01/09/2024 @ 4:09pm I picked up some medication in the pharmacy, which went well as usual, then shopped for a few other things, and proceeded to the counter. Follow through with my transaction, and then said, thank you. It was bad enough that the clerk never said hello, and even worse when she didn’t acknowledge, my thank you. I don’t know what’s wrong with folks nowadays that work in customer service positions. These are service oriented jobs, so if they don’t like people for whatever reason, they need to do some other type of work where they don’t come in contact with the public. 🤷🏽♀️

I just got off the phone with the pharmacy, it was weirdly unpleasant. I called to ask if they had a prescription in stock—a female pharmacist with a lowish voice said no like it was a question (not kidding—borderline high school bully tone) and hung up as I was in the middle of a question. I get that it’s hard, it seems like a frustrating job. But you have to have SOME level of basic decency toward your patients and other people in general. I think some pharmacists forget that they’re dealing with really, really important materials and medicine here, it’s not like any of us have a choice either. 0/10.

Forget about talking to anyone on the phone... after the call bot couldn't handle a new prescription as opposed to a refill, I waited on hold for 20 minutes two separate times and they just hung up

The staff are really nice and accommodating, they are severely understaffed tho. They’re running all the time. Will be nice to hire some more people for the pharmacy.

They don’t fill rx when backordered meds arrive. You need to call again to make them fill it even though they say they will fill it when it gets in. Waited 8 weeks for pain meds. When I asked about it the pharmacist said there is no process what so ever and they fill what they can. Meaning you have to harass them every day to get your meds filled regardless of what they say ( it’s best to call back everyday because they have different staff) And why bother having two registers when you have 10 people in line to pick up meds. Nothing makes sense in this pharmacy.

Someone stated in a review that it's as big as a Costco..Not close. This is a very small CVS. There is a much larger one further up Sepulveda.Small store, small staff. Often there is a fair amount of waiting (Pharmacy & front counter). Staff is generally courteous and helpful. Does not have large inventory.

Pharmacy registers have been down for three days so they can’t give you your prescriptions, but they still sent out automated messages saying your prescription is ready for pick up. If they are preparing prescriptions and sending texts, but unable to actually give customers their prescriptions, they should just warn customers ahead of time if their registers are down so other arrangements can be made (like having to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy). Not the staff’s fault that the registers are down, but they could at least warn customers in advance.

They have volunteer cart return enforcers that serve here. Very well kept parking lot! Well, at least after the Fat A-Hole left.

Abraham was super helpful with my photo order! The parking lot is a nightmare (Trader Joe’s and cvs in the same lot lol yikes) but I would come back here just for the awesome customer service! CVS-you are lucky to have him!

PLEASE HIRE MORE PHARMACY STAFF. You all know how busy this pharmacy gets. I do NOT understand why there’s usually only TWO workers at the same time. But if you go to the CVS down the street they have like a dozen. It seems like they don’t really care much for their staff because honestly I’ve been on hold for over an hour collectively. My call has been dropped twice and when I was finally being helped by someone, she was so apologetic saying she’s alone right now because the other person is on lunch and she obviously needs to accommodate the customers who are there.PLEASE. HIRE. MORE. OR. SCHEDULE. YOUR. STAFF. APPROPRIATELY.This is incompetent scheduling and unacceptable.

So first and foremost I want to say Darius is awesome, and just a really friendly cool dude. However after today I will no longer be coming here. My first issue is they never let me know my prescription wasn’t approved until I called and was absolutely out of medicine. The second comes with the lady named Catrina. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day, but I just got bad vibes and attitude from her. Keeping the review at 3 stars cause of Darius.

The pharmacists are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and working as fast as they can. They are terribly under staffed. CVS management please help these amazing pharmacists by getting them another team member! The lines are quite long.

I love the way the pharmacy fills my prescriptions quickly. and they also have great customer service. They send me informative videos about the meds I’m taking, which is another plus.

Been waiting 45 minutes for the pharmacist to return from lunch. The entire operation shuts down while he’s gone, apparently.UPDATE: After waiting a full hour, they didn’t have the items the automated system assured me were ready two hours ago.

A new comment regarding the Shampoo I was searching for I went CVS to buy some vitamins and I checked the Shampoo I was looking for and there it was ! Pharmacy is slow and horrible! They never have your prescription ready and the workers are incompetent and useless. Wait time is usually 15-20 mins for them to tell you that they don't have your prescription because they can't do their job right.

I went in today to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy tech, while I watched from the line, kept sniffling and then pinching the end of her nose with her thumb and forefinger, then sliding them off her nose and rubbing them together. Then she would pick up a patient's prescription bag, fold it, and then slide that same thumb & forefinger along the fold. I told one of the pharmacists, who went over to another pharmacist, whispered to her, and pointed at me. The first pharmacist then whispered to the pharmacy tech, who then proceeded to grab bunches of bags of prescriptions and sort them. Apparently she wasn't even told to wash her hands, because she didn't. Next she asked me if I had been helped, so I told her what I had seen her do. Then I said I didn't want her touching my prescription so she said, "Uh, ok." So I told her, "You need to go wash your hands!" to which she replied, "Uh, ok" and did it.

The pharmacy its unreal the personnel so unprofessional asking dumb questions "If I need the medecine" because they promised to have it for Monday and she say first we don't have it, after a while miraculous they did have it. This was the Hyndu lady. They need new and professional personnel.

I will never go this store again and I would urge you to do the same. Every day they have a Mexican in a big blower truck that just comes and covers the cars in dirt even though there is not one bit of trash in the parking lot.

The cashier was awesome but the manager Javier was awful towards me when I asked for assistance in the liquor department also had a dirty polo shirt just unpesentable claim they didn't have what i wanted....so I asked another sales rep they went right in the back got what i needed this place need to work on they customer service....

The Pharmacy never answers the phone and and are always out of certain medicaton I get every month. Two Head Pharmacists are very rude.
