Alory is always so courteous and helpful. When the pharmacy is busy she works fast and efficiently to move the line so the customers don’t have extended wait times. I can’t say the same for all of the other team members. When Alory isn’t working you can always tell the difference.

I got really good deals and I was about to split my purchases so I could use the $5 coupon for my second purchase. Only thing that bothered me was that a very kind woman gave another customer in line her coupon, but the guy at the register wouldn't honor it because she didn't have the right card number to match it to, and he literally just threw that $5 away. Like IDK who that guy was, but to other people $5 can mean a lot. Apparently it meant nothing to him.

Understaffed and employees look stressed all the time dealing with huge lines. But very friendly and outstanding customer service. Kudos for such great work

Friendly staff...there is a pharmacist lady with black rim glasses and brown curly hair ( I don’t know her name I’ll ask next time)...( ◠‿◠ ) but, She goes above and beyond for the customers. The front desk staff they are so kind and friendly! Keep up the good work!

Love coming to shop here but the wait on the pharmacy in person and on the phone is crazy. Be ready to be on hold for about 1 hour or less. In person I waited over 20-30 minutes to drop off and came back 1 hour in half later to pick up. My medication was still not ready after they said 1 hour. So that's more waiting I had to do. Now over the phone you just dont know how long your about to wait. I waited over 30 minutes then clicked and called again said there was about 10 people ahead of me. Well maybe if they tell you this once picking up the phone we would know what to expect. Bad customer service even having the appropriate amount of staff behind the counter.

Nice store with horrible customer service. I took my prescription to this pharmacy store and I was told they don't have the medicine but they can get it for me in about 3 days . 2 weeks later they don't even have my medicine when I asked for the prescription back so I can take it to another pharmacy they couldn't find it because they lose it. Now I has to reschedule my surgery because a full team of useless workers can do their job. I even have mentioned they have a line of 40 + minutes wait. How come a business can succeed with this kind of crew ???? Can someone really explain this to me ??

I have never been so disappointed. The pharmacy staff is extremely incompetent. It is disgraceful and I feel so bad for the community who have no choice but to put up with the unprofessionalism and incompetence. Placing people on hold for over 40 minutes without checking in with them, not assisting or attempting to resolve problems with prescriptions or offering any type of helpful resolution. I’m appalled and will NEVER again have my prescriptions sent here.

Terrible, terrible service. They “didn’t get” the rx from my doctor, when my doctor definitely sent it. My doctor re sent it. I called, they said they got it and it would be ready in 30 mins. I get there and they tell me no, it’s sold out. Mind you this is an URGENT medication. Then the lady tells me I have to go to the drop off line to solve all of this, because her comp in the pickup line “doesn’t do these things”. I will never use this pharmacy again.

All the staff in the pharmacy clearly clock in just to make their money. They should have chosen a different profession if they did not want to help people. Providing medication/filling prescriptions is very important but they do not seem to care.

The CVS is very slow not organized and we'll have you waiting in line for about an hour or two because they only have one cashier working in the front last time I was there it took 30 minutes for another cashier to come and the line was over 12 people waiting. The pharmacy is horrible they tell you they're going to take your information down and call you back in 24 hours and never called back you have to call them this is the reason why I don't support the stores in my area if I was in Beverly Hills or Hollywood I would have got everything taken care of but people here at that store don't do their job

I went to give them my medicne and when I came back an hour (they told me it'll take an hour) there was only 7 ready and 15 more minutes to get the other one ready. They need to call when all of them are ready and not make me mad.

They Never Have My Medication on My Pick Up Day. They are Slow Calling Your Doctor to Refill Your Meds.The Staff is Friendly But They Lack Communication With Your Doctor and You when your meds are ready.They Are Not The Place To Go To For Your Pharmacy...

DO NOT go to the CVS on Martin Luther King Ave near Western Ave by the AutoZone. They were following me all around the store and then eventually asked me what I had in the Igloo I was about to purchase. I said everything I have I am about to purchase. I asked them if that was policy and they said it wasn't. So why why are you harrasing me then?I took every amount of energy and cool to keep me from knocking someone out. Especially when the manager, David, said "If you are not guilty why would you be upset?" I never stole anything in my life. To be accused of such is insulting. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything and went to Walgreens on Crenshaw. I will never ever ever, in sha' Allah, ever, ever, ever go back to that CVS. It is my first and last time. I will be writing a letter.P.S. I was talking to this lady name Valorie​ about the Igloo special. They were on sale. They were harrasing​ her too. And harrased another guy standing in line.#NO2CVS, #BoycottingCVS, #CVSsucks

This pharmacy does not deserve one star. Every time I have to get a refill there is always a delay. You have to call and push them to their job in order to get your medication.

Excellent pharmacy care and staff. Many products from beauty to household items. Random additional stuff for the season. My family store and sometimes one stop shop.🌻

Your has so many empty shelves if looking for something one go back again and still can't find what even if you asked someone it still doesn't have it. This is after you see delivery and that the product should come , I'm saddened to not want to go to the corner drugstore and can't find what you're looking for, and have to go out of your neighborhood to shop. I thank you
