I've gone two separate months and the ATM has been down for me both times. But the reason I still gave 4 stars is because they keep it clean and Joshua is the best! He's so sweet everytime I go in. I'm a new mom and I was at the store today without my baby, the ATM wasn't working again, I needed to pull money out for bills, and I was getting stressed out. But Joshua helped me was super patient, kind, and made me laugh. He's a joy to see every time I am in the store. 10/10 he's a recommendAnd the girl working today was super pretty and said hi right when I walked in which was double nice

Very bad service,didn’t let me get my medicine for my mom and they said she needed to be here and she’s wheel chair bound and gave me a bunch of excuses and she wasn’t there to sign on it

First review I've ever written. First time I've felt like I had to.I've been to this location 15-20 times. Not once have I had a bad experience with the employees. Everyone is just straight up friendly... it's weird, cuz these days I'm used to feeling like I'm an inconvenience to employees at other stores. Maybe it's the pandemic and the economy. Whatever it is, it hasn't affected the professionalism at this CVS. Literally every employee there has been great.Today was particularly good. I ran into the armed guard and asked if he knew where stuff was. He helped me find the item. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I needed it. I get in line to wait. I see him walking over and he hands me a way better version that we missed. Said he figured I'd like that one more. Took the other one and puts it back for me.I was surprised. I don't expect employees to go out of their way like that. It put me in a good mood.The pharmacy is on point too. Haven't had a single issue there either (used to go to Vons, they NEVER had my stuff ready on time).I really appreciate the people at this CVS.

I was buying some items on Sunday August 7, 2022 and when I arrived at the checkout this young, tall, thin, black guy ruined my experience with his snotty attitude. He was definitely not helpful.

The store manager is a friendly, good natured manager who cares about his customers. They serve the USC campus and suraounding neighborhood area. I see people write bad reviews and talk trash, but you have to see what I witnessed in the store when a homeless person wanted to use the restroom then screamed they would write bad reviews because they were not a customer, but expected to get what they wanted. Prices are normal for local Los Angeles. I am always in and back out in no time with my shopping.

I like this pharmacy I shop here and come for all my needs.But two days ago 2/13/18 I had a bad experience with the Pharmacy Manager in charge, "Thuy N Houang" is her name. She was extremely rude as I approached the window to drop off the prescription. The only person at this location to be rude to me since Ive shopped here,...EVER!! The medication was for my son who's had a transplant and is on several meds and on this night I decided to go there to get a medication since he just left the ER and needed it right away, I knew they would be opened and ready to help. Boy was I wrong!!! My son has PPO & CCS because of his Liver Transplant when she rung it up and said I had a Co-Pay of $10.00 witch I knew was a mistake because it always happens, I asked her to check it again. She responded with " Ur saying it should be free?!" with attitude and a smirk on her face!! Unbelievable!! Co-Pay or not it comes from my pocket! I pay the Monthly bill for my sons insurance, what was the reason for her stupid comment??!! In the end, after I told her to check again a min later she said "Ok it'll be 10 min". Just want to let u know that Im seriously upset at the fact that this cvs has such horrible people working with the public, the fact she's a manager makes it worse. Definitely lost points in my book.

Great store. Billing at CVS may take some extra ticks. Items priced fairly low. Not a lot of discounts show up but this place has a wide range of items. This place also has a photo booth to get your pictures done.

Decent pharmacy. The day staff is nice and the pharmacy was convenient and fast when I used it. While it has a decent selection of everything from meds to snacks they often run out of different high-demand things, like packs of water bottles, late it the day.

One reason I like this one is self-checkout kiosks...they easily allow you to get your extrabucks... Also the store is one of the larger CVS stores and being on USC territory it has lower percentage of cheap Mexican knock-offs selling at 20x so they can get 5 or 10x on the American Made items.

Sheesh, I'm pretty sure they raise the prices here because they know college students are desperate for a pharmacy (if you need Tylenol, where else are you gonna go?) They also prey off the rich USC kids, especially the ones living in private apartments.They've got the basics for beauty and health care. I thank CVS for having me covered when I was sick. They also have some unappetizing, painfully unhealthy, overpriced snacks. And, of course, they have cheesy and expensive sports accessories like foam fingers.Checkout is kinda slow. The self-checkout is decent.There's not much to recommend this CVS. It is close to campus, especially if you live north of USC. It has better hours than the on-campus pharmacy.If you're desperate.. CVS has you covered.

Pharmacist Thuy is the best and goes above and beyond to help out customer patients. She made sure to satisfy the prescription within insurance formulary and kept patient's copay low. Came to this CVS after my local CVS said it was out of stock. Local CVS pharmacist was totally unhelpful and opposite of Thug. I will make this CVS my go-to spot in the future. Also nice to have 45-minute validated parking.

Brigido assistance manager refuse to process return of brand new item that have not been used and I presented original not expired receipt for $5 item when I asked his name at first he refused to give it to me, I need talk like 5 minutes for him to give me his name!Item I was returning was CVS brand with Money Back guarantee policy on i!!!CVS store managers operate so shady they refuse return then refuse to give their namesLooks like any return at CVS stores is impossible!EVEYTHING IS FINAL SALE!!!

Not open until midnight! They close at 10pm but fail to update anything online to inform you of it. I had to find out by driving there at 10:15pm needing to pick up something important.
