The staff at the CVS at 1919 South Hoover LA 90007 were helpful, courteous and friendly, but store itself is unclean. The carpeting has dark grease stains, there is small bits of litter strewn throughout the store, and most of the shelves are empty. NOT acceptable. I've been to other CVS stores, and this is NOT the case. The stores are opulent. Is this a reflection of how CVS views its stores in urban areas??? Very disappointed.

The pharmacy personnel is inadequate. CVS as a whole, The Minute clinic and anyone involved in ‘Costumer Care’ suck. They don’t really value efficiency or accuracy. COVID mis management. They were handing out expired COVID tests.

I went to this store today for the first time with my 7 year old son. I have never felt so discriminated and truly know what it feels like to be racially profiled as a community. My son needed to use the restroom. We do not live close by. As I was paying. I asked the cashier why can't my son use the restroom we don't live around here. He said because of the area that the store is located at. How sad!! You can't bend your management rule for a 7 year old. I will never go back to that store or any CVS.

Fresh off the block. I have never been to a CVS this clean and tidy, but it's still very new to the public. I just hope they keep it that way. It was so niche to walk down the aisle and see nothing out of place. Even the security guard was helpful. Visit now before the neighborhood breaks it in.

Do not trust pharmacists... they are in a rush to get you out. I asked pharmacist if any of my medications might do harm if I take with my current on... she told me I should have gone over it with my doctor... yes I did, but wanted your opinion to since you specialize in medicine... such a caring staff here

Easy to get my medication. I have medi-cal. Only annoyance is I have to renew with my doctor every two months to get a medication I need for the rest of my life...

When they say the pharmacy is open until 6pm, they mean 545pm, at which point they close their windows and won’t make eye contact. Just abysmal service when you need someone’s help most: getting medicine post surgery in my case

I had some photos printed, I paid for them online and I'm going to waste my time because they tell me that the printer doesn't work. After I called customer service and they never answered any number. Terrible service 😡. Also the parking lot is super dirty.
