I never think to leave google reviews, but I love Dogdrop!! Somehow every employee knew my dogs name after our first visit and they enthusiastically greet him at the door every time. Definitely the cleanest dog daycare we’ve been to, and by far the friendliest staff! I love that they engage with the dogs all day with games/puzzles/treats and plan fun weekly activities. Ducky always has a great time!

Our puppy Katsu was a complete scardy dog when we first brought him home. Dog Drop was his very first daycare experience. The staff there has always been so wonderful, responsive and accommodating. The 1 week free trial of daycare has helped our puppy move from scardy dog to a confident playmate. Now Katsu thrives in social situations! Katsu is excited when he sees the door of dogdrop because he knows he has a fun filled day ahead.We love the staff. We love the activities they plan. We love the (very professional) photos and updates they provide us. Most importantly our dog loves Dogdrop too. A really cool part that separates them from other daycares is the hourly rate option too! We like to use that on days we just need to tire our pup out as well. Thank you dog Drop for the good experiences .Update: they're the only spot that supports a nurse schedule staying open late!

I started bringing my puppy to dog drop after she was ready with all of her shots. From the first day—the good fit test—the staff was friendly and communicative about how she was adjusting, whether she was socializing, etc. They also send pictures and keep in touch throughout the day. I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here :)

Dogdrop is awesome! They have friendly droperators who take care of my pup and send me updates on how he's doing. They hold a lot of events and have weekly activities to build your dog's skills. Location is so convenient to DTLA! So if you're going out for a drink or a bite to be social, you can let yout dog socialize at dogdrop too!

Like most others, my husband and I got our puppy Lucy during the pandemic in 2020. Although we both work from home, we knew we would need a doggie daycare option for busy days or when we couldn’t keep an eye on her all the time. We’ve been taking Lucy to Dogdrop for over a year now and we love it, but more importantly Lucy LOVES it too. She lights up every time she walks through the door and it’s so comforting to know she’s being cared for by such friendly staff. Love how convenient it is too and that the staff provides you with updates and cute pics when Lucy is there. Dogdrop also hosts the best events outside of daycare, we cannot rave enough about this place

I'm not sure who loves Dogdrop AD more - us or Rigby, our dog. They provide such a safe, exciting and fun place for our anxious, sensitive boy. They've helped him gain his confidence and have worked so much on his separation anxiety - we all notice a big difference! Allyson gives the BEST text updates (she's so fun to text) and it feels like she loves Rigby as her own. Nick has showed up so many times with a smile on his face (most recently when I had to panic drop Rigby off due to an emergency with our cat - he immediately let me know they had Rigby covered and not to worry. During a stressful time it was so nice to know that he was taken care of.)I cant imagine bringing him anywhere else and we are so thankful for Dogdrop. It's worth every penny and more!

My dog hates all people and all dogs when he’s not at Dogdrop, and then the staff like Nick and Anna say he’s a really sweet dog and likes to play with others. So they’ve identified that we’re the problem in the picture. But he loves going to Dogdrop, will pull when we’re nearby, and walks in without even looking back at us.

Hello, I just popped into Dogdrop this week and feel compelled to write a review! I have had dogs my whole life and have seen a lot of dog “day care” centers, and just cannot say enough about Dogdrop. The people are super friendly and knowledgeable.The place is new and appears to have been custom built for the sole purpose of providing state of the art dog care. The doggie play areas are very clean – and since they appear to have been made from state of the art “easy-to-clean” materials, I imagine they will stay that way! Here are a few other things that really stood out:** flexible hours, late hours. The membership structure is flexible and Dogdrop stays open much later than most other places. Both are really great ideas, especially for people with hectic schedules or unpredictable dog watching needs.**not just “day care” -- sophisticated dog handling techniques. The technician, Orlando, is plainly a veteran trainer. And instead of just letting the dogs do whatever they want, it appears that Orlando gives them each short training intervals. What a great thing for any dog! My dog was engaged, enjoyed the day, and was good and properly tired that night!

My dog and I both love Dogdrop!! The daycare is awesome, cooper is always tired in the best way when he gets picked up and he seems more relaxed after getting his energy out. I’ve also noticed he is less shy and scared around other dogs now!! Awesome staff and great experiences so far.I also love their paw wipes. Cooper is a white golden doodle and his paws always get dirty, these are awesome to have in the car , my bag everywhere just in case! I have a big box at home but the individual ones are awesome for pups who often get dirty. And I can’t forget their awesome poop bags!! Doing my part for the planet with compostable bags. 😚

Been taking my dog here for over a year. Subscribed to the monthly $60 plan. It’s great because Ill drop him off, take my lunch break in the area (lotta great eateries) then pick him back up in an hour. Totally worth it and he just runs right in by himself :)They’re modern. Websites great. People are super responsive when you need to text. And they have these great partnerships with other dog services. Plus, they host fun events.

April 2023 - UpdateSomeone commented on not getting daily report cards or photos. Somewhat true, but not entirely relevant to the quality of service. I couldn’t say much as it wasn’t until more recently that I was able to use the services here. With that said I do get photos, unexpected times as well, but not everyday, and that is perfectly fine. I don’t need to have a daily photo, and would rather know that the dogs are getting attention rather than having someone just taking photos and not actually interacting with them.Additionally I’m not even in a position to be checking my phone in some instances. I have received a weekly report card. I have yet to log in online and see what is there. It’s very clear that there are efforts made for everyone to get to know the dogs as they all are recognized from a distance when they are walking in, and the drop off as well as pickup is quick.——————Great service, you can tell they care a lot about the dogs as well as the well-being of the employees working there. Annoying that it isn’t open on Sunday, but also does allow everyone working there a day free. Loss of star is because it is extraordinarily difficult to contact this place. I absolutely cannot stand business that avoid talking to their customers and force them through some chat or text. A bit unprofessionally, but more so highly inefficient.______To the response: this does make sense given the noise of the dogs in the background. Thank you for clarifying. I guess the issue is that typically the time I have my phone I am unable to text, and it also feels like a wall to communications. Maybe even a have a way to leave a question that is transcribed to your team and they send a text response. That is fine. Other times it’s a matter of spending 10 minutes in back and forth text in what could be 2 minutes call. Sunday thing is understandable, as are shorter weekend hours. Annoying, but I’m all for balanced work schedules.

Our puppy Bruce is 5 month-old and started going to this daycare a few weeks ago. When we say the magic word "daycare" he knows exactly where we are headed. His ears get tucked back behind his excited beaming eyes and he leads our pack right to the front door of this place!Having had a terrible experience of getting our dog bitten (and not even informed about it) at a different place in the neighborhood, we are so happy we found this place.Bruce always takes a sweet nap after the daycare and I love the updates the place provides on Instagram Story so that I can get a glimpse of his day and feel assured that he is in good care.Everyone who works here are super friendly and professional. They tell me about his day too which I really appreciate :) They have reduced hours for Covid so double check their hours to make sure it still works for your needs.A huge thanks to the team at Dogdrop. You guys are amazing!!

DogDrop has been the perfect doggy daycare solution for my dog! The facility is lovely and clean. Their Arts District location is indoors and slightly smaller than other doggy daycares in the DTLA area, so I wasn’t sure at first if it would be the right fit for my high-energy, large dog, but the size has been no problem at all. The staff are wonderful, and they are constantly doing different activities with the dogs (including agility, brain games, and spa time). The staff send frequent updates and are happy to make any accommodations your dog needs. After checking out several doggy daycares in the DTLA area, DogDrop blew me away as the best option.

Dog Drop is a great day care! I've been taking my dog here for several weeks and she loves coming to hang out with her friends. They do a great job vetting that their dogs have the right vaccinations/temperament for being around other dogs. I feel very comfortable with my dog spending time at Dog Drop :)

Love love the amazing team at Dog Drop! From the very beginning of our trial session to today it has been an amazing experience! Massimo has a blast at dogdrop and we get super pumped as a family to drop him off and see the excitement when we pick him up! Needless to say he has made lots of furry friends and is always caught with a smile playing! Best part of bringing him home from a day at Dog Drop is how exhausted he is from all the social play! It makes our effort to take him twice there worthwhile! He is a more social dog, friendly and playful because of you guys! Thank you, Thank you!

This place is amazing! The staff definitely love what they do and it shows. They are very patient, helpful, responsive and professional. No question is too much for the team! My puppy, Triton, absolutely loves it here. When we arrive, he forgets that I exist....when we arrive, he leaps out of the car (risking life and limb), and is so excited to see his friends at Dogdrop. After a day at daycare, he is calmer at home and sleeps through the night. His reaction makes me feel so happy and glad that I made the right choice with this company! Thank you to the Dogdrop team - you are awesome! :-).

As a first-time dog owner, I was nervous about making sure my new puppy would be properly socialized with other dogs (and people too) - especially during COVID. I’m so grateful I found Dogdrop. The staffers there have kept me posted with how well Ollie is adjusting, and I love the photos and text messages they send me showing his daily routine. I can tell he loves the place - he’s about ready to jump into their arms the minute I drop him off. I highly recommend Dogdrop!

If I could leave more than five stars, I would! Dogdrop has been an absolute godsend with my quarantine puppy. Safe, clean, reliable, caring, and AWESOME all around.In terms of pet care, Dogdrop is incredible - I'm really picky about where I leave my dog Leo. The facility is super clean, I always feel like he's very safe, and they're really reliable. Plus, I can also tell how much he loves it - he RUNS to the door when we pull up!The whole team is incredibly sweet to my pup. They pay close attention to his behavior and always update me with photos and texts, and have even noticed him being better behaved around other dogs in the course of his time there. I know for a fact that he's never come home with a bute or injury. As human customer service goes, they're kind, attentive, and responsive via phone or text- special shoutout to Alex and the whole crew for their amazing work with the pups.One last thing I want to share is that no matter what time I go to pick up my dog, I never hear scared whining or crying in the back. There's just some playful barking, and one or two staffers are ALWAYS back there keeping a close eye on everyone. Leo is happy to show up and happy (and exhausted!) when we leave- we're gonna be lifelong customers :)

I have never experienced a place like this! My puppy literally runs to the door ready to play when she arrives AND … when I pick her up she is so happy, stress free and responsive. I truly feel like the staff love what they do and it shows. These pups get so much attention and stimulation. This place is everything! And has saved our lives. Nix loves it and so do we. I have been bringing my dog to Dogdrop since he was 5 months old and he’s over a year now. He loves going to Dogdrop, he tries to drag me to Dogdrop during our morning walk. And the days I actually take him, he tries to jump over the gate to get inside. I love that Dogdrop sends text messages with updates to say whether he ate his lunch, or who he is playing with during that day.Sometimes on the weekends when Dogdrop is closed, I take him to another dog daycare and the level of care is very different. When I take my dog home from the other daycare he comes home very smelly and thirsty and he never eats his meals. When we take him to Dogdrop they let me know how much he’s eaten, and he’s never smelly. When we get home from Dogdrop he falls asleep within 5 minutes.I can’t recommend Dogdrop enough.

I started taking my Labradoodle puppy to Drop Drop at around five-month, and it's been an incredible experience since. I typically drop her off in the morning, and the staff is there to immediately grab her while greeting her by name. This is acknowledgment is extremely important because it lets me know that they are taking the time to learn about my puppy. When I pick her up in the evening, she is completely worn out from running and playing with her friends.What's also great is that I'm able to text to get, curbside pick or drop off, and get updates with pictures throughout the day. It's genuinely a doggy daycare while the dogs gets to participate in seasonal photoshoots and even paint small Mother's day canvas pictures.I'm thankful that I found Dog Drop because my dog has been able to socialize and also practices basic commands.

Dogdrop is the best!! I have been part of their paw and bum wipes subscription from the start and love love the quality of the bags. They are compostable! The wipes are the best on the market as they don't leave the bubbly soapiness that all the others do.Looking forward to bringing Mizu for daycare and to meet the Dogdrop pups and crew after his neuter recovery! The owners and staff have been so so helpful with providing all the information I have inquired about. Counting down the days! Awesome experience thus far. =)

Our 6 month old puppy has lots of energy and dogdrop is just the outlet she needs! She loves dogdrop and gets so excited even before she exits the car. The work staff is really friendly and our pup seems to feel very comfortable around them.

Being a new dog parent I was worried about how our new little pup would like dog drop. And to be honest the first couple times we took her she seemed pretty scared and I was wondering if it was a good fit. The team there however gave me confidence to keep coming and soon enough our little girl was more excited to see the folks there than she was to see me. She loves her trips there and tries to drag me towards it whenever we are walking anywhere close to the space. I highly recommend DogDrop!
