The worst!!!! And they lie!!!! All we wanted was a trim and they went and shaved and destroyed my dog!!!!!!I'm deeply disappointed with the grooming service provided to my pet. Despite specific instructions for a trim, my dog was shaved instead, causing irreversible damage. I'm considering legal action due to the negligence displayed. Pet owners, beware before choosing this establishment.

Coco Grooming is an absolute gem in Los Angeles ‼️ I truly adore Coco Grooming!! Mr. Choi , the owner, is so so sweet and so kind to all the animals, and all the pets he grooms. Coco Grooming does an excellent job and my dog Tessie, who suffers from a handicap in her back legs, has been coming here and being taken care of, so wonderfully & and with so much love !!! . Coco Grooming has been helping me keep my little dog Tessie so healthy and so Clean & Well Groomed! You see he really takes the time out with his gentle loving care to clean Tessie and give her a wonderful bath, and he is so gentle with her and I’ve been coming here for almost 9 years! it has been always a fabulous experience every time!! I recommend that everyone should come here because you really can’t find a place like Coco Grooming because it’s filled with so much love and care for all the animals, all the dogs and cats as Mr. Choi has even went so far to help my Persian, who was matted and he did a fabulous job!! it smells so good there and inside too it’s very clean and fastidious and he’s always there with his team and they run Coco Grooming with such a wonderful momentum as I see how much care they give each and every single dog and I can feel the love and the caring and Honestly fills my family’s heart with so much love and we always have a smile. When we go there our dog Tessie who’s handicapped always seems so happy and excited to go to Mr. Choi Coco Grooming!! I would recommend anyone who has a dog that needs to be groomed with love and care to come to Coco Grooming. It’s a needle in a haystack. Actually they don’t make places like this anymore and Mr. Choi has charm and kindness and he is a great man. love this place I would give it 10 stars to the moon, thank you please take your pet here because they will treat your pet with love that’s genuine and they will smell fabulous and they’ll be clean, totally groomed, and feeling so good as he uses special products that smell so good and a great experience for your pet & their owners, Coco Grooming is filled with love, and hard-working kind energy ♥️

Just moved to the area & I brought my yorkie twice. They did so well on her long coat and when she needed a short clip they did just as good! The prices are decent and they do exactly what you ask for.

If your looking for a pet grooming place that'll treat your pets better than you do then cocogrooming is the place you'll want to go. I've been coming here for some time now and each time I go, the staff and owners are super friendly, courteous, and professional. They treat my dogs with the utmost care and respect and while my dogs HATED going to other grooming places, they are always excited to come here. Price is extremely affordable and they even offer dog sitting services! Rest assured if you give cocogrooming a chance, you'll have find the perfect grooming place for your beloved pets!

my 9yr old maltipoo came back with this huge scar on her top of the haed. this shop should not be running their business like this. They NEVER mentioned about this when my 11th grade highschool daughter picked my dog from here. we just found out when hair got kind of loosen after what they did to look so fluffy to cover this scar. it happened to me to find out after their business hour so I couldn't get to talk to the owner yet. but I have no idea how could they even fix the situation. this wound seems quite a big. the size is bit less than 1inch or about that size. blooding should had been occur quite amount by seeing how thick the scar got so stuffy by her blood. very unprofessional how they did not explianed about the situation if we knew we would have at least bring her to somewhere to treat correctly. now that part is swollen. CAUTION to all. please check your dog before you picking them up. this is insane. I am so terrifying rn

First visit was ok. Felt they kinda decided to charge me as they went along. Second visit was worse. They manage to find ways to add on more charges without even knowing. Poor ear cleaning and paw hair trimming. Saw lots of red marks and cuts on my poor girl after the visit.I saw similar complaints but thought it could have been an isolated incident but it shows. Greed over genuine pet care is obvious. They act as if they care when you book and drop them off but different person when it's time to pay. Choose your own poison guys. Your pup will always choose good care vs style.

My original groomer was out of town and my little Franklin needed a haircut for his photoshoot. Luckily I came across cocos and they took care of him right away. They are Amazing!! They did exactly how I wanted it. I recommend this place if your in the area and need your dog groomed. I’ll definitely be coming back if I’m in the area again.

Visiting here for a few times for my lovely Cecci. The owner is so nice to welcome to us and takes care of my Cecci. My pet always likes here to get a service such as cutting hair, nails, and bath so on. When I went a trip, the owner took care of my baby so well for a few weeks. Definitely recommend this place highly. Giving five stars is not enough for them. Go there. You will not disappoint.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. The owner is really rude, ever since i went in he didn't say a good morning or anything he gave me one price when i got there and tried charging me another more expensive when i got there then when i told him i didn't have it he began to yell at me with his wife in the background screaming at me in korean, then they had a customer and she began yelling at me to and he just let her will never come here again, did a horrible job with my dogs as well.
