Super disappointed in the service here.I specifically requested that they don’t touch my dogs nose and face and the groomer cut it anyways. He looks completely different and I’m sad this happened right before the holidays. The front desk person acknowledged that the groomer disregarded the notes but the groomer was extremely rude when I talked to him. Finally spoke with the owner and explained what happened and he made light of the situation saying, “I’m sure if your dog could talk he’d say he likes his hair” and laughed it off.I had a bad experience the last time and wanted to give them a second chance but the way they handled this was super disappointing. It’s cheaper than Petco but you get what you pay for.

Such a positive experience from start to finish! I met Ari, who used to work for Andy's pet grooming, but just started his own store. I was so embarrassed because my dogs were both so dirty and tangled, but he was so nonjudgmental and sweet. Both boys came out super clean, sweet smelling and handsome. The price was incredibly reasonable and they even looked happy, which is highly unusual because they typically hate to be groomed. I'm really bewildered by the negative review because it's a really cute store and they couldn't have been nicer--even gave the fuzzies a bandanna and a treat at the end. Very happy because I have been looking for a new groomer for a while. I have included some before and after pictures to show the extreme makeover!

This place is the closest to my house. The prices have gone up though . But not by much . A hair cut used to cost 45. Now it's 50. Nails are 15 . I miss the packages they used to offer as it saved money by bundling haircuts at a good price . Wish they would bring these back.

I love the service n my dog is very happy when I pick him up. I love the way they treat my 🐕 child . Happy puppy there inexpensive n I would highly recommend them .

Absolutely terrible service. I dropped my dog off for a grooming/haircut appt at 1:00pm. He has a bandage on his leg so I brought him in with it wrapped in a plastic bag/sealed off so it wouldn't get wet during the bath -- front desk employee had no concerns so I then provided instructions for the haircut and left. I received a call at 4:30pm (3.5 hours later) informing me my dog was finished only for me to show up and see my dog wasn't even given a haircut because the groomer was "unable" to cut my dog's hair because of a bandage on one leg??? On top of this, they didn't even bother to get the matts behind his ears brushed out. I paid $30 for a bath that I could've given to my dog myself. Will never be coming back here again and do not recommend to anyone else.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! I don’t know why I have never considered going here, but I’ll definitely be back for future service. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, and the building itself is really clean and well kept. The prices are reasonable, and the grooming is what is most important, and it is really great! I have short haired chihuahua, so he didn’t exactly get groomed, but for $25 he was given a bath, his nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and his anal glands checked. He came out looking cleaner than I have ever seen him. They even gave him a little bandanna! If you’re looking for a high quality pet salon, look no further than Ari’s Pet Grooming!

They did such a great job for my dogs! I came here for the first time and they were fairly priced and my dogs came out looking amazing! I'm so happy to have come here and I highly recommend it. The owner is so sweet and gave my two dogs treats! Love it.

I took my newly adopted pup from the pound on the recommendation of a neighbor there this morning and Ari handled him with such care and compassion. Immediately I felt at ease. I had zero hesitation to leave him there to be taken care of. As a result of this experience he will become my permanent dog groomer. A job well done!

First time going to this salon and I am extremely satisfied. We took our Siberian Husky for a bath and deshedding of his undercoat. Huskies are known for their thick and heavy coats; nonetheless, they did a great job in getting all of that hair out. Our dog came out happy and he looks very handsome. We will be going back!-The staff is also very friendly and the price is reasonable-

Been here numerous times. We've had our dog washed, nails done, teeth clean, the whole shabang! I whole heartedly recommend Ari's. The staff is super nice and Ari gives you an amazing service himself. Not to mention the prices are incredibly reasonable and better than the big retailers. If we need any dog Grooming needs, we go here. So, I HIGHLY recommend!

We always go to Ari’s to get our fur baby looking great! They always do such a perfect job and we get so many compliments on our dogs cut! My favorite part is how they put a bandana or some flower on the collar that matches the season. Will not go anywhere else but here!!

I haven't gone here for a grooming, it was a nail clipping.I have been here before to purchase supplies.Ari, the owner, is excellent, respectful and has the best customer service I have seen around in a very long time.He actually shared a lot of his time. He even told me about one of his favorite Peruvian singers, who I haven't looked up. I forgot her name. He thought I may know her since I'm Peruvian as well....Anyway, we shared a bunch of laughs.This was before the pandemic.This is why I haven't gone back.I plan on it though! 😃

The last time I took my dog to the groomers I almost had some of his CBD to calm my anxiety. Charlie hates the groomers we usually go back until flies start to follow him around.I can't express how happy I am with Ari's a Charlie said they were awesome. IOn a serious note!/they are the best.

I always take my Maltese poodle April in with tangles all over her body because she has curly hair & they always do the BEST job to leave her fresh & beautiful. I recommend this place 100%. Best groomers ever.

EVERYONE BEWARE —READ--I took my Pomeranian to Aris pet grooming today ( previously was Andys pet grooming-- I was a client of Andys for about 5 years). Worst mistake ever was taking him to Aris Pet groomer. ( new ownership) EVERYONE BEWARE. I took my 5 pound Pomeranian this afternoon just for a simple bath ( no haircut or flea treatment) I dropped him off at 3pm and returned for him at 5pm today and to my surprise, when I picked him up-- I see two wounds on his back-- they are very fresh and raw and on the brinks of bleeding! Pictures are worth a 1000 words... Go on yelp and look at my pcitures—. The man at the front desk offered to show me the video of when they groomed my dog and Mr Ari -- got extremely rude and very defensive and told the man at the desk not to show me the video and kept screaming that was the reason why he does not want to groom "100 year old dogs" and then Ari himself “the owner and groomer” refused to show me the video-- His customer service skills are disgusting and below standards and he was extremely rude and abrasive. Never offering an explanation or apology! He is clearly not a pet lover. Someone in his position should of apologized and face up to it and offer an explanation. He told me in a very Rude and aggressive manner to take my dog to a vet and he will pay for the bill---"next customer please." I am furious at his behavior and upset that my dog got hurt under his care and place of business. How does this happen when the service is only a simple bath!? No explanation and rude aggressive behavior towards your clients is unacceptable!!

Awful. They don’t listen, They don’t communicate. They only reach out or speak when they want to be paid. My dog leave traumatized every time. The customer service was terrible. Never again.
