Honestly I’ve gone to this CVS for the last ten years and I don’t see myself switching. The pharmacists are usually smiling, helpful, and even though it’s not open 24 hours anymore (which I loved!) they are still very efficient during their new hours. Also David really helped me the other day when I was struggling to get a prescription correctly sent electronically over. Plus I’ve always been able to get what I need from the general store, good selection, nice staff. Just had a good experience there that made my day and wanted to write about it!

When was the last time you went to a store and came out empty handed? Well It's my 1st time. Out of 10+ items I intended to purchase they were nowhere to be found or they refused to sell ? Store is perfect setting for a 'zombie movie' I kid you not. Shelves are empty, products are opened and missing, can't find almost anything you need. Not to mention that the store manager and the cashier had no desire to help find anything because they had no desire on selling anything. I finally found one of the products priced correctly (not an opened item either) all handy dandy, yet they said they can't sell it ?Young lady with her kids asked to use the bathroom after purchasing some items , was denied ! 'Out of service' ? Lady went to check it in the back, bathroom was operating but she was blocked physically by the store manager.Handsome guy came it for a money order 'outta service' ?Other customer (older guy) needed $20 cash back (outta service) lolSeriously you should stop by, store is huge but super empty (waste of space) but it's sure good for jogging in case your gym is not big enough .CVS This store doesn't need to be opened 24/7 why waist your money on rude and purposely unhelpful employees that have no class and of course any desire to work! Somehow I feel they put the 'Outta service' signs all over the store so they don't have to work !

They canceled the photobook order for my mother’s birthday without notifying me. I didn’t learn this until showing up to pick up the book. Their website says my order is still active. So bad.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Just came back from this CVS. It’s the closest one to my apartment. Usually the staff is pretty nice and kind but this time it was the worst. I quickly ran in the buy one ketchup and I paid for it, just didn’t print out the receipt. And I was holding my ketchup but I stopped at the jewelry section to look at some necklaces. This staff (she looks like Indian but not sure probably around 40) walked pass me and said something like “did you pay” and looked at my dog in a disgusting way when my little one didn’t do anything and said something like “next time can’t bring it” when she DID NOT ASK if it was a service dog or not. This lady has a bad attitude, personality and it’s clearly that she is not happy working there.

They reduced their staff AND hours at the pharmacy, which is a NIGHTMARE. If you call to inquire about something you need to clarify in the app or to ensure your prescription is being processed, be ready to be on hold for AT LEAST 90+ minutes, IF you do not get disconnected and have to call again and wait another 90+ minutes. If you go in person, be ready to stand in line for at least 30 minutes, then be told they actually only have some of your prescriptions ready, that others will "take another 20 minutes" even though they were called the day before… then you come back to be told the medicine is actually out of stock!TERRIBLE customer service and I blame management, the few staffers are overwhelmed, overworked, and dealing with far too many requests. Cutting down on staff and hours has repercussions and we the patients pay the price.

I never write reviews, but my experience with this pharmacy has been so awful that I feel compelled to share. I had a one month supply of my prescription filled here before a month long trip out of the country. I paid for my one month supply, packed the prescription in my suitcase, and left for my trip. When I opened my prescription I found that I had ONE pill. Not the one month supply that my insurance company and I were billed for, but one pill. I am halfway around the world and getting my prescription filled here would be extremely complicated. The pharmacy has not offered up any solutions for me (when I am back in LA) getting the remainder of the medicine that I was prescribed and that I paid for. If you can fill your prescriptions anywhere else, just avoid this place.

This is a review of the pharmacy and pharmacy staff, the staff is GREAT! I had a hectic, stressful Friday and the gal who picked up on a Friday night was so nice and friendly on the phone, and helpful and efficient. My mom's prescription was ready in 20 minutes, and when we arrived to pick it up the cashier was so nice. These people work till 11pm so shoutout to the Friday night CVS Pharmacy staff you guys are awesome!! I was given a customer review QR code thing to submit a review but unfortunately my code # didn't work so I'm writing here and hopefully they see it. Thanks again for your hard work and positive atitudes!

I had to go to the store 4 times for an order that was supposed to be completed under 4 same day print where no one knew how to help me and i still did not get my order! I then had to call to cancel the order in spending at least an hour on the phone and 4 visits i will not be going back to CVS anytime soon.

I have continued to come to this store over the past two years or so and the service has continued to be excellent.As far as phoning in for flu shots, they could not have been more welcoming and friendly.Went to then Sepulveda and National store only for the photos after asking a patient CVS lady in the Marina store 1000 questions about how it all worked, including rewards and photos.The photo service is excellent, fast, high quality and practically priced.Today when I was looking for an item, the person answering the phone who I could tell was frantically busy, asked me to wait a couple of minutes and checked on the product and said it was waiting for me.When I went into the store, the sales person at the self-checkout could not have been more helpful or friendly, and reminded me I had rewards points coming.I only remember this place as being more expensive and impersonal than RITE AID and this is not the case at all lately

Uncomfortable shopping experience. This location must struggle with theft because the few times I've stopped here to buy makeup or similar, like clockwork, the intercom rings "customer service" to come hover in my aisle and watch me. I'm not even behaving in a sketchy way, just picking out items from my list! It makes me super self-conscious... this location is convenient to my home but next time I'm just gonna go elsewhere.

I did an online order for head thermometer for my husband to pick up since I’ve been getting sick a lot during my pregnancy.Online, it asks who is the pickup person. I enter my husband’s name. Then it asks for my billing information (all through my maiden name which I do not use anymore). My husband treks to the store, and calls me shortly after to tell me they are refusing to give him the order because the name doesn’t match. They’re going by the billing address name, not the pickup name. I haven’t used that name in *years.* even with a picture of my ID they refuse to give it, and he warns the staff I’m very sick and they still demand I come in. There’s no way for me to cancel, I have to wait over two weeks for the order to process through for a refund.Well, I guess I have no choice then. I waddle into the pharmacy, 7 months pregnant, sneezing and coughing up a storm. Not a single employee wearing a mask. They wanted a sick customer to come in and put themselves and other customers at risk, not honoring the pickup name person. Avoid this store.Insanity.

I was helped by Fasiao, a tall lady who is ALWAYS so sweet and helpful. She seems to be dedicated to her job at CVS and genuinely enjoys working there. A pleasure to come in to her welcoming smile.

I am very disappointed with what was seen in this store. I imagine that when you offer a service it has to be good at least for a pharmacy, this bathroom should be clean but on the contrary it is very disgusting, I hope I don't have to go back to that store again because it disgusts me to imagine if the bathroom is like that , like that shouldn't be the rest? Okay, no establishment is obliged to offer a bathroom, but if it does, it should be clean.

If there was a zero star I would have press that plus the menus!!! First time visiting that store and I got some RUDE RUDE🤬🤬women!!!who's name I can't even pronounce cense she looked was from Iraq or somewhere over there! Then she wouldn't do my transaction and called this guy Alejandro who was worst than her! Applying there own rules of purchase when I know how cvs works! They did not let me purchase my transactions and they wouldn't even apologize for their bad behavior! Just a shame and lost for company as I will not shop there and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Will take my business somewhere else!!!

The pharmacy employees lack empathy, nor do they care about the customer/patient.I ordered a refill for a prescription to be delivered and they sent the wrong medication. I ordered within the app.When I called to ask them to deliver the correct medication I told them I was dizzy and nauseous and couldn’t drive to pick it up.The immediate answer was you can drive to pick it up….HELLOOOOO? Did you not hear what I just said?Then they said they had no one to deliver.Wait….WHAT? I just ordered for delivery the night before.Every single time I need to work with the pharmacy, they leave me extremely angry at the lack of competency and empathy.I’m definitely going to finally use a different pharmacy because these people are going to send me to an early grave.

The worst pharmacy ever. Always understaffed, always disorganized. I selected them because of the so called "24/7" advantage. It takes forever for them to fill a prescription and there is always something wrong when they do. Then you have to talk to the manager who is never there. 24/7 my foot. A round the clock pharmacy should have the manger on call at all times. CVS and Walgreens have corned the market and comfortably offer there most horrible service without any ramifications.

I went to this pharmacy today to fill a prescription for my boyfriend who just had surgery. The lady who helped me completely dismissed me and said that the prescription was not valid. I couldn’t understand how that could be, and they just told me to go back to the doctor that wrote it. They were not very helpful and just said that they couldn’t help me. Yet I went to a different CVS right after and they filled my prescription perfectly fine without any problems. The people in the pharmacy need to have some compassion and realize that people are there because they really need the medication. Perhaps be more helpful and do their job without attitude.

Extra large sized CVS open 24 hours. There’s plenty of free parking and a Vons next door so you can get all your shopping done in one stop.The pharmacy is supposed to be open 24 hours but I’ve come in the middle of the night a couple times and the pharmacy was closed. The pharmacist was on a break so we had to wait a bit but we were eventually served.Large make up section and a great selection of products.There is usually only one checker open so it’s faster to use the self check out—otherwise you have to wait in line for a long time.Typical 6 ft long CVS receipts, as expected.

The pharmacists aren't pleasant. I miss Rite Aid but my current RX provider gets me lower costs at CVS. Also, I tried the CVS pharmacy a mile away and although they were a bit more pleasant, they seemed really understaffed and didn't even answer the phone. Both are busy all the time.

It's the policy of CVS to lock trivial items, requiring the staff to come unlock and just stand there awkwardly watching you to make sure you don't steal a toothpaste while you're checking them out. LOL Congrats on finding the most idiotic solution to theft.

I was there on Christmas Eve at midnight with a case of emergency for my wife she had a heart problem and her blood pressure was 200/150 and I was supposed to get the medication ASAP I went to the pharmacy technician and he acted really cool and he was playing with his computer and he said stay here for 30 minutes till he finish with something and then come back and take care of me!!! and no one was there in the pharmacy and the Way that animal trained to take care of Customers and patients it’s really shocking specially with emergency case!! Congratulations to CVS management for train such an animal staff

The worst store ever. It's not the fault of the staff it is the corporate CVS that sucks. If you don't have the staff to run a 24 hour store, you don't have to have one. Every simple visit takes half an hour because nothing is staffed including self check machines.

The Manager (woman) was sooooo RUDE with me she is rude to her employees infront of us and she move fast thinking that everyone has to do like her . She told me that You work now bcoz of me .like she's the reason of my delivery there to the CVS . And that I don't wanna work bcoz I asked her for help . She want me to take 50 pound bag to the 1st floor using the stairs . And she kept asking for my name to report me . Thats all she know reporting pple while they're doing their JOB. I really wanna sue her for the way she was screaming at me knowing that I don't work there . . VERY IMPOLITE NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS . VERY RUDE .

If someone ask you that “can you find some item? I couldn’t find it”then Great answer is “Ok. I’ll call someone who can help with that for you”, not “I can’t leave the counter. there was two cashier, No line. you tell me like that but you gonna go to restroom if you need to pee, aren’t you?

This store is almost always out of stock of their merchandise. There is a lady working the self check out line who is very rude and aggressive and her poor English makes it difficult to want to communicate with her all the move. The rest of the employees aren’t that helpful or friendly either. It’s clear this CVS location doesn’t value their customers not take their profession serious.
