Note to Owner…I just recently moved less then 300 feet from this store. And wasn’t sure if it was closed down, no signage windows are dirty inside through the window you’re able to see the messy merchandise. In front the side walk smells like urine. Dirty from spills of food, maybe coffee etc.. I would Love to patronize your store. Please take a little more pride in your store, inside and out….

My card was skimmed at this location and my account was wiped out with $13 being left. This occurred 3/31/24. I was visiting the beauty supply store looking for a unit. After, I went to 7-eleven to get something to drink bc my sons and I had a 40 min commute back home. I have called everyday 4x in two days asking for the owner and or manager and nothing. I was told yesterday to call back or come by today at 7 am and I called and ofCourse I was told the manager was not there although the employee said he would be available today 7am to 4pm and I called twice today. It’s unfortunate ppl don’t want to work and rather steal from people using low poverty communities. I live in between two 7-elevens and I visit frequently and this has never occurred in my area in the year I w lived here! My funds were depleted in Covina and two different banks. It is currently under investigation. SHOPPERS BEWARE check their machines because the employee let me know they had this issue before but it was now fixed and I assured him it was not fixed and apparently they are not upgrading their system. I went to 7-eleven yesterday and told them what happened and he said yes ppl come in at night and place a skimmer on top of machines and he showed me their extra security features in place on their machine to not have this happen in their store. I will never go to that area again.

This place smells bad. I just used to atm and I seen a roach crawling on the wall. The floors have dried sticky spills. It's very dirty in there.

This place has horrible customer service. The employees there treat you like you're getting your coffee for free. They have attitudes and don't even speak to you properly. You say good morning and all they do is stare at you. Might as well say good morning to the dog outside. You'll get a better reaction. The coffee pots are never full. They are just warm. Not even hot like coffee is meant to be. They recently had a death in there. One of the employees recently passed away. He was the only one that would hustle and had the coffee pots hot and full. His name was Jose (R.I.P) he was the only hard working employee there. Now that he's gone, everything went south. The night shift needs to be prepared for that morning rush.

The prices at this 7-eleven are higher than other stores. If it wasn't for the convenience, I would give this place 1 star. The app let's you know what promotional item is available at specific locations, even though it says available, they don't have it out. Cleaning through out the day doesn't happen. Over all customer service skills need improvement.

Considering that is located in a busy street and is open 24 /7 , I think that we are lucky to have this place around the corner and the customer service is excellent and is always clean when I come ,never have a racist comments or treatment. Workers there are very nice and respectful just doing there job.

I love 7-Eleven I went there to buy a gift card for my grandson's birthday it's only four apartment buildings from where I live I go to 7-Eleven all the time I like the entire staff and they call me family the 7-Eleven is on King and Leimert boulevard

they try and steal your points I tried to redeem my points and the cashier just dismissed it and still was making me pay the money and I had to go to my app and prove a point . the guy working right now is very rude and not professional.

Worse 711 I've been in. Everytime I go there to use my point from my 711 rewards card it never scans. They take your points and never give you the right product. If I could give it zero stars I would. Fix the app because people are spending their money!!!!!
