I was told that CVS has beard guards. Unfortunately, they don't. That's not the problem. I asked the cashier, "No reply " so I looked myself. I didn't see any, so I asked the security guard. Instead of answering my question he insinuates that I stole something ask me what's in my pocket. I was very offended because I did not touch anything in the store if he would have been watching he would have seen that. CVS has nothing inside of his store that is worth my freedom that's all facts cuz I do not steal. That ruined my day!

The manager, Oscar, at CVS store #9580 has been always very helpful and kind. I really appreciate his help with my husband’s walker. He is very kind, pleasant and professional. God Bless him.

Got there 10 minutes before the posted closing time (I checked the website) and was turned away by the security guard who said that this CVS was closed. This management must be wishing to have this location closed and they may just get their wish acting this way. Avoid.

The store employees are great I just have a problem with thier drive thru never being open especially for the disabled and people with covid or the flu it takes alot out of someone that's I'll to come in there and have to wait in a slow long line

I call to the pharmacy to ask for a refill I was explaining to the pharmacist what I need and he hanged me up he was so rude . I forgot to ask his name but I hope some one pay attention to the staff that works there really bad service ..!

Store: nothing on its shelves. Pharmacy: La Nia was nice, but did not help at all. Every time I get the *same* script, they say it's ready, then I get there and they are confused by the prescription. EVERY. TIME. And, I ask for a coupon and they say there are none. Do not be fooled. There are always coupons on Goodrx or Optumrx !!! Don't let them tell you there aren't coupons. Miserable.

Extremely disappointing pharmacy experience. Rite Aid transferred my prescriptions there, so I called for more information and was on hold for 30+ minutes each time before giving up. Decided to just go in, and there were three pharmacists there - doing nothing and not answering phones. They also failed to follow through on getting doctor authorization for time-sensitive medications - all in just the two weeks since my prescriptions were transferred. This doesn’t seem like a lot to ask.

The Lottery machine located inside of this CVS has been inoperative for the past 6 months at least! Poor management and lack of concern for customers is plaguing this particular store!! Either have the machine fixed or have it removed

At 7:40 a.m. on November the 4th just after my cash benefits were made eligible I was charged $203.00 for acash transaction that no product was purchased no service made available and no item sold. This all being done without my EBT card present nor myself were in the store at the time. After calling CVS and talking to the store manager and later corporate and now EBT nothing was corrected no benefits repaid and no one will tell me what was bought or how.

Called in today for my prescription, pharmacist man with accent stated he could not update my RX with the proper GoodRX number because the “line was too long” proceeded to put me on hold for 40+ mins. When a different rep answered stated that no one was currently waiting 🙃Update: came inside location and Asian dude was crazy multitasking but in a good way. He took care of everything and we compared prices together with my PREMIUM insurance vs GoodRx.

I was on the phone waiting for somebody to answer my question for more than an hour, just listening the same message over and over. Finally, a lady answered the phone and I toll her about the long waiting, she never apologized and she just said they were busy. I felt no respect as a costumer. By the way, she never gave her name.

Such a difficult parking lot to get in and out of during busy times of day! But the staff are all helpful, especially in the pharmacy. They have helped me figure out several insurance-related issues and are way more helpful than the local Kaiser Permanente pharmacy workers.

I would like to say Great Thank You! Specially to Anthony who works at the Pharmacy! My 71 year old mom can't seat in car for long to get vaccine. I call this CVS and Mr. Anthony help me to just bring my mom and got Covid-19 vaccine Moderna in less then 5min!!! My mom was so happy. She fill good and don't have any side effects. Thank You Very much Anthony and all CVS implores!

The pharmacist and techs there are unprofessional and dangerous to clients health. I’ve missed so many days upto months of medication because they simply can’t get their lies straight and or 100% incompetent! I’ve been lied to about not having my prescription that was called in and or handed in. My doctor goes as far as to call in, fax in and give me a paper prescription and they still lie about not having it. They also lie about not having the meds in stock but then pharmacist says they do. I get automatic refills and they don’t fill my meds when their due and when I go in they’ll claim that the insurance was giving them problems and that’s why I had to wait two weeks over to get my meds. It’s dangerous because I don’t take medications for fun, I take them because my health and life depends on them. If my doctor wasn’t so caring and hands on, I would have been dead because if this CVS! With Rite Aid closing its two locations, to the other CVS on Crenshaw being worst and Walgreens to forever just to turn in a prescription, this dreadful team of horror is the only option. This Pharmacy needs a big awakening or a big lawsuit! They SUCK!

Never has my medicine in stock, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT CONTROLS SEIZURES, and it’s controlled so it is VERY important to always keep in stock!!! HOW ARE YOU ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK?!?! You have thousands of people that get their meds from this store and it’s managed very poorly like this?! VERY PATHETIC!!

Have been trying to refill a prescription for almost a month. They keep lying about when they’re going to be in stock. I even changed a vacation to wait for my medication that they ended up not being able to refill. DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE.

I thought other CVS pharmacies were bad until I came here. The majority of the staff are ghetto with no patients. From the entire group about 3 people do their job well. It is very disappointing to have to get your important meds here.

My dentist does not do electronic prescriptions...have to drop off paper and the lady was very rude saying that anyone can write in a prescription for Ibuprofen...I said I usually drop it off and pick it up another while you confirm that it is prescribed to me...Its the same dentist and I am sure you have it on file already...she stared at me then started typing...very rude!!!!

This pharmacy NEVER answers the phone!!! This shows that they can careless about sick customer needs. I was on hold for 30 min and NOT one person picked up to say “they will be right with me”. STOP wasting SICK customers time. Maybe if the pharmacy answers the phone then they wouldn’t have a line full of the same questions that could’ve been answered on the phone.

One of your employees name (Maricela) was very rude with me. I asked her for help twice and she ignored me. Finally I got her attention just to tell me that she couldn’t help me. That she was in lunch. But yet she did help another lady before me. 👎🏼
