a lot of Dollar Tree locations are under staffed but this is the third Dollar Tree location where the lines are incredibly long. It's weird they had two people stocking items but only one cashier.

The manager here is the worst . Really rude. My son and I were shopping and he needed to use the restroom. My son is 13 and she said he needed an adult to give him the key. As I went she gives me the biggest nasty look. And as a result my son didn't make it to the restroom. Then to top things off NO TOILET PAPER IN THE RESTROOM. I HATE THIS STORE.
