The store itself is great, clean, well kept. Associates were respectful and all, however,… the Pharmacy and its pharmacist really leave much to be desired, to say the very least.

Long lines, customer service needs alot of work. Waited at the liquor aisle for 20min no one came to assist. Now I'm aware that they are short staffed but my goodness they were no sense of urgency to assist when they can. One employee assist a customer even after I told her I been waiting for 20 min. I will not be going there anymore!! Absolutely disrespectful to their customers .

My mom & I came today at noon & Manuel was the amazing cashier that helped us so quick and efficiently. With a long line of people, he moved so fast to help everyone as speedy as possible. You can really tell that he appreciates his job because of how helpful and kind he was with everyone.He taught my mom how to use the money gram machine and he taught me that the tops of receipts have cashiers names so I can leave places reviews with their names. Thank you for your help!!

If I knew the names of some of the staff that work here I will write their names. Out of all the staff that works here only 2 of them are really nice. .that pharmacy needs to Get their act together .one day someone will make them learn how to treat customers with respect .I seen it happen back in 1990 in that store ..to many robberies tho ..

You have time to spare? Well this store really makes you waste your time. I know its located in Watts and I understand why 70% of the items are under lock but literally 90% of the makeup brands are gone! There was a line of 8 people including myself and only one register was open. All the employees were just walking around and seeing how big the line was getting and they just thought it was funny. I worked in customer service for years and the service at this location is unacceptable.

Bad service, just whent to this CVS, there was a lady asking for help to print some pictures, nobody helped her , one of the cashier told her she needs to see the screen, everything was in English, lady couldn't read English and didn't know how to change the language. I was able to help the lady. Struggle a little bit but was able to help the lady. My wife ask to talked to the manager about incident , he was in lunch and my wife told the assistant manager about the incident, the only thing he said that why are we telling him, we needed to tell the cashier she was not doing her job. Well it seem that he was the one not doing his job. Since when the customers need to tell the employees how to help people when they need help.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered a photo and three days later I did not have it. He told me to come back in two hours and I did and then to come back the next day and they kept me like that for three days and they never told me my photos and a man who was there he was very rude and did not tell me what was going on because they could not give me my photos I do not recommend this place

The employee's are AMAZING and the security is AMAZING!! I must give them all huge credit!! There are so many bad evil ppl around the area that steal! That im sure are the ones giving the bad service ratings, god is aware of your deeds and may your deeds be returned to you! Yes!! As the psalmist David would say. Shame on all you thieves! God bless all the staff and security! especially the morning guard may he bless and cover you all! And may peace be multiplied on you all in Jesus name. Great store! Great service!

I love coming here the lady's in the pharmacy are so welcoming. I always find what I need. The employees are always ready to help you. They do have long lines but the employees start opening lines and it doesn't take long to get helped. I love cvs I will continue to come here. I have other choices but this one is the one for me. ❤🖒

The pharmacy gave my 70 year old father havic told him that two certain kinds of his medications were out of stock and to come back on Monday and we came on a Friday and one of the meds were his high blood pressure medicine and when we came back on Monday the pharmacist charged my dad 11.00 dollars for a prescription for an over the counter medicine because the pharmacy went and got it from the store and just put a label on it with his name and charged him the fee for the medicine man they are in the wrong and I am contacting his insurance agent and CVS pharmacy is in trouble I don't know who they think they are messing with the wrong daughter

HORRIBLE experience here!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!!! I just moved to LA and this was the closest pharmacy to me. I went in with my wife's prescription cause she is disabled. I presented her insurance,prescription and both mine/ her ID (mine had our new address which is why I gave him both) he refused to even check if they had the medicine in stock or look her up as a patient. He then told me we just go to our old pharmacy which doesn't have it in stock and is very far away from us. His only reason was we didn't live near by which we do! I have changed my address on my ID which is why I showed both plus we have the same last name so I dont get how he wouldn't just fill the prescription. I then told my wife to come. As soon as she went to the counter started yelling at her. I started recording him cause it was such an invalid reason. He wanted to contact security cause he did not want to be filmed rejecting a patient for no reason. He would not repeat why he rejected the prescription cause he knew there was NO valid reasoning for it!!!

I went to CVS 4 days ago to pick up my prescriptions I had called in last week. When I noticed my Xanax was missing I inquired. After checking I was told to wait a few minutes and they would call my name. When that never happened I asked was my prescription ready and was told the pharmacist refused to refill it. I asked to speak to him and he finally came to the counter and told me he wasn’t going to refill it because I pick up other medications from Costco. I tried to explain to him I have always refilled my Xanax right here and have never filled it on a monthly basis but since my 11year old grandson died recently I can’t sleep and needed to refill my prescription. He was RUDE and treated me like I was a drug addict or dealer. I was completely embarrassed and told him he has no right to refuse my request and had no right to speak to me in this manner. I called Cedars-Sinai and informed my doctor of this situation. They told me they were calling CVS right away to approve my prescription. I forgot to say he first lied and said my Medicare insurance wouldn’t cover it. I am a 66-year old well respected member of my community and refuse to be humiliated like this. I didn’t wait because my blood pressure had dropped very low and I didn’t feel comfortable getting I’ll at this pharmacy. No one deserves to be berated and embarrassed by a anyone especially a “so-called” head pharmacist.

I would give them 0 stars if I could because they never have enough items people need in stock and a waste of time to go to. A lot of the managers here are rude to their customers and they need to work on keeping the store cleaner and neat. Don’t bother coming to this store.

Everything is locked up. It’s so annoying. I don’t want to talk to anyone. I just want to get the products I need and leave. Pharmacy is so slow that I went to Burger King next door to get a burger and I finished it by the time my brother got to the counter

I came into the store today when it was my turn to pay the cashier had a rude attitude towards me racism attitudeShe asked if I had a phone number I said yes I was waiting for the option to pop up and I said excuse me it didn’t pop up and she answer me with a rude attitude be patient I said I am patient and I tried to give her the money and she didn’t reach to her it so I left it in the counter top she rolls her eyes and says you want a recipe I said yes and she gives it to me this cashier clearly was having racism problems if she doesn’t want to be at work or had a bad day she shouldn’t take out on customers is not professional her name is “KAJADA” I strongly recommend the manager takes action on this

I hate this store. Bad service, and they seem to stereotype customers rather than to get to know their customers. I get questioned which cvs I work at over and over again. I get questioned about a $3-4 refund, or I need an I.d to prove I'm using my employee discount. While other people walk out the store with stuff while they interrogate me. I have to go here due to my grandmagrandma's meds. Otherwise I'd drive the 10 miles to another store. This place sucks. Cashiers are no it alls and make faces.

The worst ever pharmacy, keep saying fax has not been received but was sent multiple times with confirmation. When trying to speak with a pharmacist she hanged up the phone. This is madness with a very unethical nature.
