Has to be one of the worst CVS locations I’ve been to. I love going to CVS (other locations) because of the coupons and rewards you get and the convenience of having everything at one place so I can grab and purchase what I need. That’s the point of a convenience/drug store. This locations fails to give you that. Everything is locked up, so you have to wait for a poor associate to come and get the item for you. It took nearly 30 minutes for me to grab 6 daily use items like toothpaste, deodorant, Advil ect because of eveything being locked up. I feel bad for the employees that have to run around like they are chickens with their heads cut off to get you these items. Things are weirdly placed for example the men’s deodorant is where the makeup is so it took so long for me to find before giving up and asking an associate. Avoid this location there are far better ones.

A ghetto mess.Pharmacy Staff not only rude but ghetto.Not my usual pharmacy, I was there to pick up a prescription that was out of stock at my preferred location. Never again. It is unprofessional for anyone in the healthcare profession who handles the health and prescriptions of individuals to disrespect and dismiss concerns and questions to move the line along. They change their store hours WHENEVER and never post the changes online, in store, or on the answering service. These changes have nothing to do with Covid. Very bad customer service, if you dont want people asking you for help maybe you shouldn't be working with customers. The coupon center is always broken and it's a hassle to have a cashier print them out when asked. On top of that, my prescription is never ready. I get automated calls telling me that it's ready for pickup and when I arrive, I still have to wait an additional 20-30 for it to be ready. It's my neighborhood CVS and I am willing to travel to another location to be accommodated due to this service or lack thereof.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE!! There is no customer service, the mangers look at you when there is an issue and just walk away with no resolution! When pharmacy hours change due to holidays, NOTHING is posted in the store! I don't mind going to another CVS, maybe in a "white" area where they care for their customers and they don't make you wait for a hour when you're sick and trying to get medicine. The workers in this store are too busy laughing and talking amongst themselves to take care of their customers. This store needs NEW MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS!

Purchased some items. And about 10 minutes later I needed to return them. It took one hour and some change to get my money back bc I had taken a email for receipt on my phone and my phone died. Poor customer service dirty store ghetto plantation!!!!!!!!

Came into cvs at 9:55 to grab medicine really quick for my child and the door were locked .. your workers were walking around just looking at me at the door a black woman in braids .. please make it make sense ..If you’re going to close before 10 change your hours !!! People are in need !

I love this location, very friendly staff, good security, I know the entire staff, I'm there every other if not everyday, people think their high priced but the key is the coupons you get on your receipt, you have to know how to work them, I jus had $35 CVS dollars, so I shopped free, $35 dollars worth of free 😄 they get a thumbs up!!!

Pharmacy has excellent service, medication is on time. CVS is a one stop store with fresh fruit, drinks, snacks, food, household supplies, seasonal gifts, perfume, make-up ect. Use bonus bucks for good deals.

Pharmacy will call you and say your prescription is ready. Upon arrival, it's no longer ready and will take 30 minutes. Why call me just to waste my time?

If they have negative stars I give 100 manager is so rude and lazy including all the team believe me people make me wait in line for 1 hour and 18 minutes and they don’t answer I drive there when I try speak with the manager she left me standing there saying I’m going talk with them I ask her where is the product and she said they don’t have it I told her her said is available 9 of them and she still give me a bad face and rolling her eyes yes the LAZY MANAGER hate this lazy people hope I never need back there
