This location is a disgrace. They don't clean their parking lot, full of trash. They don't clean their floors inside, covered in trash, everywhere! The pharmacy is incredibly disorganized, and the staff are always in bad moods. Treating our community like this needs to stop. I, personally, will never come back again after multiple horrible visits.

On two separate occasions within the past week, I have experienced extremely rude and condescending behavior from one the pharmacists, Anna. As a customer, I value respectful and professional interactions, particularly in a setting as sensitive as a pharmacy. Unfortunately, Anna's demeanor has left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

The service is so bad that for eyes prescription we have to go 3 times and still don’t have it , why they let the messages telling that the medicine is ready for pick up and when we go there is not ready , bad service ,one of the staff kseniya karseco is rude , doesn’t have patience, I don’t recommend this cvs

Wow, I haven’t had this kind of experience in a very long time. I was at the pharmacy for almost an hour to get my Covid test. Are we back in 2020? What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to have people wait? There had to be at least 5 people behind the pharmacy, but they’re unbelievably slow! One very unhelpful worker kept telling me to go from one window to another… making me stand in line AGAIN. 🤯Thankfully, some kind man let me go ahead of him. I was trying to pick up some at home test kits just in case. I even called 2 hours ahead. They had all my insurance info, but said they needed one specific for prescriptions. How does my insurance on file work for the PCR test, but not for the at home kits? And even if I didn’t have that info, I’m sure you had a way of figuring it out. I gave up and picked some up from a friend. Should’ve done it sooner instead of wasting my precious time. AVOID this place like the plague!

The pharmacy team here at this location ARE empathetic, kind, and generous. I heard it with my own eyes I tell ya. And yeah I saw it....with my nostrils. Yeah I said it. And the candy was squared away. You could tell. They take pride in their skill. Great job!!

Employees are very nice- very good service!! :) No problems with this place whatsoever- I usually go there for painkillers and skin care products. They have a wide selection of products, and the location is quite convenient. This CVS is my second home- come here everyday because it's so fun, anyone and everyone is invited to my second home.

The TEAM - from start to finish - on Tuesday, April 12 was fantastic! Every employee genuinely greeted me or asked to help! The first person when I walked through the door, the pharmacy rep, and the cashier when I checked out. So refreshing, way to go LA CVS!

The pharmacists are unprofessional and dishonest.I tried to transfer a prescription to CVS. I called to confirm CVS received the prescription. The woman said yes and it was ready for pick up. I drove to the CVS in Los Angeles rush hour traffic ( I REALLY needed the medication because one prescription was an inhaler for my asthma and bronchitis).I arrived to pick up and the pharmacist said they didn't have it and never received the prescription. I asked how could that be when I had to confirm my name, DOB, AND the pharmacist said she called the other pharmacy twice? Sorry. They didn't have it. So the first pharmacist lied.Called Doctors on Demand, who wrote the original prescription. They give me a free voucher to talk to a second doctor JUST to send the prescription again.I call CVS to confirm they received it. The same pharmacist I met when I came to the store said the prescription was sent to another CVS. I said, "which store?" She said she didn't have that information. ????? Another lie. CVS can't find where the prescription went? Another lie.I call DOD again to tell them what happened. They confirm the exact address of the CVS store.I call CVS AGAIN. This time the pharmacist said they have the prescription but they couldn't find it before because the doctor got the name wrong. Really? This was a video conference service. They had the correct info from my intake form. Another lie. And they threw a doctor under the bus, which is pretty serious, because they're saying the doctor was irresponsible or incompetent.They said I could pick up my prescription immediately, but it was 20 minutes to closing and there was no way I could get my inhaler and other medicine. But I'm shocked at the carelessness. I don't know if there's a pharmacist shortage or these people went to a crappy school, but I'm glad that a child didn't need this prescription; otherwise, I would have to go to the emergency room. Someone else could have died.

COVID Testers, there is no Drive Thru! So please go to the pharmacy for the test. Do not call the company it's a waste of time. The people at the pharmacy will tell you how it works and they were super amazing and incredible nice!!

Was sent here to pick up my meds and was told that they would call me after they were ready I already went inside to ask what is going on.called the next day and was told I had passed the allowed time to pick them I told them I was waiting for there call I was not able to get any of my meds after having three teeth taken out this pharmacy is terrible

I love this cvs location and I love the staff too the person In charge of the hiring are doing a good job getting the best employees because my 3 years experience shopping in all cvs in town they have people how don’t want to work or I get mad service but I am in love this location I am very happy I go every week to shop in this location

Went for Covid testing, which I needed for travel. They said results would take 2-3 days. Nurse conducting the test said “morning of the third day - at the latest”.It’s been five days and has now cost me my trip.Do not rely on CVS for Covid testing

Hands down, the customer service is the best in town. I love coming to this CVS! There are 4 CVS stores of equal distance to me, and I come religiously to this location.
