I went to choice market the other day to get some oxtails I seasoned them. Put them in the oven covered them with foil. And they never did cook. I don't know what that meat was I bought but I was very disappointed Whatever it was it wasn't oxtails

Your typical neighborhood market formerly known as Hum's Market now Choice Market with a meat counter so you have your choice from ground beef, oxtails, bacon, chicken, turkey wings and etc. Many of the shoppers are local lottery players or neighbors that don't have easy access to a supermarket because Food 4 less is about a mile away. It's fast and convenient but expect to pay a convenience fee on certain grocery items. Service is ok and they can be friendly once they get to know you. Many people like myself come here to purchase lottery tickets. They are open every holiday but if it's slow they will close early. Don't forget just like any store to check the labels and expiration dates. FYI, They do NOT sell alcohol, beer, wine or spirits. Powerball winner sold here!

I brought a meat package here all the meat was frozen and bags. So you unable to tell what's what. Now I gets home throwing out meat it's spoiled. All of it . Had slim, and smelled very bad bad.i taken box back to business to tell him the meat was spoiled. He then try to argument me tell me it wasn't. I asked for refund. He gotten upsetThen telling me don't come here no more. With attitude. I had no plans on evereerrrr. For what to buy more expired food? Now he refund me. With continued to say don't ever come back here ever again don't want you here ever your business here.

Please check your bag because I bought$30 if turkey wings when I got home my winds were not in my bag so when I called them I was informed it was not they're problem and hung up in my face. I have been a customer for many years. They just lost me.!!!!

Rude workers, the meat worker was pleasant. But the cashier's try to cheat you make sure you count your change and know prices before you pay. Only friendly to people that call them mama . Not a good choice to shop. Prices too high. Will not patronize this establishment any more.

My first time going to Choice I won $100 on a scratcher, I have won $1000 also! I love the lotto energy, and I know I will win my million dollars there! The meat is always fresh and the prices are good! I love all the women that work there they are sooo nice!!!!

I have been going to Choice Market when it was on 54th st first! Then he moved on 51& western for 30 some yrs! The Meats are fresh all the time& the Cuts looks great ! Hope they Continue to serve us? I come from Silver Lake To Shop at Choice Market! Friendly People!

It's a good little market, during the holidays they had the best cleaned chitlins then the bigger supermarkets at a decent price. the hog maws were good at a decent price. I just went in there for some turkey tails and they were also fresh and had a decent price

Signs outside misleads hard to read prices. Very tight quarters. Meats counter looked very fresh. Service, all seem uptight.

Quality meat for ok prices but everything else is a little over priced. Like the seasonings. I love the bacon n the small chicken wings

I love this place when it comes to buying lottery tickets... Everything in this store is over priced.. How they gonna charge 17.99 for a damn bottle of medicine that cost 7.99 or 8.99 at walgreens... Come on now
