There is so many cheap & expensive products selling at Costco Wholesale at Pacoima. Self-checkout is easy access. I really enjoy tasting samples like as same as customer do. Easy parking lot; lots of empty space near Lowe’s. Occasionally I visit there once a while during weekends Saturday & Sunday. Not weekdays. As busy as it gets. The food court is located inside the store. Most enjoyable as well.

I am disappointed at the fact that Costco has not taken any measures to ensure that their employees do not get hurt while pulling and pushing carts all day. Given that it is a huge corp. people coming in and out of Costco and needing a cart asap one may think they would at the minimum provide them with an electric cart pusher. (I just feel bad because it’s tough labor)

I came here with my mom. She forgot her membership card at home. The woman at the entrance directed us to membership services. There wasn't a problem at all getting a temporary membership. It only took about 5 minutes. But, the really nice thing is the woman at the entrance already had a cart waiting for us when we came around to enter the store. The shopping trip itself was ordinary. However, the overall experience was positive.

I used to love going to Costco my whole family and friends have member ships but it was really hot outside one day and I decided not to leave my dog in the car. When I went inside two guys sent me out and told me to but my little dog back in the hot car and they don’t care about the heat. I don’t usually take my dog to Costco anyways but I had just picked him up and I was on my way home. My dog acts better than most kids and he’s a esa dog with certifications. They did not care. It was about 80 something degrees and the temperature in my car was a lot warmer.

Nice place.Parking is a drama besides that all goodAlso, if u can get the executive member card, it will be nice becauseThey give u a check back at the end of the year.And u can use to pay the membership.Also, if u are new in costcoget ur bags ready. Because they don't give bags (some boxes for ur staff only.)Keep in mind that it is better for ur market of the month,U can go and try to get some items only for the week, but it's difficult with all the promotions and items they have.

Today, April 24, 2024, at 11:24 am I received the most traumatic, rude customer service by Lani P. She was my cashier & was just very bitter & rude to me throughout my whole transactions. First, she had an attitude with me when I told her I needed to make 2 transactions, one resale & one for an ebt purchase. She was very mad about filing out the resale form. Once that transaction was done, she proceeded with the ebt transaction, mind you still very rude & had a stank face through it all. Once done scanning, she then asked to see the ebt card (this has never happened to me before) & said I wouldn't' be able to use it because its not under my name. Mind you, its my daughters who is also on this membership & was in the RESTROOM .She then said, "are you gonna be able to afford to pay for all this without ebt or should i void?' She said it in such a degrading condescending way. i was SHOCKED! i then told her no its fine, I can afford my $260 worth of groceries. Paid for my groceries & left devastated. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Avoid cashier LANI P. at all cost, such a rude bitter individual.

The mere fact that I have been a member practically since the beginning. Seeing how Costco has developed into a MUST DO WEEKLY! A place to be excited for what's new to try & even run into someone from your life in every category!

I did it to myself. I went and renewed my Costco Membership, and I'm addicted. I go in there for one thing, and leave with $300/$400 worth of merchandise. I just can't help it costsco. Always has those unique finds and great bulk items that you need for the family.As far as location, all locations are going to be busy and hectic. I like to go in the early afternoon on a weekday.One day I thought I could get there early before the store opened, and there was a line just to get in the store.But, Hey, it's worth it. Make sure you have your costco card ready to go.

At 3:25 pm I approached the food court. There was an older lady working the window on the left. I asked if they had cupholders and she responds in the rudest way "we aren't a Starbucks, the cups you're getting are already free". A simple no would suffice. But she acted as if she was paying with her own money to hold the food court together! 🙄 worst customer service experience. 👎👎👎👎

Allow me to share a story about the outstanding employee at Paxton st, Pacoima Costco, Veronica. Yesterday, as I was struggling to locate a couple of items, I crossed paths with Veronica on my way to checkout. She promptly paused her tasks to guide me to the correct aisle and went the extra mile by consulting supervisors about the other item, which unfortunately turned out to be discontinued.Indeed, Costco should be very proud to have dedicated employees like Veronica on their team.

Costco is a great store. However, this one has Hispanic staff and they are primarily incompetent. They'll often times try to sell additional unnecessary membership or run membership checks twice solely for the purpose of seeking career promotions to impress their managers. They'll also take away your membership card at checkout if you overuse it and then they make you go to the front desk to get it back.

Bought ice cream and waited. I noticed a few others getting their ice cream and so I asked if mine was ready. The cashier responded that the machine wasn’t ready even though I told her that others had already got theirs. I questioned her and she called her direct manager over. He scolded us and asked why we were treating his employee in that way even tho he didn’t know the entire story or asked my side. Other customers were witness as to how I was being treated. If management reads this please contact me and I’ll give you the dates / times and receipt. I am disappointed that you put do not train your employees and instead get upset at a customer. I went to speak to someone else and told them what happened. They apologized and said that they already had complaints from the same cashier. Never again…..

What is there to say about Costco? Always nice and clean. Great prices. Rotisserie chicken for $4.99. It seems like I usually find something new to try.

Generally a good experience but they need more full time checkers. Waiting time to check out can be 20 to 30 minutes just because half the stands are closed. It's one thing if an unexpected rush happens, but this is normal at this location.

This is a huge location that's always busy. The lines for gas are long so get there earlier in the day and be prepared to wait. Crowded parking lot but there are multiple entrances. The food court is inside. Go to the self-service kiosk first, place and pay for your order. Take the ticket and stand in line. Give the ticket to the staff at the window to pick up your order.

2 boxes of croissants left, 0 tastey comely samples in entire store, not even the bad ones. Death queue for rotisserie chicken, pizza slice order delayed infinitely, stuck reading the message "wait for cashier" a cashier that could not come 😞. Costco was cheesed to meet me today.

I was able to find everything I needed at this Costco location. I came here on Friday morning right when they open so there was a lot if parking spots available and not that much people in the store. Just like any other costco, the aisles are not label so you'll have to walk around to find what you want if you're not familiar with the area. I found my chicken nuggets, cereal and toilet paper. They didn't have my talipia so I think there a shortage since I couldn't find that at the Van Nuys costco either. The checkout process was fast, I was able to just walk up to a cashier and they scanned my items.

Good Costco location with easy freeway access. Like all Costcos it is pretty busy. I tend to avoid it on the weekend so weekday mornings is best time to go to avoid crowds. The gas station is usually busy unless it’s long before/after the main store is closed. It’s always a fun shopping “adventure” there and the kids like going as well

I really like this Costco. They have great deals on everything, especially dry dog food, the Kirkland brand dry dog food is high up there in ratings for ingredients - . I was getting overwhelmed by how expensive dog food had become and alot of it is not a significant amount of protein, some brands get one star ! I also like how fast the check out line is at this Pacoima store.

I live in Santa Clarita, and I drive to this location simply because the staff is SO much nicer than the club closer by, it's bigger, better and THE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT IS AMAZING!! Thank you guys!

Not a shareholder or employee, did you know that most if not all of the profits that Costco makes every year is really only based on their memberships. Most of the time they have little or no margin between their regularly priced (a bit over cost) and their sale priced (a bit under cost) and the warehouse overhead. If you take a look at the yearly numbers, profits versus sales where it is broken down, the profit amounts are alway super close to the membership fee amounts. I do love this company.

L.o.v.e. costco but if they did not honor price matching it would make me unbearably unhappy. 1 day item is 39.99 had to come back for return....could not resist a walk around.....whoa! Same item 27.99. Got my difference and I bought it again. What's wrong with me? I know.....its time for an eye exam and contacts!

The gas line was short when I got there and moved pretty fast, as did the returns line. I was able to get in and out of the store in under 30 minutes.

Nice store, but in a high crime area, as there are a lot of low lifes that congregate this area.
