First of all, the plaza it's in is absolutely gorgeous. The store is also wonderful aestheticly. Has a range of very affordable products such as DIY crafts, kitchen stuff, toys, travel stuff, snacks, makeup, even small exercise equipment.My only problem with Daiso is when I go for 2 or 3 things I end up buying way more stuff lol. They have too many cool and useful things.

I wish they had more cute kitchenware but I love coming here for cute items to add to gifts. Also a great place to stock up on bins and containers to keep things organized without melting your wallet

Customer service at this store is horrendous. The system crashed after I paid. So they claim it didn’t go through and made me pay again. Even though I showed them the charge on my bank account. Instead of dealing with my situation appropriately, they wanted to move me out of the way to help other customers. Why wouldn’t they finish fixing my issue before helping others. Luz was the rude cashier that rudely told me to move while I was waiting for Anthony to bring me a card with corporate information. Anthony was condescending and very rude as well. The card he brought me was just a cut up piece of paper that was a joke because it’s just an email address that probably won’t even be much help. They said the first charge would be removed. Well here we are, a week later and I have double charges on my account that have cleared. Which means now I have to waste my time going back to have it resolved. The store itself is fine, but I would never go back to this location if this is the type of customer service they provide.

Great Daiso location! Love it! I always find exactly what I need and more 😂 hit and miss with some of the products but it's alright I guess. Keep in mind $1.50 adds up quickly 😳😳😳. This location validates parking, but parking attendants can be rude 😒 park at your own risk. This Daiso seems to have most items stocked up. So sad pets were not allowed 💔 FYI pet lovers 😢

i went in here for specific items bcuz i bought some donald duck stuff n the other daiso sed i sjould look around at other daiso stores. When i went in i cudnt find what i was looking for but found others went to the counter to pay n the lady says i need to look in ur bag. thn sed you have daiso merch that u havent paid for i told i have daiso merch bcuz i bought it at another daiso and these tems you dont have in stock any ways....she ended up being the manager. shame on her.

You will never get disappointed when you visit here. They have great selection of home items you need and the quality is good. I wish they open more spots and have more items like the ones in Japan. Love it !!!

Nice, neat Daiso in Koreatown. This one is on the smaller side, but had an excellent selection of storage/organization items. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking wasn't the best. We found a meter on the street, but it looks like there is a garage for the mall.

Please get your employees all on the same page instead of falsely advertising open hours. Being pointed to a sign that says it's open as an excuse for why they are closed without speaking to a customer is just rude

Nice store. Not as good of a selection as the Little Tokyo location. It's small but well organized nonetheless.I've taken two stars away because they need to be more upfront and clear about their prices. After speaking with the actual manager, (one employee feigned to be the manager but then passed me to someone who then claimed to be the manager) they told me that they recently increased prices due to inflation, which is understandable. However when people are on a budget one expects to pay a certain amount at the register. The store's price signs need to be updated or items need to be clearly and individually priced. I was even charged more than the marked price for a few of my items which I didn't discover until I got home. They need to understand that one can't just make up arbitrary pricing as they go along.I happened to shop at the store in Little Tokyo on the same day. The latter charged me $1.50 for the same items that this store charged me $1.75 for. It's not the money but it's the principle. Quarters add up quickly.It would have been nice to know what I was being charged upfront. Inform customers of pricing is all.

Who doesn’t love a good stationary shop? This is basically a $1.50 stationary shop for me though they do sell snacks, kitchen stuff and other Knick knacks

Love Daiso. I don't come to this location often but when I do I usually find items I never see at other locations. The stores layout is on the smaller size so it can get pretty crowded with just a few customers in the store. There is paid parking available, but I usually park on the streets for free.

Ahh this a very wonderful and Soo very clean,organized and helpful staff. With lots of good household items and caters to pets as well. I got quite a few products just for my little baby girl Emiko❤️😊 I Loooove this discount store❤️. I've been to this location and in the one in my neck of the woods in Little Tokyo🙏

I've only ever been to Daiso in New York, and this one was waaaay better at least for me. I love Daiso for all it's organization products, and they had soooo many of the ones I wanted. If I could, I'd take the whole store home with me! Unfortunately it wouldn't fit in my suitcase. Haha!The woman who helped us check out was really nice and friendly. And we were even able to validate our parking.Would definitely come again!!

Had a bad experience some years ago and thought I'd try this store again. Needed some ear buds and this time, they have signs posted everywhere that there are no returns, not sure why that is.A nice associate told me where they were located. I didn't want to buy them and have them not fit my device and lose out on $$ like my previous visit. I opened the small box and made sure they fit, and closed the box almost entirely.I then went to purchase them, and was lectured by the cashier."Next time please ask a sales person so that other customers don't have to see an open box." I am also a customer, and NOT other customers.This individual had to reprimand me even though I was buying them anyway. Will not return to this store ever again.

I love this Daiso location inside the small shopping center!! There are lots of items to choose from. The shopping center has a parking lot and Daiso can validate your ticket for 2 hours

A very cute and convenient location. They have mostly to everything that other daiso locations have and they have really good service. I bought an Apple Watch band for my new Apple Watch and they have some options to choose from and they are really high quality, and for 3 bucks? What a deal!! Be prepared to bump into people or squeeze through people on accident because it is a smaller location than other daisos. Overall an amazing store and location because it’s across the street from the purple line station at Wilshire/Western :)

Security makes me uncomfortable because he would disturb your quiet shopping experience and ask if you need anything very loudly. I just want to look around without being yelled at. Learn to be more corresponding with your environment next time.

We had fun shopping here. They had so much variety. We got everything from face masks, stationery, origami, lunch boxes and stuffed animals. It was well stocked, clean and affordable. Prices ranged from $1.50 to $5.00 for the items we purchased. We were tourists and didn’t realize they didn’t offer plastic bags, not even for sale at $.10 a bag. Bring a reusable bag or buy one from them. You will be glad you did because you will leave with more than you expected!

Nice smaller Daiso location that's well-stocked. It has a lot of variety for its smaller size, but I generally prefer Daiso's larger locations. The employees I interacted with were really nice and helpful.You can get parking validation for the parking garage nextdoor with your purchase!

Excellent Store , organize quality product, items cost $1 50 and up,It's little tricky how the items been priced , item one that doesn't have price Tag it's $1.5 you will find lots of items that's that's lots of seance for Gardening , kitchen ,The main purpose of my visit today is 05/07/2023 for my reading Glass ,It's My Luck couldn't find +3 any reading Glass few of are hanging all are +1

Great finds with lots of novelty stuff. The only thing there that makes me uncomfortable is how the Korean people look at you like if your some kind of alien and are always watching you for every movement you do. They are low key raíces to non Korean people. I see the way they greet me when I come in and see how they greet their own kind. It’s not me being a sensitive person but even when I ask a question or ask for help I get the silent treatment with no response to a sure at least. Anyway I still respect and appreciate the store finds as well as all human beings from all of the existence of the world and aliens why not!?😅👊🏽✌🏽
