I come here all the time for my pit bull/boxer’s food and treats. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though you can bring your dogs inside, I have yet to.There are Centinela parking spots out front so you don’t have to battle customers at Ralph’s.Plenty of wholesome good finds here. This pet store prides themselves on quality, so you can trust that everything here is top notch a-okay for your pet.They have a decent variety of leashes, and excellent prices on their flea medicines.Sign up for their rewards program if you live nearby because they send you amazing coupons in the mail.If you need vaccinations for your dogs/cats, this is a great place to sign up.

I love Centinela. My boyfriend and I rescued a newborn kitten, and they were so helpful in providing resources to us. They assisted us with recommendations for bottle feeding, weaning her off the bottle, and even with her vaccines. She is a big girl now, bur we are so grateful for their support

This is a moderate to large sized Centinela Feed store, which is well stocked with a wide variety of pet food and pet supplies. I like that the aisles are wide and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It shares a parking lot with Ralph's and a bowling alley, and while the street side lot is small for 3 businesses, I've never had a problem getting a spot. There is also a large, 2-story lot behind the businesses. Convenient location.

Horrible service. I rarely go here.Was not greeted. I Asked if I could take the cart out. Said yes. Did not ask if I needed help loading. (I’m perfectly capable). I guess I’m just use to good service. Then he says yes. But can you bring the cart back in. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great Store for your pet supplies. Very nice staff and management. And, excellence w/keeping Covid-19 away. They've had zero infected staff and customers since the pandemic started! Kudos, Centinela Feed Store on Lincoln. Keep up the great work 😃

Need new management! Manager Yvette is super rude. She only hires who looks good for the company not what they can bring to the table. She is not professional! You can tell and she shows favoritism to certain people at the store. New employees don’t get any acknowledgment! Getting very racial vibes hiring only one African American there and the few times I’ve been there she’s always the only one in the from ripping and running trying to get everyone what’s needed. Only a matter of time before she’s gone. Yvette need to be replaced and removed immediately and I will be at that store every single day until it’s done.Bring Back Phelon ! Bring Back Phelon! They are sooooo accommodating it’s unbelievable. I’ve never been let into a Petco, for example, when there’s a few minutes left until closing time. But, not a single location of Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies I’ve ever been to hasn’t let me in when it’s either close to closing or even past the hour! Their management must be excellent for building such a great team of people working for them!!!

Good selection of cat food & most items are in stock. Very conveniently located. Prices are a tad higher than my favorite pet food store, however, they do price- matching if you bring in your receipt. They always carry a supply of fresh, cat grass, which I appreciate, as I don't have the patience to grow my own from seeds.

Great store. They do have harder to find brands and good quality of products offered. My only con is they don't carry all brands or will stop carrying certain brands. Wish they had more frequent sales on cat items. Overall, it's a great store with a nice and knowledgeable staff.

I decided to visit this store today after finding out they started carrying rabbit bedding and supplies through their website. The lady cashier was very welcoming and asked me if I needed any assistance. The only downside to this store is the limited variety of rabbit supplies! I was still able to purchase everything I needed, just at higher price among the rest of the competition. A few extra dollars didn't hurt since the customer service was excellent!

The workers here are very nice. That alone makes me shop at this location. I love the fact that they offer good quality dog food and not mainstream brands. A lot grain free ones. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it gets very expensive I know pets are expensive like kids but it's hard to get them the best food out there on a budget for me.I guess it's my issue only but when they have sales I jump on it . They helped me pick out 2 bags of dog food that came out to about 75 bucks and my dogs seem to enjoy it.If you can afford to buy better dog food I recommend treating your dog to some quality food from this place.

Love the knowledge from the staff and I never have to ask for help. I'm sure there is a small percentage of customers who feel harrassed, but I believe the staff only wants to help you with your needs. It's hard to find retail stores willing to search you out for assistance.
