The staff are lovely and that is the one and only good thing about this CVS.I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it’s only gotten worse.Everything is locked up, even beyond the high priced items. The $6 Revlon nail polish is even under lock and key.The service at the pharmacy is quite simply, terrible. Understaffed, and the ones who are there seem…bored and unhelpful.Half the shelves are empty. Most things outside CVS branding are way overpriced.It’s offensive to its staff and the community it is supposed to provide services to.Find another way to exist on Crenshaw or don’t be here at all.

The cashier Angelica was very helpful. Saw I left the 12 roll t. papers by the register , yelled as I was leaving on bike with 3 additional bags of items " wait , Isn't that your t. p.? then gave me 2 large bags which helped alot on my 1 mile + bike ride home.The worker In the aisle was also very useful showing me where varies items I needed were. Previous experiences at thus store similar..Great crew of workers !

The way this pharmacy treats you is horrible they left me on hold for over 30 minutes came to the phone and saw I was still there and put me back on hold. On top of waiting 8 days now for a medication to be back in stock. I have had a spinal tumor removed and Lupus and pain every day news flash everyone is not a drug addict some people have real issues 😔

Been waiting at the Covid Testing drive through, 45 minutes after my appointment. (There is a massive line and the car that has been at the window has been there the entire 45 minutes). Surely if you have a customer that requires 45 minutes to assist they should be directed in store, secondly if that is how long each Drive through test is taking- you need to reevaluate your system. Also the “Drive Through Testing” is in no way labeled. In fact it quite clearly says, “Pharmacy Pick Up Only”. This pandemic has been going on for more than 18 months- get your infrastructure sorted out. Absolutely shocking

I want express my upmost gratitude to Aydon, the cashier that literally saved my life trying to get everything my children needed with very little money. "Faith of a mustard seed" is a real thing! And although I came in 20 minutes before closing, had to go back to the car to retrieve my wallet and because Aydon saved me so much money I was able go back and get the wipes I thought I was going to have to sacrifice for diapers for both my children. I thank you CVS for remaining open as late as you do and for Aydon being so kind, informative and patient! I know you all were ready to go home but you still made an impression on me.

My name is Wayne Had a great experience with all the time I come in to CVS the location Crenshaw Coliseum good customer service at the checkout young lady that works there that is a cashier associate her name is Lisette she always help me with everything that I need she a good customer service she's very polite respectful and nice I see her every morning when I come in put money on my capital 360 card and I just want her to know that I love her customer service and respect her name is Lisette very helpful thank you

The service at the CVS Pharmacy on Crenshaw Avenue & Coliseum is the worst service for an organization dealing with people's health! Slow!! I took a prescription to them after my doctor's appointment on 7/6 and it is now 7/21/2020 and the request has not been filled. There was a problem they needed my doctor to word the prescription a certain way so they would fill it. They were going to contact my doctor.I call to see the next day they had not got a response from my doctor, but I emailed and told my doctor the pharmacy would be contacting them about the prescription wording. I wait a couple days, then I phone CVS to see if my prescription was ready. I waited 25 minutes and no one ever answered the call. I went up there in person, since they are close --5 minutes by car. I waited in a slow line for pick up. She went to check and came back with a bag that was $77 & not covered by any of my insurance.The cashier sent me back to drop off window to see why. The insurance only cover a certain brand and I would have to get my doctor to send a new prescription for that brand covered by insurance. They would fax the insurance response to my doctor. That was now July 16. I got a message from my doctor's office today 7/21/2020 saying they hadn't got the fax from CVS YET. This is terrible customer service for an area that is so critical to so many people in the community!!! I have since started going to SAV-ON Drugs at Albertsons. So far it is more direct and personable service and about the same distance.

Very disappointed with the pharmacyI take my daughter to this location to get her tested for Covid weekly. Kids nowadays need proof of a clean Covid result at school each week.Overall, everything was going well, however, the last time I went to the window to get my daughter tested, I never got the results. I kept calling the pharmacy as well as minute clinic, but there was never any answer. Whenever you call the pharmacy, they make you wait For hours and nobody ever picks up. I tried calling about four or five times and I was left waiting about two hours each time. I was able to talk to an agent once and he said to just give it some time because of the Thanksgiving holiday, the results were probably taking a little while longer than most weeks. However it has been over a week now, and I haven’t gotten the results. My daughter struggled to go into school this week. She even missed a day at school Due to this. I had to go to Walgreens as well as the Covid testing site at school to get her Covid results for that week

Went it for pics that I had sent from my mobile app, to get developed. It was almost $50. Manager on duty at 10am honored my coupons after they printed with payment. Savings of $6. He did this with such great customer appreciation. Then I decided to get the flu shot. First time ever. I had the flu last month, but work with the public, & without the shot, I’m still susceptible to a different strain. People are dying from the flu nowadays. Pharmacist Gary was AMAZING! The shot was painless. (I hate needles) Start to a great morning. Thank you Crenshaw location. Xoxoxo

The staff members are very rude.I was not having car so they do not let me complete covid test and ask me to go back and come in a car.This is so humiliating. I waited in line for an hour and they refused to do test just because I was not having a car.After wasting my time a lady suggested me from inside to get a UBER and come back. They even don't care if somebody is COVID positive and taking an UBER, can spread this virus.It was very harsh but accept the reality because we can not do anything other than feeling helpless.

They always an issue in this store. But this morning waiting in line for almost 10 mins to buy a card is absurd. One of the cashiers was having a issue reloading her receipt paper. The cashier named Ceecee finish the customer she had and then came to see what the problem the first cashier was having. The cashier instead asked ceecee if she would take her customer who had been waiting for her to fix her register. Cee cee took the customer and looked at me waiting in line. She handled that purchase and once again left her register to look at the other cashier who was still trying to fix hers. She offered no assistance she just looked. She then look at me still waiting in line and walked to her register. The cashier on the register next to her finished his previous check out while I was still waiting in line. Now Ceecee and the male cashier both start picking up items from behind the register and speaking to one another, no one ever acknowledged me waiting although there were four cashiers up front. Finally the cashier fixing her register looked up and i was still waiting and asked Ceecee can she handle my order and at the moment she started ringing up items for the cashier who was just working beside her as if i was not a awaiting customer. I felt disrespected and overlooked. Im sure she noticed me we made eye contact a couple times and it was clear that I was next in line. I put the item down and walked out. I felt as if she purposely didn't want to assist me for what ever reason, maybe because I was black and she is latino. I will no longer go to this CVS. There is always something going wrong in here.

Worst pharmacy ever. I've had to wait two months for one prescription and so far I'm currently waiting three days for a different prescription. In both cases I've had to follow up with the pharmacy myself and stay on top of them. I shouldn't have to do their job for them.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. I called 3 times this week to fill a prescription. One of which took 38 minutes for the pharmacy to answer. Each time the pharmacy said they never received anything from my doctor. Each time I called my doctor’s office afterward. The doctor’s office said they not only sent it in but called to confirm it would be filled that day. Finally during the 3rd pharmacy call, I pressed them on the fact that my doctors office absolutely sent it in. The pharmacy somehow found my order, but then told me my prescription would be back ordered by 2 months, then took that back a minute later and said I could pick it up within an hour. Some of these prescriptions could be an issue of life or death and the lack of experience or professionalism is ridiculous.

Ok, this CVS is located on the corner of Crenshaw and Coliseum. It has a big parking lot. The parking is always filled with homeless and shady looking crowd. You always greeted at the door by a pan handler.The inside is neat. I personally like the huge selection of make-up for all ethnic groups.They always have one security in the front and he watches you like a hawk. I had one follow me around a couple time. I made it known that I knew he was following me. I stuck my tongue out towards him.There is always a line to check out. I never see more then one cashier working at a time. Cashier are always friendly and efficient.CVS has a reward program. CVS dollars just like cash in CVS. Just scan you CVS card and you're set.I go to this CVS because it's the closest one to my house . I would give three stars but they have to get rid of the crowd that hangs in their parking lot. Also the begging right in front of the entrance.

This is a terrible pharmacy. They are SLOW both when you’re walking in and the drive thru. Always wait 30+min to get to the window to pick up my prescription because they take so long. I’ve had it, I’m going to have to move my prescription to another pharmacy because it’s a huge waste of time to fill it here.

I don’t understand what it is about people that they just don’t want to help other people. I called this location to update my insurance information so I could have my prescription delivered, was put on hold for an hour, and then told that they can’t do it over the phone. Expressing my frustration to my mom, she called her local CVS in Kentucky. They said it’s no issue, so I called them and had it done in under 10 minutes. Thanks for the help.

This location offers COVID test drive through. But the window is so obscure, unmarked. I spent 20min just to find where the window is. Definitely will never come back here.

The Customer Service Rep. Marilu is AMAZIN, Helpful, wonderful, a good spirit indeed. She helped me from My early morning call to check stock to my time in the store to get me what I needed. She was so patient and efficient despite the building line. She deserves everything great that CVS has to offer her. She was the reason this store stood out today! Big kudos to Marilu!

This CVS needs help. Called the Pharmacy multiple times over the past 3 days to get information and sat on hold for 20 minutes each time with no answer. Lousy customer service.Plus went to get tested for travel and specifically told them I needed the results by the 15t...still waiting and I paid for this lack service.

This pharmacy is trash- do not use it. Go elsewhere. I’m moving my prescription. Hours to pick up medicine. It’s unconscionable. Why hasn’t management done anything???

Horrible horribleAfter just shopping for 20 mins they had to kick everyone out because the system went down and can’t even take cash. They said this happens every Friday.
