VERY BAD!!!!! These animals are sick and incredibly abused, went in to see sick dying macaws house together in tiny cages stacked on top of cages of more big parrots, dozens of dwarf hamsters housed together eating each other's dead bodies, nursing injured fancy rats pulled away from their literally new born babies to be sold and left babies to die, different species parrots that can kill each other housed together, 50+ lizards put in one tiny tank, dirt, stuff stacked on top of amimal cages, it's DISGUSTING!!!!! This place makes petsmart look like a 5 star hotel. I really hope they get shut down because I genuinely cannot believe the state of the animals in this place. I'm never going to be able to unsee hamsters and rats eating each other in their tanks. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Im so happy i finally got a white dove!Where im from i couldnt find ANY white doves. I wanted one so my male could have a mate. Called and the woman was very nice. I should have asked how old the bird was, oh well. Shes easy to grab and docile. Im sure ill easily warm up to her. Ill update once i know she is actually female or when she pairs with my boy✴Update: Alright been 3 months, 2nd month she started to coo and now a lot of laughing. So shes young, less than a year of age but still not sure if boy or girl. My other dove who is a male never accepted her but could be bc he is grumpy lol. So 4 starts instead of 5 atm, ill put back at 5 if female.✴Update: FEMALE! Its been another 3 months and she layed her first egg :)))

Too small place for animals. It is sadly place to sell animals. They sad!!!! Not fresh air. Some animals do not have clean water and fresh food. Not clean area. Inside is too dark. Too many birds in small space.

Very disappointed, I reside near Pasadena, I called pet store and asked if they carry medium size rat for my snake, the lady said yes, I asked again, considering I mentioned to her I am coming from city of Pasadena. I did not want to take the drive if they did not have medium size rats. She with confidence said "yes". I drove to pet store and no medium size rats!!!!Very disappointed!!

The conditions in the shop are genuinely horrifying, severely abusive, and extremely negligent. About 20 male and female rats housed together, giving birth, then being sold separately from their babies. Different species of birds being housed together in tiny cages. 15 or so Guinea pigs housed in an extremely small tank. Words cannot express how absolutely disgusting and heart-wrenching the conditions of this pet shop are. It honestly has to be some kind of animal trade, and I doubt they get these animals legally.

Since this pet shop is close to home I wanted to check it out to buy bird food and other supplies. Walking in the lady working there rudely asked us what we needed and stood there staring. Also, the birds look sick and in cramped conditions and the whole place is dirty in general.

Giving 5 stars because its so small yet has so much variety in good quantity's of animals like small birds,chickens,turtles,baby tortuosies,betta fish, koi fish,hamsters,chinchillas,guinea pigs,crickets exotic birds,reptiles and pigeons. For example if you want hamsters they have so many to choose from the same with many of their animals. I just thought the shop had good amount of each specie. A problem is that the store is Always dirty and it's crammed because it's a small store they pack lots of animals in it. The animals once in the cage or box or tank they don't know where they are it's us humans that see everything so crammed. The place could use a daily cleanup and air conditioner at least in the summer. The owners are the husband and wife currently 6/30/22 sometimes they are in a good mood and sometimes thier not, and they do all the work personally. I think they do a really good job with the small space they have. Animals eating thier children is normal animals do that sometimes, I have seen it in many petshops. I don't know where these people get their animals but I have noticed when they bring new birds and they are already mistreated or sad , others are very smart , there's an African grey there that always lets you touch his head. And I think this would be a really good pet shop if it was more spacious, maybe if they bought the space next door and put it together?

I go regularly this pet shop because it’s the closest. Problem is the wife is very nice, but the husband is very rude every time. With 30 mins before closing, I asked if they were still open and he said no and slam the door in my face. Funny thing is, the last time before that, I noticed the parrot cage was wide open and I closed it and I told him and he was very appreciative about that. And that’s how they treats their customers. Will never come back

This place is just horrible, the birds and other animals are treated very poorly. I went here this afternoon and found that a lot of the birds are sick: irritated eyes, breathing with beak open, unhealthy feathers, and much worse. The birds needed some medical attention quick. not to mention they're are kept in extremely cramped and dirty cages, it's just so depressing to look at. When we asked the lady if she knew that these animals are suffering, she just simply said that they eventually get used to it which i call bullcrap. Please don't shop at this place

I really want to like this place because it's a close walking distance. BUT..... PLEASE, I would like to see this place be cleaner. I walk in and get greated by beautiful birds, but unfortunately dirty cages. Some look very sad. Same with other animals. Owner is very nice, never had a problem with her.

Do not purchase pets here and the owner needs to be held accountable. These animals are living in terrible cramped and dirty conditions. Male and female rats housed together, multiple large birds in one small cage, trash and dirt everywhere, a bottle of bleach above the guinea pigs! These animals need help

I've been coming here for years since it's the closet pet shop near me. The staff is friendly (especially the young lady) and they don't mind curious customers checking out the pets. I've bought everything I need from them for my pet snake from Terrariums to basic stuff like tank bedding.One real major concern that has cut my trips to this store down recently is the quality of their feeder mice. Years ago the mice were clean and healthy but in the last two years I've noticed some of the mice have sores or bruises on their body. That being said I get feeder mice elseware but other than that the shop is great.

It's alright but some of the birds are sick and really need to be treated and need attention, it's also dirty, theirs ant crawling on the cages.. Other than then that is alright and the lady was nice!

The main older lady that is always there is really rude. She never wants to give a prices over the phone not even to say how much a leash is. She makes you go in person. This is really unprofessional because not everyone has transportation to go just any time. She is not helpful at all.

I went here and all of their animals are in Terrible conditions and are all extremely scared of humans I feel so bad for all of their animals. They crammed 30 rats in one cage and 10 big iguanas in another. I hope this place gets shut down. I feel so bad for all of the animals there 😭😭. This place is straight up abuse for those animals.

Rude owner. Had a few snakes one that looked specifically interesting but was mostly buried. I asked to see it and he refused to take it out unless I was going to buy it. When I explained I wanted to see it first to see if I wanted to buy it he just said no.

Nice place to get birds. They have a good amount of basic supplies. They have have reptiles but they need room for their animals & products. I felt too cramped.

Dirty filthy with mold inside tanks of reptiles☣ . not the right bulbs for reptiles . Reptiles not treated properly . water feeder with slime inside reptiles tank ☣not clean at all Reptiles with patches and insects Lots of fruit flies all over pet store Definitely needs to be reported and stopped and rescued as soon as possible 😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭

This store not realy all that great its sad.They don't know how to tend to there animals needs and please don't ever take any information given to you by them its old and outdated and can cause harm to your animal. They told my perants that guine pig could not eat lettus witch I call bullshit please don't buy the cages they are trying to sell you there bad and cramped and are not for them please always make shure you have room for a pet before you buy it.
